Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap bimbingan dan konseling dengan minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu di kelas VII B dan D SMPN 15 Banjarmasin. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya berbagai macam pandangan atau persepsi siswa terhadap BK di sekolah sehingga hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Pearson Product Moment pada program SPSS 26. Sampel yang di gunakan ada 52 orang dari jumlah populasi 60 orang siswa VII B dan VII D dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpul data menggunakan dua buah skala likert melalui kuesioner yang di sebar kepada siswa melalui link WhatsApp. Uji validitas kuesioner menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap bimbingan dan konseling dengan minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu pada kelas VII B dan VII D SMPN 15 Banjarmasin dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 dan pearson correlation 0,448 > rtabel pada taraf 5% 0,273. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H1 di terima. Sehingga berarti bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap bimbingan dan konseling memiliki hubungan dengan minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu.__________________________________________________________________The purpose pf this study was to determine the relationship between students perceptions of guidance and counseling with student interest in participating in individual counseling services in class VII B and D SMPN 15 Banjarmasin. The background of this research is the existence of a variety of views or perceptions of students towards BK in school so that it affects student interest in participating in individual counseling. This research is a quantitative design using pearson product moment analysis techniques in the SPSS 26 program. The sample used was 52 people from a population of 60 students of class VII B and D with simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used two Likert scales through a questionnaire distributed to student via the WhatsApp Link. The questionnaire validation and the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between student perception of guidance and counseling with student interest in participating in individual counseling services in class VII B and VII D of SMPN 15 Banjarmasin with a significant value 0f 0,001 < 0,05 and pearson correlation 0,448 > rtable at 5% level 0,273. Thus, the H1 hypothesis is accepted. So that means that student perceptions of guidance and counseling have a relationship with the interests of student following individual counseling services.

Abstract

Keluarga yang tidak harmonis (broken home) dapat memberikan dampak yang buruk pada perkembangan anak. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada anak broken home yakni anak akan memiliki self-esteem yang rendah. Umumnya seseorang dengan self-esteem rendah juga memiliki tingkat ketegasan yang rendah, hal ini akan membuat anak mudah menjadi korban dari perilaku penyimpangan ataupun sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat self-esteem siswa broken home sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training serta mengetahui efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa broken home di kelas XI MAN 4 Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan desain penelitian ini adalah pre-experiment dengan pola One Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Pre-test diberikan sebelum adanya perlakuan dan post-test diberikan setelah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training dapat dilihat dengan cara membandingkan hasil skor pre-test dan post-test yakni 450% < 595% atau dengan rata-rata 56% < 74%, dengan demikian (Ho) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training efektif dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa broken home di kelas XI MAN 4 Banjar.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Dampak positif kemajuan teknologi dapat memberikan kemudahan seperti akses data dan informasi, kursus online, buku elektronik, ujian online dan lain sebagainya. Namun di sisi lain, penggunaan teknologi secara berlebihan dapat memicu timbulnya efek samping seperti smartphone addiction. Dan salah satu cara untuk mengurangi hal tersebut yaitu dengan pengalihan fokus dari menggunakan smartphone ke aktivitas lain. Dalam hal ini, aktivitas tersebut adalah bibliotherapy atau terapi bacaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat smartphone addiction yang dialami siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan dan setelahnya, serta efektivitas bibliotherapy untuk mengurangi smartphone addiction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental one group pretest posttest. Desain ini dipilih karena paling sesuai dengan variabel penelitian. Dari analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan metode wilcoxon signed rank test, diperoleh hasil negative rank N=3 dengan mean 3,67 dan positive rank N=5 dengan mean 5,00. Hasil tes statistik berdasarkan negative rank dengan Z=-0,981 dan signifikansi 0,326 >0,05 H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh menunjukkan hasil bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik bibliotherapy yang telah dilakukan tidak efektif untuk mengurangi smartphone addiction pada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the principal's steps in preparing a work plan in an effort to influence teachers and staff to want to work together so that they want to take actions and actions in achieving common goals, (2) the principal's activities in implementing work plans, evaluation activities and monitoring, and (3) factors that support and hinder school principals in leading SMAN 3 and SMKN 3 Banjarbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to capture symptoms holistically and contextually through collecting data from the subjects studied as a direct source with the researcher's own key instruments, namely the researcher is a planner, executor of data collection, analysis, data interpreter, and in the end he becomes a reporter. the results of the research. The results of the research show that: The preparation of work plans for school principals in an effort to guide teachers and education personnel staff in their implementation takes action in achieving a common goal, namely implementing school-based management in improving the quality of education focusing on the management aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Implementation (MBS) in improving the quality of education for the two schools in addition to paying attention to students, also to guardians of students, especially those who are members of the school committee. The principal in carrying out evaluation and monitoring of integrated activities for teachers and education staff and students is in the position they should be, namely carrying out their duties with full responsibility to achieve common goals in improving the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the English language learning management plan carried out by UPB (Unit Pengembangan Bahasa) UIN (Universitas Islam Negeri) Antasari during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to analyze this English language learning process carried out by UPB UIN Antasari during the Covid-19 pandemic through a learning management plan perspective. This research is a qualitative field research, where data is collected through observation during the teaching-learning process, interviews with UPB managers, teaching staff (tutors), and program participants (students), as well as document study of textbooks and other learning documents. The author then validated the data using triangulation techniques, and analyzes them descriptively. