Abstract

Yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA yang berada di Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan merupakan yayasan yang terletak di Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan. Yayasan ini mempunyai anak yatim piatu yang bersekolah ditingkat pertama dan menengah. Permasalahan yang dimiliki oleh anak yatim piatu yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA adalah kurangan keterampilan dalam mengaplikasikan beberapa program komputer yang dimiliki, khusunya dalam membuat persentasi dengan menggunakan komputer. Perkembangan teknologi yang ada saat ini hanya digunakan sekedar untuk mengupdate status di media sosial tetapi tidak digunakan untuk melakukan tugas sekolah dan mengembangkan kemampuan persentasi mereka. Menjawab permasalahan diatas perlu diberikan pelatihan kepada Anak yatim piatu Yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan dengan tema Peningkatan keterampilan anak yatim piatu yayasan yatim piatu dan sosial IRMA dalam mengelolah data dan persentasi melalui pelatihan komputer menggunakan Microsoft Office, agar anak yatim piatu tersebut memiliki kemampuan membuat suatu persentasi yang menarik saat melakukan tugas sekolah serta kemampuan dalam mengelolah data dalam menghadapi era 4.0

Abstract

Abstract  - One of the most important sectors in determining the success of the development process in developing countries is transportation. Existing transportation such as land, air and sea transportation. Of the three types of transportation, in Indonesia, the fastest development of island transportation. The rapid growth of transportation is evidenced by the increasing number of motorcycle transportation by 7.40% per year. This amount is supported by factors in the development and utilization of information technology that is increasingly growing in Indonesia. Behind that, it turns out there is support from the many companies developing technology to build transportation applications. As with online transportation that can provide land transportation facilities only by utilizing smartphone technology. The development of online transportation is one of the important factors in the use of transportation vehicles in Indonesia. Previous transportation has the facilities and infrastructure in the use of transportation is still minimal, namely the lack of providing services to the community so that people do not feel satisfied. Therefore, we conducted a study to evaluate the success factors of using land transportation from an online transportation application in the perspective of customer satisfaction using the AHP method that can overcome complex, unstructured problems such as expert thought, from the results obtained by the main factors that are very influential with the success of an application can be seen from the level of technological confidence of the application.Keywords: Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah antrian sering terjadi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari seperti pada antrian pasien rumah sakit, pasien yang datang memiliki pola kedatangan dengan disiplin antrian yang daftar pertama akan dilayani pertama (First In First Out). Meningkatnya jumlah pasien yang ada pada saat ini akan membuat antrian yang panjang dalam proses pendaftaran maupun pemeriksaan dan akan menyebabkan kejenuhan pasien yang nantinya akan membatalkan pendaftaran atau pemeriksaan. Oleh Karena itu untuk mempercepat proses antrian pasien dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi untuk dapat mengatasi antrian panjang, Dengan adanya aplikasi pendaftaran dan pemeriksaan pasien berdasarkan dari hasil waiting line method tidak ada lagi antrian panjang dan memakan waktu yang lama. Kata kunci: antrian, pelayanan, peningkatan kinerja, waiting line. Abstract: Problems a queue often the case in daily activities as on queue hospital patients, Patients attending having a pattern the arrival of With discipline a queue one who lists first be served first. An increase in the number of patients that existing at the present time will make queue forever a long in the process of registration and examination and will cause surfeit patients which will be cancel registration or examination. Hence to speed up the process a queue patients is required a application to solve long queues, With available application the registration and examination patients based on from the waiting line method No more long queues and feed on a long time. Abstract

