Abstract

The availability of supporting devices in the academic services of a university is inseparable from the location and placement and also the need for these devices. The need for operational equipment is a necessity in the running of business process activities at a university, therefore the types of operational devices and facilities provided are a benchmark for a university in providing the best service to the academic community in it. In a tertiary institution, the need for operational equipment plays an important role in carrying out the teaching and learning process, on the other hand, behind-the-scenes operations also play an active role in ensuring the learning and teaching process runs. The need for operational equipment for infrastructure and facilities will increase where if a university has a building or branch with a different location, with this condition new findings will appear, the types of operational goods proposed are not balanced between branches or the number of goods that will be served by each branch is not monitored. Therefore, an infrastructure information system was built to facilitate and monitor each branch of the university in managing the equipment and operational facilities and infrastructure at the branch of the college building.

Abstract

The need for real-time information is very important, to get it quickly and even in real time it must be supported by a fast and stable internet network connection. In addition, it must also be able to protect the network connection from all kinds of threats that can interfere with the connectivity of the connection. In implementing the firewall within the company, the concern is the device used, because the implementation of the firewall on each device is different. Utilization of this firewall is used to filter data packets that will enter the network, using the ACL feature. By using ACL data filtering can be done or as a site blocker that is considered unnecessary to be accessed by all clients on the local network. In addition, as security in the local network, the logical division of network groups can be applied using VLANs, the application of VLANs is found on Catalist Switches or Multilayer Switches. As a security for the physical path of the VLAN connection, a special physical connection path is given to important network devices, so that if there is a down or disconnected physical path, it does not interfere with other VLAN connections

Abstract

Saat ini Teknologi Informasi (TI) sangatlah berpengaruh dalam dunia kerja. Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Guru Kancawinaya membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem penggajian yang terkomputerisasi untuk mempermudah dalam pembagian gaji pegawai sehingga memperoleh hasil yang akurat. Untuk itulah penulis termotivasi untuk melakukan penelitian pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guru Kancawinaya dan membangun sebuah program yang dapat memecahkan masalah dalam pengelolaan data penggajian sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil yang akurat. Dengan banyaknya unit usaha yang dimiliki oleh Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Guru Kancawinaya maka dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang dapat mengelolanya. Pengurus koperasi tidak akan mungkin bisa mengelola semuanya, oleh karena itu diperlukan beberapa pegawai pada unit usaha yang dimiliki koperasi. Penggajian adalah sesuatu yang sangat vital dalam dunia kerja dan jika dalam pengelolaanya tidak baik dapat menimbulkan resiko seperti: kecurangan, kesalahan dan penyelewengan yang akibatnya akan membuat perusahaan menjadi rugi, dalam hal ini adalah koperasi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan adanya sistem penggajian yang terkomputerisasi dan diterapkan dengan baik supaya memperoleh informasi yang handal.

Abstract

Development service or self-training currently has transformed along with the development of digital technology. Skill Academy becomes a solution in the community to develop technical and soft skills without constraints such as the limitation of time, place, and energy. However, the Skill Academy website sometimes still experiences errors, such as material or tutorial videos cannot be played and certificates not being printed according to the schedule. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the quality of the Skill Academy website on the user satisfaction using the Webqual 4.0 method. Webqual 4.0 method has three instruments, Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The primary data was obtained by disseminating a questionnaire containing 22 questions about website quality and 5 questions about user satisfaction. The data were obtained using a non-probability sampling technique, which was purposive, with 100 respondents. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 tools. The results of the study showed that the three Webqual 4.0 instruments simultaneously had an impact on user satisfaction or 58.1%, while the rest was defined by other factors outside this research model. The results for the influence of each instrument were found that Usability did not have significant influence, while Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality had a significant influence on User Satisfaction.

Abstract

The increasing population consumed in high production and food needs for survival. Apples are one of the crop harvest products in Indonesia whose needs are increasing, because they are not only needed for human vitamins but can be used as hand fruit or a form of gratitude to those who receive the fruit. In the process of harvesting apples in agricultural land, harvesting is often found which is not feasible in the hands of consumers because it takes too long for apples to not be harvested when the condition of the fruit is feasible in maturity. Therefore, the authors approach this problem by processing the image results obtained to form a detection model, whether the apples are said to be feasible to be harvested immediately and from the image results it can also be calculated the number of fruits captured by the image model , feature enhancements Estimates on objects from this image model are expected to provide more timely harvest predictions in order to provide longer aging of apples and good fruit quality after reaching consumers

Abstract

In this study, we conducted research at a gadget shop. The problem faced is the lack of offline marketing, resulting in a limited marketing network that relies on physical store sales. Reports are often delayed and files accumulate. SCRUM is a method used to develop online sales applications that can facilitate online product marketing and assist in managing transactions and reporting through existing systems. Development of PHP-based web applications with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. In conclusion, the e-commerce website that was built did not replace the old system, but added an online system as a complement. The company previously only conducted offline activities. Based on the SCRUM method, this website helps companies expand their market and makes it easier for consumers to get information about products without having to come to a physical store. With an online sales system, Toko Gadget can modernize the transaction process and make it easier to generate sales reports.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi merupakan tantangan yang tak terbendung dalam kehidupan manusia. Dalam konteks ini, perkembangan teknologi harus dimaksimalkan secara cerdas, sehingga menjadi sarana bagi kita untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada. Dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) perlu diupayakan kemandirian dan keunggulan, salah satunya adalah pengembangan sistem pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan keahlian masyarakat. Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani yang fokus pada tiga pilar penting kehidupan masyarakat, yaitu: Keagamaan, pendidikan, serta sosial dan kemanusiaan. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu masih minimnya pengetahuan tentang penggunaan perangkat lunak pengolah kata dan data, tidak maksimalnya penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pelaporan setiap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pengurus, masih minimnya kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi berbasis komputer seperti Microsoft Office. Melalui pelatihan komputer ini diharapkan kemampuan manajemen Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani dapat ditingkatkan khususnya di bidang teknologi informasi, setiap orang dapat membuat laporan secara mandiri, yang dapat digunakan sebagai pilot project untuk pembahasan tugas hasil setiap pertemuan. Dan mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office untuk membuat laporan keuangan serta surat menyurat undangan kegiatan. Pada kesempatan kali ini, Dosen-Dosen dari Universitas Nusa Mandiri memberikan pelatihan kepada Pengurus Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office dalam membuat surat undangan kegiatan dan rancangan anggaran sebagai pendukung kegiatan/ program kerja yang ada di yayasan tersebut. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan tersebut, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan para pengurus yayasan dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office. Sehingga dapat memudahkan seluruh kegiatan yang ada di yayasan tersebut.
