Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality and brand ambassador on Shopee Application User Loyalty (Case Study of FE UISU Student Management Department Academic Year 2017) as well as the results of the study. From the output above, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.520 means 52 % Loyalty of shopee shopping customers can be explained by the variable Quality of service and Brand Ambassador while the remaining 48% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded as follows: Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopee Customer Loyalty, Brand Ambassador (X2) has a positive and significant impact on Shopee Customer Loyalty, Service Quality (X1) and Brand Ambassador (X2) simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on shopee customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to the effect of cash flow on stock prices in food beverage sub-sectorMaufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has a population of 21 companies that are Food and Beverage Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2020 which are then determined to be sampled using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 13 Food and Beverage Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies by Specified criteria. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis includes data feasibility test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The result of this study indicate that (1) Operating Cash Flow has no effect on stock prices, (2) Investment Cash Flow has no effect on stock prices, (3) Funding cash flow has a significant effect on stock prices, (4) the effect operating cash flow, investment cash flow, and funding cash flow has no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the location of the sale affects the consumer's purchase decision, whether the price affects the consumer's purchase decision, whether the location of the sale and the price affect the consumer's purchase decision. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of sales location on consumer purchasing decisions, To know the influence of prices on consumer purchasing decisions, To know the influence of sales locations and prices on consumer purchasing decisions. This research is a survey research and is casual associative. The population in this study amounted to 100 people and the sample in this study amounted to 100 buyers on broiler breed chickens. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Tenik data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that Sales Locations have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the calculated t value the table t value of 2,681 1,984 with a significant rate of 0.000 0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, This is evidenced by the calculated t value of t table which is 7,377 1,984 with a significant rate of 0.000 0.05 Sales Location and Price positively and significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the value of f calculate f table which is 61,134 3.09 with a significant rate of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This paper described the implementation of the budget directly to the performance-based budget and analyzed it. The data source of this study from secondary data, namely data obtained from documents and archives obtained from the Medan Helvetia District Office. While the data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is a comparative descriptive analysis that uses the preparation of performance-based direct spending budgets set by the general bureau and secretarial equipment of Medan Helvetia Subdistrict. The results of the research obtained using the Budget and Expenditure of the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict Office are quite effective. Budget and spending effectiveness ratio from 2019 effectiveness ratio of 84.22%, in 2020 effectiveness ratio of 93.33%, in 2021 effectiveness ratio of 97.7%.

Abstract

The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as Strengthening the Village Economy. This village-owned enterprise is one of the institutions engaged in the social and economic fields and as a service provider to the village community, especially regarding the business sector. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with a focus on research: inequality between BUMDes and the food stall business. The results of this study are that the existence of village-owned enterprises is in accordance with the regulations regulated by the village with village regulations regarding village-owned enterprises, but there is a significant effect on the income of the food stall business.It is known that the t-count before and after the existence of BUMDes is 4.706 with prob (0.000 0.05). Thus, the results obtained are Ho is rejected which explains that there is a difference before and after the existence of BUMDes which is calculated based on the income of the food stall business before and after the BUMDes, meaning that BUMDes has an effect on the decrease in the income of the basic food stall business.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the SWOT-based Operational System Strategy to Increase Motor Vehicle Tax Revenue. This study aims to determine the SWOT-based Operational System Strategy to Increase Motor Vehicle Tax Revenue. The results showed that; The UPT of the North Medan Regional Revenue Agency is in the quadrant I position, namely at the coordinates (0.45 and 0.7), where the appropriate alternative strategy in increasing local tax revenue is using the SO strategy, which is to use all strengths to take advantage of the opportunities they have. Covers; Utilizing advances in communication and information technology in tax revenue; Increase cooperation with other institutions; Optimizing revenue with measurable Intensification and Extensification; Improving the quality of Apparatus Resources.

Abstract

Human resources are essentially one of the assets that play an important role in achieving company goals. Human resources are company assets that must be maintained. Empowerment of human resources that is managed regularly and systematically will produce qualified and competitive quality human resources. In this rapidly growing era, companies must be extra selective in selecting competitive, qualified and highly competitive human resources. The formulation in this study is how the influence of workload on employee performance in Balitbang, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze workload on employee performance in the Balitbang Province of North Sumatra. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample in this study was 52 people using Arikunto's theory. The questionnaires received back from respondents were 52 questionnaires. Variables are measured by testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it is known that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Balitbang Province of North Sumatra. This is evident from the results of the t test where 0.000 0.05, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Balitbang Province of North Sumatra. This is evident from the results of the t test where 0.000 0.05. Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, because f count f table, namely (14,972 3.19. Based on the results of data processing, the value of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.379. This means that 37.9% of the variable dependent (Employee Performance) is influenced or explained by the independent variables namely workload and job satisfaction and the remaining 62.1% (100% -37.9%) is influenced or explained by other variables outside the variables used in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, with a population of 103 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained performance appraisal process have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (2,095 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (2,457 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work specifications has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (1,430 < 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count> F table (24,325 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. This study aims to determine the Effect of work discipline, work environment and work culture appraisal partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai Jalan Jambi No.1, Rambung Barat, Binjai Selatan., Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, kode pos 20722, with a population of 101 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work discipline has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,223 < 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work environment has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,992 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work culture appraisal has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (11,210 > 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (56,432 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work discipline, work environment and work culture appraisal on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai. Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance at Indra Makmu 2 Middle School, East Aceh District. (2) To determine the effect of developing teacher resources on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency. (3) To determine the effect of competency on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency. (4) To determine the effect of self-efficacy, teacher resource development, and competency on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh District simultaneously. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency. With a total population of 25 people. The sample in the study was determined using a total sampling technique, so the sample size was 25 people. Data collection techniques used non-test methods, with questionnaire research instruments and library studies. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh District, with a t-count > t-table, namely 2,924 > 2,059. (2) There is an effect of the development of teacher resources on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh District, where the t-test > t-table ((2.222 > 2.059). (3) There is an influence of competence on teacher performance in junior high schools Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency, with t-count > t-table (2,181 > 2,059) (4) Based on the simultaneous test the independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely there is an effect of self-efficacy, resource development teachers, and competency on teacher performance at Indra Makmu Public Middle School 2, East Aceh District (5) The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 72.0%, and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this research