Abstrak: Adanya sebuah aplikasi saat ini dapat digunakan dalam beberapa hal khususnya sistem pakar. Sistem pakar penyakit kucing merupakan sistem yang dapat mengidentifikasi penyakit pada kucing, yang dikarenakan hewan tersebut sangat populer di masyarakat khususnya Indonesia sangatlah besar peminatnya. Hewan ini sangat disukai karena bentuknya yang lucu dan perilaku yang menggemaskan, terlebih nabi Muhammad juga menyukai hewan ini dan jika kita merawatnya makan sunah rasul yang kita dapat ini merupakan kepercayaan umat muslim. Dalam memelihara kucing berbagai masalah akan terjadi dimana kucing yang kita pelihara dalam keadaan sakit dan berbagai virus yang menyerang kucing misalnya penyakit kucing scabies, penyakit kucing feline caliviral disease, penyakit kucing helminthiasis, penyakit kucing koksidiosis, penyakit kucing felice panleukopenia, penyakit kucing ektoparasit, penyakit kucing, penyakit kucing feline viral rhinotracheitis dan penyakit kucing Earmite. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem pakar yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan yang dapat di anggap cukup rumit dan hanya bisa diatasi para ahli atau para pakar tertentu. Pemilik kucing yang tidak mengetahui adanya penyakit yang dialami oleh kucing yang dipeliharanya maka akan menjadi permasalahan yang besar. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya aplikasi sistem pakar tersebut dapat membantu dalam melakukan diagnosis penyakit pada kucing dan memberikan alternatif pengobatan, penanganan dan pencegahannya. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Sistem Pakar, Forward Chaining, Penyakit Kucing. Abstract: The existence of an application today can be used in several ways, especially expert systems. The cat disease expert system is a system that can identify diseases in cats, which is because these animals are very popular in society, especially in Indonesia, and are in great demand. This animal is very popular because of its cute shape and adorable behavior, especially the prophet Muhammad also likes this animal and if we take care of it, eat the Prophet's Sunnah which we get is the belief of Muslims. In keeping cats, various problems will occur where the cat we keep is sick and various viruses that attack cats, for example, scabies cat disease, feline caliviral disease, cat helminthiasis, cat coccidiosis, felice panleukopenia cat disease, ectoparasite cat disease, cat disease feline cat disease, viral rhinotracheitis and Earmite cat disease. With the existence of an expert system application that aims to solve a problem that can be considered quite complicated and can only be overcome by certain experts or experts. Cat owners who do not know about the disease experienced by the cat they keep will be a big problem. Therefore, with the application of this expert system, it can help diagnose diseases in cats and provide alternative treatments, treatments and prevention. Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis sentimen berisikan dataset berbentuk teks yang bersifat positif, negatif atau netral dengan mengungkapkan kata-kata dalam media sosial haruslah berhati-hati dan jangan ada unsur menghina atau melakukan pelanggaran hukum dapat mengakibatkan terkena pidana bagi mereka yang melakukan pelanggaran hukum terkait postingan di media sosial. Metode klasifikasi seperti Naive Bayes(NB) diusulkan oleh banyak peneliti untuk digunakan pada analisis sentimen teks. Dari metode naive bayes, akan diuji dengan tiga masukan yaitu menggunakan Tokenize (menghilangkan tanda baca), Transform Cases (merubah huruf besar menjadi huruf kecil) dan Stopwords (menghilangkan kata negatif) dari komentar bersifat positif (100 komentar teks) dan bersifat negatif (100 komentar teks). Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Naive Bayes didapat nilai AUC: 0.484 +/- 0.107 (mikro: 0.484) (positive class: Positif) dengan hasil akurasi 72,50, maka metode Naive Bayes dapat menghasilkan klasifikasi yang cukup untuk analisis sentimen etika posting pada media sosial. . Kata kunci: Etika Posting, Naïve Bayes, Media Sosial. Abstract: Sentiment analysis with a unique dataset shaped text is positive, negative or neutral with expressing words in media social shall be careful and follow the insult or done can result in exposed for those who commit criminal law violations related to post on social media. A method of classification as naive bayes(nb) proposed by many researchers for use in the analysis sentiment text. Of the bayes naive, will be tested with three input that is using tokenize (remove) punctuation, the cases transform instead (change and a small type) stopwords (took the word negative) (100 of commentary is positive and negative comments text) (100) text commentary. The research using bayes naive obtained the auc: 0.484 + / - 0.107 micro (:0.484) (:class it with the positive) 72,50 accuracy , hence a method bayes can produce classifications naive enough to analysis. Abstract

Virus sebuah jenis penyakit yang berupa mikroskopik dengan organisme super kecil yang dapat menyerang manusia dan terkadang sangat mematikan. Ada berbagai macam virus yang ada dan menyebar di masyarakat akan tetapi masyarakat tidak dapat mengetahui dan tidak dapat mengidentifikasi jenis virus yang terkena dirinya ataupun yang ada disekitar mereka, dikarenakan masyarakat kurang memiliki pengetahuan dalam identifikasi jenis virus. Untuk mengidentifikasi jenis virus dapat digunakan sebuah metode forwad chaining dimana jenis virus dengan metode tersebut dapat dikenali dengan gejala-gejala yang ada sehingga jenis penyakit virus dapat diketahui dan dapat diobati secara dini. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah alat sistem pakar yang dapat mengidentifikasi jenis virus, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengantisipasi jenis virus yang akan menyerang tubuh mereka beserta orang disekitar mereka. Dari hasil alat sistem pakar tersebut dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengetahui jenis virus secara dini, dan dapat membantu para ahli pakar dalam menangani pengurangan masyarakat yang terkena berbagai macam jenis virus.

