Abstract

This Paper described influence sales and expense promotion on net profit in food and beverages companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This basic of sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 10 companies, and it is processed by using IBM SPSS 24.0. The analysis showed variable sales and expense promotion has the ability to explain net profit in food and beverages companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2015- 2018 by 85,6 % and 14,4 % is explained by variables other than the estimate. Sales and expense promotion the estimate influence significant and positive in net profit in food and beverages companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2015-2018. Partially, variable sales the estimate influence significant in net profit and variable expense promotion the estimate not influence significant in net profit. Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on consumer satisfaction with Chicken Nugget So Good Food at Transmart Gatot Subroto Medan, the effect of product location on consumer satisfaction with Chicken Nugget So Good Food at Transmart Gatot Subroto Medan, the effect of promotion and location on consumer satisfaction at Chicken Nugget So Good Food products at Transmart Gatot Subroto Medan. The population in this study at Transmart Gatot Subroto Medan was 6531 customers and the samples used were 44 customers, while the determination technique used Incidental Sampling. The data sources in this study are primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research location and secondary data, namely data derived from reports, books and journals related to it. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 4.243+ 0.540X1 + 0.265X2 + e which shows promotion and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the partial test (t) show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction where it can be seen that the tcount value is 6.072 ttable 1.682 and the location variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction where it can be seen that the tcount value is 3.135 ttable 1.682. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.622, this shows that 62.2% of the Consumer Satisfaction variable is influenced by promotion and location, in other words, promotion and location affect customer satisfaction by 62.2%, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other than this research

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Employee Skills, Work Experience in Improving Employee Performance at PT. So Good Food Medan City. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are employees from PT. So Good Food Medan City as many as 37 employees. Population and sample in research at PT. So Good Food Medan has 37 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data sources in this study are primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research location and secondary data, namely books and journals related to it. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.596 + 0.602X1 + 1.046X2 + e which shows skills and work experience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the partial test (t) show that skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance where it can be seen that the tcount value is 3.862 ttable 1.690 and the work experience variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where it can be seen that the tcount value is 5.929 ttable 1.690. The significance value of F is less than 5% or 0.05 or the value of Fcount = 92.762 Ftable 3.28. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.845, this shows that 84.5% of employee performance variables are influenced by skills and work experience, in other words, skills and work experience affect employee performance by 84.5%, while the remaining 15.5% are influenced by other factors outside of this study

Abstract

Product quality is a product or service that is produced and provides a high-quality value to meet the needs of the community. As the fulfillment of community needs, customer satisfaction is one of the most important things in evaluating a product. The more satisfied customers are with the products used, the better the quality provided. This paper is entitled “The Effect of Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Fast Food Restaurants KFC Branch Titi Kuning, Medan". The background of this research is the interest of researchers to find out whether there is an effect of product quality on customer satisfaction at KFC fast-food restaurants. The purpose of this study was to see if there was an effect of product quality at KFC on customer satisfaction. The research method used by the researcher is an associative quantitative research method that aims to measure the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. To support the research, data were taken from product quality and customer satisfaction questionnaires. The population in this study was 30 customers of KFC Titi Kuning. The research data were analyzed using a simple linear regression model which resulted in the regression equation: Y = 21,915 + 0,534X. This study concludes that there is a significant effect between product quality on customer satisfaction at the KFC branch Titi Kuning of the Medan fast food restaurant, which means that the better the quality provided, the higher the level of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat, PT. Medan Jaya Makmur mengalami penurunan dalam performa bisnisnya, terutama terlihat dari berkurangnya keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk yang ditawarkan. Fenomena ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya pesaing yang menawarkan penawaran lebih menarik, sehingga pelanggan cenderung beralih ke perusahaan lain. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan keputusan pembelian konsumen meliputi kualitas produk, penetapan harga, dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari 148 pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian di perusahaan tersebut. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan toleransi 5%, menghasilkan 108 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di PT. Medan Jaya Makmur. Sebaliknya, penetapan harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas pelayanan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas produk, penetapan harga, dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di PT. Medan Jaya Makmur.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Socfindo Mata Pao. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probabilitas yaitu sebanyak 51 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuisioner secara langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reabilitas untuk mengetahui instrumen pada penelitian sudah sah dan reliabel atau belum, kemudian dilakukan uji asumsi klasik dengan melakukan uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, selanjutnya digunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan yang terakhir digunakan uji hipotesis yaitu dengan melakukan uji F, uji t dan uji determinasi. Hasil dari uji analisis data memperlihatkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Socfindo Mata Pao.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menentukan apakah komunikasi dan kerjasama tim memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 101 karyawan dan mengambil 50 karyawan sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada responden, melakukan wawancara, serta pengumpulan dokumen. Untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut digunakan beberapa teknik pengujian dalam penelitian ini diantaranya uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolonier, serta uji f (simultan) dan uji t (parsial), dan uji korelasi determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial baik variabel komunikasi maupun variabel kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, dan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim sebesar 35,0%. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada PT. Sumatera Inti Karet adalah perlu mengembangkan budaya komunkasi yang transparan, jelas dan melibatkan semua pihak agar dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas kinerja karyawan, serta pimpinan diharapkan memberikan arahan tentang pentingnya kerja sama antar karyawan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hubungan antar karyawan agar mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang lebih baik dan maksimal dibandingkan individualis
