Abstract

Educational institutions/schools considered in addition to teaching the knowledge and skills also contribute effectively instill modern values is required as a prerequisite for any nation that was about to enter the era of industrialization. Schools are also considered as one of the important socialization tool (in addition to the family and community) that the ruling class always engineered to preserve the existing social structure. Schools were seen as a market culture (culture market), in which social factors are simultaneously trying to achieve certain goals or exchanged for something, such as a diploma, prestige, control over certain social class, and other social qualifications .Kata Kunci:  Lapangan pekerjaan, fakultas, alumni, dan status sosial

Abstract

This article presents a comparative study of the socialization of values, norms and practices in various communities around the world. The materials of the study are obtained from the results of the socialization in the family in different countries. In most societies in the world, family holds a central position as the primary agent of socialization. Family has a significant role to prepare individuals in the early period of the development of its members. It is expected that family members have an active role in the community they live in. Values, norms and practices embedded in primary socialization are affected by family background involving ethnic, religion, culture and social strata.

Abstract

Islam adalah agama yang mengajarkan umatnya agar memfungsikan akal semaksimal mungkin untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan. Konsekuensi logis dari hal itu secara internal adalah berkembangnya usahausaha meluas untuk memahami ajaran agama lewat kaca mata ilmu pengetahuan melalui akal, yang pada ujungnya lebih mengenal Tuhan dan lebih mengagungkan-Nya. Bertolak dari risalah Islamiyah yang bertujuan mengantarkan manusia kepada kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat serta mewujudkan rahmat bagi seluruh alam. Abstract

Indonesia and India have had a good relationship for a long time. Apart from the similarities mentioned in the previous paragraph, Indonesia and India also have other similarities. This project seeks to document gender bias in Indonesia and India.   A questionnaire comprising 43 questions was prepared to achieve the data.  There are two types of questions in the questionnaire, namely:  21 items with yes or no questions and 22 open questions. The result claimed that the stereotype is not a statement that justifies the opinion of everyone in Indonesia or in India. The statement is still valid in some parts of society. But the world is becoming more broadminded. The community's thinking about the rights and roles of each gender is being recognized. The people gradually are becoming aware of their respective roles and rights. The opportunity to gain higher education for all genders provides a great opportunity to minimize gender inequalities that are still felt by some particular people.

Abstract

Guru adalah suri tauladan baik (uswatun hasanah) yang menjadi panutan siswa ketika berada dalam lingkungan sekolah. Sudah selayaknya seorang guru ditiru dalam setiap perilaku baiknya. Tentu menjadi pribadi yang setiap geraknya diawasi atau dinilai oleh seorang murid, seorang guru dituntut untuk mempunyai good personality. Dengan kepribadian yang baik, maka akan menular kepada sang murid. Penulistian ini adalah penulistian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis dan berupa field research. Tempat penulistian terpusat pada guru aqidah akhlak yang ad di bawah lingkungan sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Sampang. Teknik pengumpulan data penulis dapatkan dengan cara metode wawancara. Hasil dari penulistian ini menunjukkan bahwa seorang guru memberi pengaruh besar kepada seorang murid terlebih guru aqidah akhlaq yang memang ranah mata pelajarannya adalah pada pembentukan karakter siswa. emotional intelligence seorang murid terbentuk dengan adanya personality seorang guru.

Abstract

This study examines the role of technology, such as e-assessment, online platforms, and big data, in supporting the evaluation process in Islamic education in the digital era. Using a systematic literature review method, the research identifies key challenges, including digital gaps and resource limitations in schools and madrasas. The findings reveal that e-assessment and online platforms enhance evaluation efficiency and accessibility, while big data analysis provides in-depth insights into students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. However, significant challenges persist, particularly in aligning these technologies with Islamic educational principles and addressing digital disparities. To overcome these obstacles, the study proposes solutions, such as capacity-building programs for educators, developing inclusive technology infrastructure, and creating guidelines to ensure Islamic values are embedded in evaluation practices. This research contributes to advancing Islamic education by integrating technology while maintaining its spiritual and ethical dimensions.

Abstract

Upaya guru dalam penanaman akhlakul karimah kepada siswa melalui beberapa metode yaitu, keteladanan, nasehat, motivasi, hukuman, pembiasaan, pemberian hadiah, dan pengawasan. Guru melakukan pengawasan terhadap perilaku siswa baik ketika di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar lingkungan sekolah. Dalam rangka penanaman akhlak pada siswa guru juga harus menjadi contoh teladan bagi siswa yaitu harus memiliki akhlakul karimah, sehingga siswa siswa selalu mencontoh apa yang dia lihat. Guru juga memberikan nasehat, motivasi, hukuman, pembiasaan, memberi hadiah pada siswa sebagai upaya penanaman akhlakul karimah kepada siswa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya meliputi: latar belakang guru yang di dominasi oleh lulusan S1, dan pengalaman mengajar guru terbilang sudah berpengala-man dalam mengajar, memiliki kepribadian yang baik, motivasi dari kepala sekolah sangat berperan dan dapat menjadi teladan bagi guru-guru yang lain, lingkungan keluarga dalam menanamkan akhlakul karimah sangat penting karena merupakan lembaga pendidikan pertama, dan lingkungan sosial masyarakat memberikan pengaruh besar pada anak didik. Kata Kunci: Penanaman, Akhlak, Karimah

Abstract

Arabic learning amid the Covid-19 pandemic has changed offline to online. At the same time, the government launched a merdeka belajar (freedom to learn) program. Therefore, activities that support Arabic learning are needed. This article aimed to describe the tutors' and students' activities to improve the student’s Arabic skills at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin from freedom to learn perspective. A descriptive qualitative method was used by collecting data using a survey towards students, and interviews with tutors and Language Development Unit (UPB) staff. The results of this study described tutors' and students' activities in online Arabic learning. Tutors' activities are described by the personality of tutors, teaching materials, media, methods, and learning motivation. The students' activities are described by the process of online Arabic learning and the efforts made to improve their Arabic skills. Based on tutors' and students' activities, it was found that tutors and students applied a good learning culture through activities that support the mastery of Arabic in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