Abstract

The existing complaints on the performance of assistant lecturers show the impact of the absence of better competence, so that an accurate evaluation process on the performance of lecturer assistants based on their duties and obligations in a certain period of time. The evaluation process required an improved model of accuracy which was a formidable challenge in the selection of more efficiency and effectiveness features, in which case we proposed a method of particle swarm optimization to improve the accuracy of neural network methods that experienced problems in the selection of features that were weighted in detailed analysis by particle swarm optimization with neural network learning performance. This study aims to find a complex alternative solution in the evaluation of lecturer's assistant where research is based on parameters obtained from UCI Machine Repository. The final research shows that particle swarm optimization method can in-crease the accuracy of 75.56% from the previous value of 51.75% and increase the kappa value of 0,632 from the previous kappa value 0,276. The result of developing particle swarm optimization toward neural network by increasing the accuracy and kappa value can be used as controlling periodically in evaluating the performance of assistant lecturer.

Abstract

Data mining has a very important role in the world of education can help education institutions in predicting and making decisions related to student academic status. We use the NN, SVM and DT algorithms to predict the graduation time of academic students at one of the private universities in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the three models produce the accuracy of more than 80%, and the SVM model has an accuracy of 85.18% higher than the other two models. The results arising from this study provide important reference material for planning the future success of students and faculty in early warning to students in the future.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in the development of a country, especially educational institutions as places where the educational process has an important goal to create quality education in improving student performance. Based on research conducted in the last few decades the quality of education in Portugal has improved, but statistics show that the failure rate of students in Portugal is high, especially in the fields of Mathematics and Portuguese. On the other hand, machine learning which is part of Artificial Intelligence is considered to be helpful in the field of education, one of which is in predicting student performance. However, measuring student performance becomes a challenge since student performance has several factors, one of which is the relationship of variables and factors for predicting the performance of participating in an orderly manner. This study aims to find out how the application of machine learning algorithms based on particle sworm optimization to predict student performance. By using experimental research methods and the results of empirical studies shown in each model, namely random forest, decision tree, support vector machine and particle swarm optimization based neural network can improve the accuracy of student performance predictions.

Abstract

Abstract— Determining the quality standards of lecturers refers to the criteria of education, research, and community service. The campus can carry out the first process for selecting permanent lecturers effectively by looking at several criteria. By using a Decision Support System (DSS), the four categories can be used as guidelines for decision-makers to choose permanent lecturers. The goal of writing this journal is to support the effectiveness of the time for decision-makers to choose permanent lecturers in the early stages by combining the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. Where the SAW method has the advantage of accurate assessment because the value of criteria and weights have been determined, while the ARAS method compares each criterion value to each optimal alternative as a whole to get an ideal alternative. The result of combining the two methods can describe the prospective lecturers who are suitable to be used as permanent lecturer criteria. Judging from the ranking results in calculations, the values obtained are 0.146341, 0.134146, and 0.121951. These results prove that ranking with an assessment using the combination of SAW and ARAS methods results in an effective, accurate, and efficient assessment. Intisari— Menentukan standar kualitas dosen mengacu kepada kriteria pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pihak kampus dapat melakukan proses pertama untuk pemilihan dosen tetap secara efektif dengan melihat beberapa kriteria. Dengan menggunakan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK), keempat kategori tersebut bisa dijadikan pedoman bagi pengambil keputusan untuk memilih dosen tetap. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk membantu keefektifan waktu bagi pengambil keputusan untuk memilih dosen tetap tahap awal dengan penggabungan metodeAdditive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Dimana metode SAW mempunyai keunggulan penilaian akurat karena untuk nilai kriteria dan bobot telah ditentukan, sementara metode ARASmelakukan perbandingan setiap nilai kriteria terhadap masing alternatif optimal secara keseluruhan untuk mendapatkan alternatif yang ideal. Hasil penggabungan dua metode tersebut dapat menggambarkan calon dosen yang sesuai untuk dijadikan kriteria dosen tetap.Dilihat dari hasil perangkingan dalam perhitungan, nilai yang didapat 0,146341 ,0,134146 dan 0,121951. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa perangkingan dengan penilaian menggunakan penggabungan metode SAW dan ARAS menghasilkan penilaian yang efektif, akurat dan efisien.
