BMT KSPPS MUI is a sharia microfinance institution that manages these funds using financing products. financing products that are carried out are not free from risks, especially during the current pandemic. To prevent this risk from occurring, risk management is applied to financing products at the KSPPS MUI Sekapuk Branch. This research aims to: 1). know how to apply risk management to financing products and 2). find out what are the obstacles in implementing risk management in financing products. Because carrying out the implementation of risk management can prevent bad financing. The method used in collecting data in this study uses interviews, operations and documentation. While the research methodology uses a qualitative approach methodology. While the object is the BMT KSPPS MUI Sekapuk Branch. The results of this study show that 1). implementation of risk management using Surfe which is carried out according to the 5C standard, Billing rules that are applied to the maximum, NPF handling that uses rescheduling, returns and reconditioning, Use of reserve funds as an amticipation of losses from macat financing. 2). The ability to pay members has decreased, Members have moved domiciles, The macro economy has declined, The habit of members who often borrow in multiple places, Transferring or changing positions in internal financial institutions, Managers' ability to collect is not good.

Seeing the considerable potential of ZIS at the Nurul Huda Mosque, the mosque administrators formed a management to make it easier to distribute ZIS funds to worshipers and people in need. Therefore, it is hoped that more and more mosques will establish Baitul Maal as a positive response to mosques in the development of the times so that they can prepare generations of nations who can manage and distribute ZIS funds properly and effectively with strong religious provisions. This research was conducted at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency with the aim: to find out how ZIS management (Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqoh) and the inhibiting and supporting factors for ZIS management (Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh) at the Nurul Huda mosque, Ngimbang Village, Palang District Tuban Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach which is a research method that describes the circumstances or situations that occur, so that the data collected is in the form of words and pictures. The results of this research are Zakat, infaq and shodaqoh funds that have been collected and then distributed to the people who are blessed to receive, the distribution is carried out twice a year, namely during the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays. The inhibiting factor for the management (ZIS) of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Palang Tuban Village, is the lack of validity of the data that goes to the mosque administrators. Factors supporting the management (ZIS) of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh at the Nurul Huda Mosque, Ngimbang Palang Tuban Village, are trust from the community to manage funds that have been submitted to the mosque, optimism in carrying out tasks and mandates, and working with religious leaders and also the chaplain.

The focus of the problem in this research is What are Gus Murobbi Binnur's Da'wah Messages on the Persada TV PPSD YouTube Channel March 2021 Edition which contains Aqidah, Sharia and Akhlaq. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. obtained through the results of observations, observations (observations), interviews (interviews) and documentation. As well as using content analysis techniques to analyze the data. The presentation of data from this study uses a content analysis format with the aim of describing, summarizing what is on the record of the Persada TV PPSD YouTube Channel. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that what is the message of Gus Murobbi Binnur's Da'wah on the Persada TV PPSD YouTube Channel March 2021 Edition. It can be concluded into three categories, namely the creed of the da'wah message conveyed by Gus Murobbi Binnur in the category of creed, more about the true nature of the case. is the destiny of Allah SWT, as well as explaining about all trials that come from Allah SWT. Da'wah messages in the moral category In the moral category, Gus Murobbi Binnur explains moral values to himself, to fellow humans and to God. When there is a dispute, do not blame each other, because we should not blame the High Priest. When a servant asks for worldly matters, he will not be rich, but on the contrary, he will be poor with many trials. Da'wah messages in the sharia category In this category, Gus Murobbi Binnur mostly gives da'wah messages in the form of suggestions to be more careful with the current media such as tiktok, which if used incorrectly will result in a jariyyah sin. Then he advised to stay away from video calls with the opposite sex who is not a mahrom, because it is like meeting face to face in Islam is prohibited, and he advised to stay away from such things.

