Abstract

The purpose of community service this is to provide insight and alternative approaches in guidance and counseling services bkepada participants about increased confidence the students with techniques fun game. The method used in the dedication to the community there are various so members are not saturated in following the process of the implementation of community service, while the methods used namely lectures, discussions, and fun game.The results of this dedication to the community is the community service participants are very enthusiastic in participating in community service activities.Not only is it based on the results of evaluation results conducted executing dedication of the participants hold a more in-depth understanding of how increased confidence of students with engineering fun game.Keywords: Confidence, Fun game.

Abstract

Anak jalanan merupakan anak yang beresiko, anak-anak yang tidak dapat berkembang secara optimal karena mereka hidup di jalanan. Anak jalanan memerlukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang positif selain bimbingan belajar. Pengembangan diri berhubungan dengan potensi-potensi diri yang dioptimalkan secara efektif dan kontinu. Potensi adalah modal manusia untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara luar biasa jika dapat dideteksi, dimotivasi dan dikembangkan atau diaktualisasikan dalam kehidupan nyata. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan yang terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan (tindakan), observasi, evaluasi serta refleksi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan memperoleh 2 data yakni hasil lembar kegiatan dream activity dan lembar angket motivasi. Hasil data pada lembar kegiatan dream activity menunjukkan pengembangan diri anak pada setiap pertemuan mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata 85% berkategori baik. Hasil data pada lembar angket motivasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak dengan diperoleh  rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 77.9 dan nilai posttest sebesar 89.6. Dengan demikian kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman anak jalanan tentang pengembangan diri sehingga meningkatkan pengembangan diri dan motivasi belajar anak jalanan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the principal's steps in preparing a work plan in an effort to influence teachers and staff to want to work together so that they want to take actions and actions in achieving common goals, (2) the principal's activities in implementing work plans, evaluation activities and monitoring, and (3) factors that support and hinder school principals in leading SMAN 3 and SMKN 3 Banjarbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to capture symptoms holistically and contextually through collecting data from the subjects studied as a direct source with the researcher's own key instruments, namely the researcher is a planner, executor of data collection, analysis, data interpreter, and in the end he becomes a reporter. the results of the research. The results of the research show that: The preparation of work plans for school principals in an effort to guide teachers and education personnel staff in their implementation takes action in achieving a common goal, namely implementing school-based management in improving the quality of education focusing on the management aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Implementation (MBS) in improving the quality of education for the two schools in addition to paying attention to students, also to guardians of students, especially those who are members of the school committee. The principal in carrying out evaluation and monitoring of integrated activities for teachers and education staff and students is in the position they should be, namely carrying out their duties with full responsibility to achieve common goals in improving the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding and skills of teachers and educational staff in implementing anti-bullying classroom management to create a safe and effective learning environment at SD Negeri Pasar Lama 6 Banjarmasin. The training consisted of four stages—preparation, implementation, application, and evaluation—and applied a participatory approach through interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions, and role-play simulations. The evaluation showed significant improvement in participants’ competencies, with the average score increasing from 59.78 (pre-test) to 87.17 (post-test), a gain of 27.39 points. Participants’ satisfaction also reached an average score of 4.78, categorized as excellent. These results demonstrate that the Anti-Bullying Classroom Management Training effectively improved teachers’ ability to prevent and handle bullying cases, while also enhancing classroom learning effectiveness and promoting a positive and collaborative school climate.
