Abstract

Sales performance is important to analyze the cause of the common goal of everycompany is to gain certain advantages, and it will be achieved if the sales activitiescan be carried out successfully as planned. Since 2010, decreases in the number ofpharmaceutical customers, both existing customers and new customers. Decreasingthe number of pharmacies turns is directly proportional to the frequency of repeatpurchases reduced, up to 1,487 times in 2014. It is an indication of a problem tobuy the pharmaceutical interests. The purpose of this study was to identify thefactors that influence buying interest again and find strategies to increase sales,especially in pharmacy customers. This research is a correlational study. Thepopulation in this study were 91 pharmacies still be customers of PT NovellPharmaceutical Sector Labs. Analysis of the data used is multiple regressionanalysis. Quality of service, competence of the sales and the price effect of 39.1%of the interest re buying, while 60.9% are influenced by other factors not examinedin this study. Competence factor sales people give the most dominant influence onthe purchasing pharmaceutical interests in PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Field Labs.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether service quality and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Gojek service products (case study of 2020 stambuk management students at Panca Budi Development University, Medan. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS program . This research uses path analysis. The sample in this research is 96 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire shows that service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Gojek service products (case study of Stambuk Management Students 2020 at Panca Development University. Budi Medan. Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Gojek service products (case study of Stambuk management students 2020 Panca Development University Budi Medan. Brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Gojek service products (student case study 2020 stambuk management, Panca Budi Development University, Medan. Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether promotions influence purchasing interest through price as an intervening variable in Pt's Pospay service products. Pos Indonesia Binjai branch. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 96 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that promotions partially have a positive and significant effect on the prices of Pt's Pospay service products. Pos Indonesia Binjai branch. Abstract

This research was conducted on students at Panca Budi Development University, Medan, on the MS Glow skincare product on the Shopee Marketplace. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction with promotion as an intervening variable. The population is active students studying at the Panca Budi Development University in Medan and samples were taken randomly using the Zikmud Formula so that the total research sample was 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data source used is secondary data, data collection techniques use literature study, survey and observation. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality and promotion mediate the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction with MS Glow skincare products. The strong correlation between product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction is 43.4% and the remaining 56.6% can be explained by other variables not studied.
