Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca kritis teks advertorial siswa yang memiliki minat baca rendah, sedang dan tinggi di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sibulue. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Desain Penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data mengenai angket minat baca dan soal dari lima keterampilan membaca kritis yakni: keterampilan menginterpretasi, keterampilan menganalisis, keterampilan menginferensi, keterampilan mengevaluasi, dan keterampilan mengeksplanasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni observasi, angket dan soal pilihan ganda. Hasil yakni kemampuan membaca kritis teks advertorial siswa yang memiliki minat baca rendah dan sedang dinyatakan mampu dalam membaca kritis. Sedangkan kemampuan membaca kritis siswa yang memiliki minat baca tinggi dinyatakan mampu.

Abstract

This study examines the low vocabulary mastery ability of deaf students in SLB Negeri 1 gowa. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The vocabulary mastery ability of deaf students in Class VI at SLB Negeri 1 Gowa in Baseline 1/A1 condition. 2) The vocabulary mastery ability of Class VI deaf students in SLB Negeri 1 Gowa in the intervention condition through the VAKT method (Intervention/B), 3) The vocabulary mastery ability of Class VI deaf students in SLB Negeri 1 Gowa in the Baseline 2/A2 condition, 4) The vocabulary mastery ability of Class VI deaf students in SLB Negeri 1 Gowa based on the results of the analysis between Baseline 1/A1, intervention (B), and Baseline 2/A2 conditions. Data collection techniques using knowledge tests. The subject of this study was a class VI deaf student with the initials S. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and this type of research uses experimental methods, namely using Single Subject Research (SSR). The results of this study concluded: 1) the ability to master the vocabulary of subject S in the initial condition is very low based on the results of the baseline 1 analysis / (A1), 2) the ability to master the vocabulary of subject S when given the intervention increased to a very high category seen from the analysis in condition (B), 3) the ability to master the vocabulary of subject S after being given treatment increased to a high category seen from the baseline 2 / (A2) condition, 4) the ability to master the vocabulary of subject S based on the results of the analysis between conditions, namely in the initial condition (Baseline1 / A1) the student's ability is very low, increasing to a very high category when given intervention, and from a very high category when given intervention to after given intervention (A2) is in a very high category and the value obtained by subject S is higher than the initial condition (Baseline 1 /A1). Thus the ability to master student vocabulary after being given the intervention is still said to have increased, this is due to an increase in the provision of intervention.

Abstract

In the present, parents must choose an effective parenting pattern so that children avoid deviant behavior. This psychoeducational program explains the parenting pattern of parents who have children in the city of Makassar. The implementation method in this service activity is carried out offline through the provision of materials and sharing experiences. The participants in this activity are 10 subjects who had children. Activities were evaluated using the pre-test and post-test measurement models. Based on the results of the analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test, it was found that there was an increase, namely the results of the pre-test < post-test or 75,00 < 93,00. It can be concluded that this activity illustrates

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas butir soal Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) ganjil kelas X, XI, dan XII Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026 di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar berdasarkan aspek kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan objek berupa lembar soal dan jawaban siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan instrumen penilaian Direktorat Pengembangan SMA (2010), dan secara kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi Anates. Hasil analisis kualitatif menunjukkan kualitas soal berada pada kategori sangat baik, dengan persentase kelas X 92%, kelas XI 96,3%, dan kelas XII 96,3%. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan sebagian besar soal valid (90% pada kelas X serta 97% pada kelas XI dan XII) dengan reliabilitas sedang hingga sangat tinggi (0,53; 0,79; dan 0,87). Tingkat kesukaran didominasi kategori sedang, daya pembeda kategori baik, dan efektivitas distraktor kategori baik hingga sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, butir soal UAS Biologi memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran, meskipun beberapa soal masih memerlukan revisi.

Abstract

Tropical climate conditions characterized by high temperatures and humidity levels may increase heat stress during physical activity, potentially affecting the effectiveness of futsal training programs in physical education. Heat stress can impair physiological responses, physical performance, cognitive function, and learning outcomes among students participating in futsal activities. Objective: This study aimed to systematically analyze the relationship between tropical climate conditions, heat stress, and the effectiveness of futsal training programs in physical education settings. Methods: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Literature was collected from Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, SINTA, and Garuda databases for publications from 2015–2025. Of the 312 articles initially identified, 25 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed through thematic synthesis. Results: The review revealed that tropical environmental conditions (28–38°C; 65–92% relative humidity) significantly increased physiological strain, reflected by elevated core body temperature (38.5–39.8°C), heart rate (165–190 bpm), sweat loss (1.5–2.8 L/hour), and perceived exertion. Heat stress negatively affected futsal performance, resulting in reductions in VO?max (5–12%), repeated sprint ability (4–15%), agility (3–9%), technical accuracy (4–13%), and decision-making ability (6–14%). Furthermore, heat acclimatization, structured hydration, cooling strategies, and environmental monitoring were consistently associated with improved training effectiveness and reduced thermal strain. Conclusion: Tropical climate conditions substantially influence futsal training effectiveness through heat stress mechanisms. Integrating heat management strategies into physical education programs is essential to enhance student safety, optimize physiological adaptation, and improve learning outcomes in tropical environments.

Abstract

Sports halls (GOR) serve as essential facilities for physical education learning, particularly in basketball and volleyball activities. However, environmental health conditions within indoor sports facilities may contribute to the transmission of communicable diseases through inadequate ventilation, poor sanitation, microbial contamination, and insufficient hygiene infrastructure. This study aimed to systematically review scientific evidence regarding the relationship between sports hall environmental health and communicable disease risks during basketball and volleyball learning activities. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Articles were retrieved from Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, SINTA, and Garuda databases. The search covered publications from 2015 to 2025 using keywords related to environmental health, sports facilities, communicable diseases, basketball, and volleyball. A total of 187 records were identified, and after screening, eligibility assessment, and quality appraisal, 25 studies were included in the final review. The findings revealed five major environmental health dimensions associated with communicable disease risks: indoor air quality (88%), ventilation effectiveness (80%), sanitation management (72%), microbial contamination (60%), and hygiene infrastructure (56%). Airborne transmission was identified as the most dominant disease pathway (84%), followed by surface-contact transmission (68%) and shared-equipment transmission (60%). Studies consistently reported that poor ventilation, inadequate sanitation, and microbial contamination increased disease transmission risks, whereas effective environmental health management reduced such risks. In conclusion, environmental health quality in sports halls is a crucial determinant of communicable disease prevention in basketball and volleyball learning environments. Comprehensive environmental management strategies are essential to ensure safe, healthy, and sustainable physical education activities.
