Abstract

Tujuan utama setiap siswa untuk mengukur kemampuannya dalam proses belajar mengajar disekolah adalah prestasi belajar. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, diantaranya adalah minat belajar dan jam belajar. Hambatan yang sering terjadi untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar adalah kurangnya kesadaran siswa tentang minat belajar yang kurang dan sedikitnya jam belajar yang digunakan diluar kelas. Hal ini dapat menghambat peningkatan prestasi belajar dalam keberhasilannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi di siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangururan, Kabupaten Samosir, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh Jam belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi di siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangururan, Kabupaten Samosir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS di SMA Negeri Pangururan Samosir berjumlah 108 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode secara acak random sampling berjumlah 36 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekuder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pengujian minat belajar dan jam belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa XII IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Pangururan Samosir, dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat belajar dan jam belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa XII IPS di SMA Negeri Pangururan Samosir sebesar 56,2%, sedangkan sisanya 43,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional value on word of mouth mediated by tourist satisfaction. The main problem in this study is the decline in the number of tourist visits to Lake Toba's super priority tourism during the covid-19 pandemic. The number of samples as many as 140 tourists, with a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. This research uses path analysis method with AMOS 24.0. The results of the study found that emotional value and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on tourist word of mouth in the super priority tourism of Lake Toba. Satisfaction mediates in full mediation the influence of emotional value on word of mouth tourists at the Lake Toba Super Priority tourist attraction.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior abbreviated as (OCB) is a personal attitude that every employee who works in both government and private agencies must have. This research was conducted to determine the role of OCB in mediating work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Religious Education and Training Centers. Medan. This research was conducted at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center Office, but because the population was relatively small, the sampling technique used was a saturated sample technique, which involved all respondents to become samples, meaning the sample that would be used was 76 employees. Research data was collected by distributing questionnaires and primary data sources were also used in drawing samples. This research model uses analytical skills and the measuring tool uses Smart PLS 3. The results of this research are as follows: Organizational Citizenship Behavior plays a role in mediating work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Medan Religious Education and Training Center employees. Work motivation plays a role in increasing performance, Work Motivation plays a role in improving employee performance, work satisfaction plays a role in improving employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior plays a role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an analysis of the influence of service quality, tourism products, and location on the interest of tourists visiting Svarga Simelir, Lalat Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of the quality of services, tourism products and tourist locations on the interest in visiting both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study is all tourists in the same district as Langkat Regency in 2024 as many as 22,486 people. The sample in this study used the slovin formula so that a sample of 100 svarga simelir tourists was obtained. The data collection technique in this study uses interview techniques, documentation studies, observations, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this study used the Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t-test and F test), and Determination Coefficient. The data processing in this study uses the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously the quality of services, tourism products, and locations have a significant effect on the interest of tourists visiting Svarga Simelir, Lalat Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of investment decision variables, funding decisions, and net profitable margin on company value in automotive companies for the 2017-2022 period. The population is all members and parts of research subjects who have certain characteristics and information needed by researchers for survey needs (Stockemer, 2019). The population in this study were 42 automotive sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2022. The criteria for determining the sample companies in this research were Automotive Sector Manufacturing companies registered on the IDX during the 2017-2022 period, Automotive Sector Manufacturing companies that published financial reports for the 2017-2022 period, and Automotive Sector Companies that published annual reports for the 2017-2022 period. 2022. The results obtained from this research show that: Investment decisions partially have a positive and significant effect on company value in Automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Investment Decisions partially have a positive and significant effect on company value in Automotive companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Effect, Net profit margin partially has a positive and significant effect on company value in Automotive companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, and investment decisions, funding decisions, and profit margins simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on company value in Automotive companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange. The customized R square value of 0.488 can be called the coefficient of determination, this means that 0.488 (48.8%) of the company value can be obtained and explained by investment decisions, funding decisions and net profit margin while the remaining 51.2% (100% - 48, 8 % = 51.2%) explained by variables outside the model that were not studied.

