Abstract

Industri cor logam selama ini dianggap sebagai usaha yang belum ramah lingkungan, karena masih banyaknya limbah industri ini yang dapat mencemari air dan tanah. Oleh karenanya pelaku usaha di bidang industri cor logam perlu mendapatkan edukasi dan pemahaman tentang bagaimana menerapkan konsep green economy di usaha mereka. Salah satu konsep green economy yang dapat diterapkan di UKM secara sederhana antara lain adalah penanganan limbah baik limbah berupa potongan logam maupun debu hasil produksi. Mitra dari kegiatan adalah UD. Sinar Daha yang bergerak di industri cor logam di Kecamatan Nagara Kabuapaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi berkaitan penerapan Green Economy di lingkungan industri cor logam. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah agar mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang implementasi green economy di lungkungan usahanya. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan cara penyampaian penanganan limbah hasil produksi berupa potongan-potongan hasil pengecoran dan penanganan debu logam agar tidak mengkontaminasi dan mencemari air dan tanah di lokasi usaha. Potongan-potongan logam masih dapat direcycle dan diolah kembali dengan cara dibersihkan dan dilebur kembali, sedangkan penanganan debu logam diatasi dengan menyalurkan air hasil pembersihan lantai ke kolam filterisasi yang berisikan adsorben berupa tempurung kelapa dan sabut kelapa untuk mengikat komponen logam berat seperti Pb (Timbal) dan Fe (besi) yang masih terkandung di dalam debu logam limbah industri sebelum air hasil pencucian dialirkan ke sungai dan tanah di bawah pabrik. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pengolahan kembali limbah hasil industri baik berupa potongan-potongan logam maupun debu hasil produksi dengan menyediakan kolam filterisasi untuk mengurangi dampak pencemaran logam berat ke tanah dan air.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of recruitment, selection and motivation of employees. The research method used is qualitative analysis with field research and library research and data analysis from observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. This study indicates that employee recruitment and selection is still not as good as in human resource management techniques, and employee motivation is still inadequate. Because the employees of this company are still concurrently with the management of the cooperative, which operationally still does not provide adequate services, namely 2 people with details of 1 manager and 1 staff employee, so that the benefit to customer members as many as 155 people is still inadequate, therefore this cooperative need to plan the recruitment and selection of employees needed as many as 3 people, so the total number of employees of the cooperative is 5 people. Currently, the provision of motivation is only in the form of a low honorarium. Therefore, it is necessary to provide incentives so that employees are more enthusiastic and give non-material explanations such as a pleasant work environment in the form of good office facilities, such as workspaces with good air circulation, multi-media computers complete with the internet. In addition, it is necessary to provide other non-material motivations in the future.

Abstract

The importance of access to health makes people need fast and appropriate services so several clinics are present that help the community in getting their health checked, especially in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district. Improving the quality of health services can be improved, so that the goal of the clinic can be to make patients or consumers satisfied with the services offered or provided. At the Asy-Syifa clinic Darul Hidayah Hulu Sungai Tengah, it is necessary to improve the quality of health services because there are still several complaints from patients and their families due to the long waiting time and lack of communication from officers, starting from the registration section, the examination section, to the drug service section so that they can improve to provide a satisfactory service impact both from the officers, the comfort of the place and the completeness of the supporting equipment. The Effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at the Asy-Syifa Darul Hidayah Clinic, Hulu Sungai Tengah, has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, therefore by improving the quality of clinical services, will have an impact on the satisfaction felt by patients.

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the extent to which the existence of infrastructure, the quality of the apparatus, and the atmosphere of the work environment have an impact on employee performance at the agency of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Kalimantan Province. The background of this study comes from the identification of problems that include limited supporting infrastructure, stagnation in developing human resource potential, and a work climate that is not conducive to productivity. This research applied a quantitative approach with a population coverage of all apparatus totaling 177 individuals, and involved 64 respondents who were purposively selected based on the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques were carried out through distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software. The study findings show that partially: (1) the existence of facilities significantly affects performance; (2) human resource competence has significant implications for performance; and (3) the work environment also has a significant influence on performance. Collectively, the three variables significantly contribute to improving employee performance in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Kalimantan Province.
