Abstract

Improving employee performance giving compensation and motivation is an indicator that can affect employee performance. However, every company has an organization. Organizations have commitments called organizational commitment. With all these variables can improve employee performance at PT. IDS Medical System Indonesia Medan Branch. In the study, it shows that the variable X1 is Compensation, Variable X2 is Motivation and Variable X3 Organizational Commitment called the free variable. While for the dependent variable is the performance of employee Y. for the population and sample in this study amounted to 80 people. The results of the study that the variable compensation and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees with a sig value <0.05. However, for organizational commitment variables not so influential with employee performance with a sig value> 0.05.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Performance in an organization is considered important to achieve the goals and objectives set by the organization. To achieve such a professional performance in the police organization, especially on the Satrkrim Polresta Padang as which has been regulated by law, motivation is needed for each of its members. In all the national police organizations without exception and especially Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang has adopted a democratic leadership style which is based on eleven principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The variables described in the study are motivation (X1), leadership style (X2), work environment (X3) and employee performance (Y). The hypothesis described by the researcher is 1) the effect of motivation on performance, 2) the influence of leadership style on performance and 3) the influence of the work environment on performance. Based on the results of the study, the authors get conclusions which between motivation and leadership style both have a significant and positive effect on the performance of police members while for the work environment researchers get negative and not significant results on the performance of police members, especially members of the Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership, motivation and work discipline of employees at PT Semen Padang. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees. The statistical tool used is multiple linear regression (linear regression). Data were analyzed using SPSS 16 Statistical software. The result of the t test (partial) leadership significantly affect performance of employees with sig t 0.000 < 0.05 and 6.747 t-test value, motivation is not significantly affect performance of employees with sig t 0.783 > 0.05 and value of the t-calculate the value of -0.277, work discipline affect job performance of employees with sig t 0.032 < 0.05 and value of the t-test value of 2.212.

    Fast traslate Icon translate     Fast traslate Icon translate This study aims to analyze the effect of noise and work time on work stress on civil servants working at BKPSDM  Pariaman City. This study includes quantitative research. This research population is all civil servants who work at BKPSDM Pariaman City. Sampling method using census. Then choose a sample size of 33 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results based on multiple regression analysis show that noise does not significantly influence work stress that occurs in civil servants working at BKPSDM Pariaman City. This supports the results of previous studies conducted by Lathifa Rusyda Gani, Dwita Aryadina, Laksmi Indreswari and Alif Mardijana (2005) who stated that noise had no significant effect on work stress at a significant level of 0.654. . In addition, the period of work has a significant effect on work stress that occurs in civil servants who work in BKPSDM Pariaman CityKeyword : Noise, Work Time, Work Stress

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of leadership style on employee performance and to examine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD, Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at the Tanah Datar Regency DPRD Office, totaling 54 employees. The technique in taking this sample uses a total sampling technique (overall sample), total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population so that the total sample in this study is 54 employees. The types of data in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics for Windows version 22. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results showed that leadership style and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tanah Datar District DPRD Office.Keywords: Employee Performance, Leadership Style, Work EnvironmentABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpin terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang berjumlah 54 orang pegawai. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik total sampling (sampel keseluruhan), total sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 54 orang pegawai. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sedangkan sumber datanya adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan mengggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS statistic for windows versi 22. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji t pada α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja
