Abstract

Muslims are currently left behind in the economic field. This is what then causes various crises that if not immediately sought a solution will cause Muslims to be more backward. The research aims to analyze economic management in improving the financial quality of Muslims. This research uses a library study approach by analyzing various authoritative books and journals. The results of the penelitaina show that Muslims actually have a very large capital in terms of more independent economic development. Muslims have ZISWAF (zakat, infak, sedekah, and waqf) as a form of Islamic doctrinal teachings. The problem only needs good and reliable governance and in this case management science is the most important keyword that must be applied. In addition, it is necessary to empower the community for the sake of improved the quality of human resources that are more effective, especially in managing zakat.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang peluang wisata halal terhadap pengembangan ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan liberary research dengan cara menelusuri sumber-sumber primer dalam bentuk buku atau jurnal primer yang berkenaan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peluang wisata halal di Indonesia sangat besar sebab mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama Islam dan semakin meningkatnya wisatawan baik lokal maupun manca negara yang datang setiap tahunya, potensi wisata yang dimiliki juga sangat banyak dan sangat diminati. Beberapa tantangan yang juga harus diperhatikan adalah bagaimana kemudian starategi pemasarannya dapat dilakukan secara baik dan mengakomodir kepentingan wisatawan lain. Oleh karenanya sangat penting mengembangkan wisata halal sebab pengaruhnya tidak hanya pada sektor ekonomi Islam saja akan tetapi juga menjadi sumber pendapatan negara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jual beli online perspektif hukuIslam dan hukum negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan liberary research atau studi pustaka dengan penelusuran sumber primer berupa buku-buku dan jurnal yang otoritatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jual beli online menurut hukum Islam adalah boleh selama objek atau barang yang dijual tidak haram dan tidak mengandung unsur riba, penipuan (gharar) dan perjudian (maisyir). Baik hukum Islam maupun hukum negara tidak bertentangan mengenai hukum jual beli onine sebab negara juga telah menjamin aktivitas jual beli dengan mengaturnya dalam bentuk regulasi sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam KUH Perdata Pasal 1457 dan Pasal 1458 dan memberikan jaminan pada undang-undang perlindungan konsumen (UUPK) No.08 Tahun 1999.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly modern era demands that all sides of life be carried out in a modern way as well. Nowadays access to the digital space is absolutely necessary and has been applied to almost all lines of life including marketing. This research will capture up close about digital marketing from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses the literature method by conducting an authoritative search for books and journals. The results of this study show that digital marketing is allowed in Islam with the provision that 1) it is carried out on the basis of mutual liking (ridha), 2) so that the marketing carried out aims to establish brotherhood (silaturahmi), and 3) Islam prohibits marketing that contains elements of fraud (gharar). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of BUMDes related to planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. This research uses a qualitative method of literature study by looking for authoritative literature from books and journals. The results showed that: 1) the ideal BUMDes planning can be done with collaborative planning based on deliberation. 2) the organization of BUMDes can be done by determining the right person in carrying out duties, it can be in the form of advisors, daily operational administrators and supervisors. 3) The implementation of BUMDes is the stage where planning and organizing are carried out as well as possible. 4) the supervision of BUMDes must go through three stages, namely setting standards, conducting assessments and carrying out corrective actions. Abstract

The development of advanced technology requires all to adjust from traditional ways to digital-based ways. This pandemic that has not ended has forced humans to be friendly with technology, as well as in the marketing segmentation of UMKM. This study aims to describe the marketing strategy of UMKM in the new normal era. This research uses descriptive qualitative techniques using literature study analysis. Marketing strategies in the new normal era are activating online shops, maximizing the ability of human resources regarding IT, and promoting through the millennial generation. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is/is not the influence of the application of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction at PT. Putra Ali Sentosa (PAS) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research because this research method has the aim of obtaining information by making a picture or description of what is or is happening. The type of data used in completing this thesis research proposal is subject data (Self-report data). The source of the data collected is in the form of primary data which is obtained directly from the respondents who are the target of the research. The results obtained between the variables X and Y for each item are declared valid and reliable because the total value of the corrected item is greater than the critical r value (0.30) and the Cronbach Alpha value is above 0.60. From the normality test, all show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely in the form of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot and the non-paramertic solid table sig value is greater than 0.05 so that for the Experiential Marketing variable and consumer satisfaction it can be concluded normal. There is a positive relationship between Experential Marketing and consumer satisfaction which can be proven through the calculation of the correlation coefficient with a strong correlation result of = 0.737. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it is obtained a figure of 54.4%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) of 45.6% is determined by the independent variable (Experential Marketing) and the remaining 40.1% is determined by other variables. not discussed in this study, such as service quality variables, marketing mix, distribution and others. From the hypothesis testing carried out and by comparing the calculated t value with the t table value, it is found that the t calculated value is greater than t table (6.729 > 2.024). This means that the accepted hypothesis is the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Keywords: Experiential Marketing and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at Sibolga Fishing Port. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of Budget Planning and Budget Evaluation on Financial Performance at Sibolga Fishing Port. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the financial statement of 2019– 2021. The sampling technique in this study uses Nonprobability sampling: Saturated Sampling.This research uses quantitative descriptive method and data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the factors of Budget Planning and Budget Evaluation each had a significant effect on FinancialPerformance. Through the f test, it was found that Budget Planning and Budget Evaluationtogether had a positive effect on Business Perfor FinancialPerformance mance for Sibolga Fishing Port. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 81,80%. And the multiple linear regression test Y = 2,9496+ 0,247X1 + 0,139X2 it can be assumed that if the Budget Planning has increased by one-unit (%), then Financial Performance will decrease with a value of 0,24%, and if the Budget Evaluation has increased by one-unit (%) then Financial Performance will experience an increase with a value of 0,139%. Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community partnership program (PKM) service is (1) to minimize the impact of killing characters on children (2) to assist the Sibolga City Government in providing information and knowledge to the community, especially the families of victims of child violence in Sibolga City in early psychological handling of victims ( 3) educating the public on prevention and early detection of the psychological condition of children as victims of violence (4) giving birth to trauma healing counselors in the Sibolga City community who can reduce the number of violence against children by changing social norms and cultural practices in society (5) building systems at the level of communication and family in preventing violence. The method of implementing training activities for Community-Based Integrated Child Protection Activists and Volunteers includes 3 stages, namely: (1) Training Preparation Stage, (2) Training Implementation Stage, (3) Final Evaluation Stage. PKM's community service partners are the Sub-District Community Empowerment Office, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Sibolga City. This program is implemented as an effort to produce trauma healing counselors in the Sibolga City community who can reduce the number of violence against children by changing social norms and cultural practices in society. This activity also aims to enable Community-Based Integrated Child Protection Activists and Volunteers to assist the Sibolga City Government in providing information and knowledge to the community, especially the families of victims of child violence in Sibolga City in early psychological treatment of victims. It is hoped that this program will run well and the knowledge of the community will increase. The expected outcome of this mentoring program is the publication of scientific papers in national proceedings and journals with ISSN. Keywords: Trauma, Healing, Training