The mosque is one of the most important places for Muslims, one of which is the mosque at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School. The mosque is a place of worship for all Muslims, where one of the conditions and pillars that must be met is facing the Qibla, therefore further research is needed to determine the Qibla direction of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Mosque. One of the measurement methods that can be applied is the Mizwala Qibla Finder Method. This study uses a field research method and the data collected includes general information about the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Mosque and the method of determining the Qibla direction of the mosque. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and study of documents sourced from the takmir of the mosque and mosque documents. Mizwala Qibla Finder is a modified instrument from sundial to istiwak stick which is used specifically to determine Qibla direction. Mizwala Qibla Finder uses the Theodolite concept, in other words, this tool is a miniature or transformation of the Theodolite as a tool to determine the Qibla direction with high accuracy. Based on the measurement results obtained, it can be concluded that the Qibla direction of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Mosque is 294º1'. Meanwhile, when measurements were made using the Mizwala Qibla Finder method, there was an error in the direction of the Qibla by 2º-3º from the actual direction. This is because the initial method of measuring the Qibla direction was carried out using a very classical method, so that when the Qibla direction of the Mosque was tested using the Mizwala Qibla Finder, deviations were found, but still tolerable.

Cities and villages have significant differences. Village is an area where the situation and conditions are simpler and homogeneous. The village is the starting point for the development of a government where access to technology has arrived and developed in the village. The opponent of the village is the city. In cities, the situation and conditions are more complex and heterogeneous. The city is a place where the flow of change continues to develop. In order to be more balanced, equity in all fields needs to be increased between villages and cities. This is where the election of the village head is a form of democracy in local government (village) which is said to be considered the most real arena of democracy in the village. In the village head election there is free competition, community participation which is one of the important pillars in the implementation of village head elections and direct elections with the principle of one man one vote where the people can determine who leads through direct elections. This research is included in the field research (Field Research). According to Kartini Kartono, field research is research conducted in real life. Meanwhile, according to Koenjorodininingrat, field research is exploring all social aspects of a certain group or class that is still unknown. Drajat village is a village that can be considered special because in the village there is a guardian's grave, where every day there are pilgrims who come both in the city and in the city. outside the city so that the village of Drajat is also usually called the village of the guardians. In order to organize the village administration and the election of the Drajat village head, the implementation is carried out in accordance with Lamongan Regent Regulation Number 48 of 2021 concerning Simultaneous Village Head Elections in Lamongan Regency.

The governor is an essential position in the Indonesian constitution. Governors also play an important role in political stability in Indonesia. In Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government it is stated in Article 1 paragraph 3 that the Governor / Regional Government is the Head of the Region as an element of regional government administration that leads the implementation of government affairs which are the authority of the autonomous region, it is emphasized again in Article 4 paragraph 1 that the Region Apart from having the status of a Region, the Province is also an Administrative Region which is the working area for the governor as the representative of the central government and the working area for the governor in carrying out general government affairs in the Province Region. As a representative of the central government in the region, the governor is considered a position that is less effective, plus the APBN funds spent to finance his performance are said to be quite large as a representative of the central government. So that this becomes a discourse in the community about the effectiveness of the governorship.

Dynastic politics is actually just a term in political science which means the process of directing the regeneration of power for the interests of certain groups with the aim of gaining or maintaining power in a country. In democratic countries, this term often appears, even though in democratic countries, power is in the hands of the people, which is where the term dynastic politics first appeared. is when royal power or absolute monarchy, where power is passed on/inherited from the previous ruler to the next ruler. Indonesia is a country that has a democratic system, namely sovereignty is in the hands of the people, this is in accordance with the preamble to the 1945 Constitution, a fragment of the fourth paragraph which states "then the independence of the Indonesian nation was formulated in a Constitution of the State of Indonesia, which was formed in the structure of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia has the sovereignty of the people, but in reality there are a handful of people who have influence and power in a region, giving rise to the ambition that with power, business and family interests can be secured, because the high price of political dowry when wanting to become a public official in Indonesia results in only people It is true that certain people can become officials, it is true that it is the people who determine the winning vote in a democratic country, but it should be noted that Money Politics still applies, from the ruler who is elected and has good prestige, this results in the ruler holding a great legacy so that family and close people can also enjoy it. as a Privilege.
