Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas, desain, dan karakteristik tehadap BriTama di bank BRI cabang Gatot Subroto Medan baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dari varibel Kualitas, Desain dan Karakteristik terhadap Produk Jasa BriTama di bank BRI cabang Gatot Subroto Medan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran angket dengan jumlah responden 84 nasabah, studi dokumentasi, penelitian kepustakaan, dan observasi. Penulis menggunakanteknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 16.00 untuk mengolah datanya terlebih dahulu melakukan uji data, uji f, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,240 atau 24%. Artinya produk jasa BriTama mampu dijelaskan sebesar 24% oleh kualitas, desain, karakteristik, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

As the digital age has changed how consumers interact with products and services, the perfume industry is one of the most affected sectors. As a result, the number of perfumes being produced is increasing, and new perfumes are emerging with various societal trends, which causes competition to become increasingly intense. The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of digital marketing strategies, pricing, and customer experience on consumer purchasing behavior at the Arrahman Perfume store in Binjai. Data collection via a questionnaire given to 80 respondents. The model used with Multiple Regression and processed through SPSS. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing strategies are positively and significantly impacted, as are prices in a positive and significant way and customer experiences in a positive and significant way with regard to consumer purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.890 or 89%, which means that digital marketing strategy, price and customer experience contribute 89% and the remaining 11% can be explained by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Brida Office in Medan City to determine how job descriptions, recruitment, and workload affect employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The population consisted of 42 permanent employees working at the Brida Medan office, and the sample was taken with saturated sampling, totaling 42 respondents. Primary and secondary data were used, and collected through literature studies, surveys, and observations. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that job descriptions, recruitment, and workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously. At the Brida Medan office, there was a strong correlation between employee performance in completing tasks and job descriptions, and workload. Employee performance at the Brida Medan office can be explained by job descriptions, recruitment and workload by 53.1% and the remaining 46.9% can be explained by other variables not studied.

Abstract

In this study, structural equation modeling is used to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction on Turnover Intention through organizational commitment. The method used in collecting data is a quantitative method supported by SEM. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to employees at CIMB Niaga by analyzing the data using the SEM method with the help of AMOS 22 software. SEM analysis has seven stages, namely, (1) development of theoretical models, (2) development of path diagrams, (3) conversion of path diagrams to structural equations, (4) selecting input matrices and types of estimation, (5) identifying models, (6) assessing goodness of fit criteria, (7) interpreting results. Based on the results of the study, it shows that organizational culture and leadership do not significantly affect Turnover Intention, satisfaction does not significantly affect Turnover Intention, organizational culture and leadership have a significant effect on commitment, job satisfaction has a significant effect on commitment, commitment has a significant effect on Turnover Intention and organizational culture, leadership and satisfaction have a significant effect on Turnover Intention through commitment as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, infrastructure, natural tourism attractions, and facilities on visitors’ decisions to visit Serambi Deli Beach, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, with Community-Based Tourism (CBT) serving as a moderating variable. This research employs an associative quantitative approach with a total of 71 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that all four independent variables have a positive and significant effect on visit decisions, both partially and simultaneously. CBT strengthens the influence of service quality, infrastructure, tourism attractions, and facilities on visit decisions. The findings emphasize that enhancing local community participation is crucial for improving the quality of tourism at Serambi Deli Beach.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Technology, Culture, Physical Evidence, and Promotion on consumer Purchase Decisions at Coffee Shop Medan. The business has experienced a sales decline of approximately 30% accompanied by several operational issues, including errors in digital payment systems, unattractive store ambience, and intense promotional competition among coffee shops in Medan. A quantitative method was employed, using multiple linear regression as the primary analytical tool. Findings demonstrate that Technology and Physical Evidence have positive and significant effects on Purchase Decisions, whereas Culture and Promotion show no significant influence. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence Purchase Decisions. The results suggest that improving technological service quality and enhancing physical ambience are strategic priorities for strengthening consumer purchase behavior.