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, UPB had implemented learning management plan in its intensive English learning. UPB has carried out preparations for the effective week according to the academic calendar, as well as making annual programs and semester programs in the form of textbooks. In terms of honorarium, UPB is even above the generally accepted standard, due to the consistency of tutor fees even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The main drawback of the implementation of learning management plan by UPB is the absence of lesson plan documents and syllabus, However, the absence of these two learning documents does not necessarily make this intensive program a failure, because UPB has provided textbooks to replace it. Based on the final exam results, it is proven that this intensive program is successful in improving students' English skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how school policies are implemented in teacher professional evaluation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam 1 Tambalang, and to identify factors that support or hinder the process. In addition, this study also explores various efforts made by schools to overcome the obstacles that arise, so that teacher professional evaluation can run more effectively and in line with established policies. The results of the study indicate that teacher professional evaluation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam 1 Tambalang begins with planning and establishing competency development programs, including training, courses, empowerment of MGMP (Subject Teacher Deliberation), and writing and reading activities to improve teacher professionalism. The main supporting factor is teacher motivation to carry out their profession seriously, while obstacles that arise are overcome with a mature competency development strategy, increasing insight into the field of study, and mastery of effective teaching methods to support a more optimal teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance and the quality of education at State Elementary School 26 Hulu Sungai Utara. The focus includes the principal's leadership style, strategies implemented to improve the quality of education, and obstacles faced in the process. The results of the study indicate that the principal's leadership at State Elementary School 26 Hulu Sungai Utara is carried out through clear planning, division of tasks according to teacher potential and moving them to achieve goals. The leadership styles applied include informing, situational, selling, and participatory-democratic styles to direct, guide and train teachers. The strategies include being a role model, implementing discipline and providing facilities and infrastructure to motivate teachers. The main obstacle is the lack of textbooks or assignment sheets, which hinders the improvement of students' insights, especially those from low-income families.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) Implementation of the independent learning curriculum towards counseling guidance services for self-development at SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. (2) Obstacles and efforts taken to overcome various problems in implementing the independent learning curriculum regarding guidance and counseling services for self-development at SMAIT Ukhuwah. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation.The results of the analysis show that the form of implementing the independent learning curriculum is (1) the guidance and counseling teacher is assigned to be a P5 facilitator (project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students) and actively participates in assisting students' self-development activities in schools starting from grade 10 to grade 12 in preparation for further study. (2) The SNBP (Achievement Based National Selection) graduation results for the independent curriculum class have decreased compared to the 13curriculum class due to the SNBP system not fully accommodating schools that implement the Independent curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran manajemen sekolah dalam penanaman 6 pondasi gerakan transisi dari Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) ke Sekolah Dasar (SD) di kelas awal, dengan fokus pada SDN Lokpaikat 1 dan SDN Bitahan 1 di Kecamatan Lokpaikat, Kabupaten Tapin. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk perbedaan tingkat kesiapan anak, tantangan sumber daya manusia, dan kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan kurikulum antara PAUD dan SD. Dalam mengatasi tantangan ini, manajemen sekolah menunjukkan inisiatif kreatif, kondisi kurikulum, dan mengintensifkan komunikasi dengan orang tua sebagai strategi penting.Kolaborasi yang erat antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua adalah kunci keberhasilan dalam mendukung transisi anak-anak dari PAUD ke SD di kedua lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperkuat pemahaman tentang manajemen peran sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan inklusif bagi anak-anak selama fase transisi krusial dari PAUD ke SD. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen yang ada. Hasil penelitian tentang manajemen sekolah dalam penanaman 6 pondasi gerakan transisi dari Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) ke Sekolah Dasar (SD) di kelas awal di SDN Lokpaikat 1 dan SDN Bitahan 1, Kecamatan Lokpaikat, Kabupaten Tapin, menunjukkan komitmen manajemen sekolah dalam mempersiapkan anak-anak untuk transisi yang sukses. Langkah-langkah seperti kolaborasi yang efektif dengan semua pemangku kepentingan, peran proaktif kepala sekolah dan guru, serta keterlibatan orang tua menjadi kunci dalam mendukung proses transisi. Tantangan seperti perbedaan kesiapan anak, hambatan sumber daya manusia, dan kesulitan dalam menyelaraskan kurikulum antara PAUD dan SD diatasi melalui upaya kreatif manajemen sekolah. Kolaborasi erat antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua terbukti penting dalam membantu anak-anak menghadapi transisi ini dengan percaya diri dan sukses.