Abstract

This research was conducted on students at Panca Budi Development University, Medan, on the MS Glow skincare product on the Shopee Marketplace. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction with promotion as an intervening variable. The population is active students studying at the Panca Budi Development University in Medan and samples were taken randomly using the Zikmud Formula so that the total research sample was 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data source used is secondary data, data collection techniques use literature study, survey and observation. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality and promotion mediate the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction with MS Glow skincare products. The strong correlation between product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction is 43.4% and the remaining 56.6% can be explained by other variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of café atmosphere and service quality to increase customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction. This research was conducted by quantitative methods with an associative approach. Data analysis was used in this study using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS software version 3 and primary data from 199 respondents who are consumers of Goodfella Cafe. The results showed that the café atmosphere and service quality, have a positive and significant influence on increasing customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediator. These findings are important for Goodfella Cafe management and other café business owners to improve customer loyalty, and customer experience and strengthen their position in the market. By improving and improving the café atmosphere and service quality, it is hoped that Goodfella Cafe can attract more new customers and retain old customers, thereby increasing sales turnover.

Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of the service marketing mix with variables assessed as Product (X1), Promotion (X2), Price (X3), Location (X4), Employee (X5), Physical Evidence (X6), and Process (X7) on the purchase decision (Y) of customers mediated by Trust (Z) at JNE Main Branch. The population in this study is 5,400 consumers with a sample size of 185 consumers. The research was conducted from August to October 2023. This study uses quantitative data processed by the SEM-PLS analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The data sources used are primary data taken directly from respondents and secondary data obtained from interviews with JNE Main Branch management. The results of the study show that the service marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer trust. This concludes that the service marketing mix consisting of products, places, promotions, places, employees, physical evidence, processes, and intervening variables, namely customer trust, has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions and customer trust to use the services of JNE Medan Main Branch. The managerial implication of this study is the need for JNE Medan Main Branch to continue to improve the service marketing mix strategy, especially in terms of product quality, competitive pricing, ease of access, effective promotion, service quality, process efficiency, and the provision of attractive physical evidence. This is important to build customer trust and ultimately improve the purchase decision of freight forwarding services.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of service tariffs and customer participation on the purchase decision of prepaid electricity services at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Kota and test and analyze the influence of service tariffs and customer participation on the purchase decision of prepaid electricity services at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Kota mediated by the company's image. The type of research is quantitative, with an associative approach. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. The sample of this study was taken by the Purposive Sampling method with the desired respondent criteria being customers who had visited the PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Kota office more than 2 times. The results of the study show that service tariffs and customer participation have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase prepaid electricity services at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Kota, service tariffs and customer participation have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase prepaid electricity services at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Kota which is mediated by the company's image.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and work climate on Employee Performance mediated by Work Motivation at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. This research was carried out at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. The type of research is quantitative associative. The sample in this study is 127 employees with ASN and honorary status at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. The sampling technique in this study uses a random sampling technique from the entire population of 186 people. The results of the study show that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Employee performance as shown by a T-Statistic value of 23.039 > 1.96 and a P Value of 0.000 < 0.05. In the influence of Work Climate on employee work, data on T-Statistical values were obtained from 1.251 < 1.96 and P-Value values of 0.213 < 0.05 or there was no effect of work climate on employee performance. Transformational Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Work Motivation with a T-Statistic value of 17.128 > 1.96 with a P-Value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work Climate has a significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. This can be seen from the results of the T-Statistic value of 67.389 > 1.96 with a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05. On the effect of Work Motivation on Employee performance, a T-Statistic value of 19,409 < 1.96 with a P-Value of 0.000 > 0.05 which means that Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of Employees of the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office. In the indirect influence, the results show that Work Motivation has a role as an intervention variable in explaining the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Work Climate with Employee performance. This shows that improvements in Transformational Leadership and Work Climate can increase Work Motivation, which ultimately contributes to improving employee performance at the North Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) Office.
