Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Urgensi Gagasan Untuk Mengurangi Kewenangan Presiden Di Dalam Uud 1945 Sebelum Amandemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Urgensi gagasan untuk mengurangi kewenangan presiden di dalam UUD 1945 sebelum amandemen, dapat dilihat pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Soeharto terjadi penyimpangan terhadap UUD 1945 atau dapat dikatakan bahwa meskipun UUD 1945 dilaksanakan secara murni dan konsekuen, tetapi Presiden Soeharto memanfaatkan kelemahan-kelemahan yang terdapat dalam UUD 1945 untuk melanggengkan kekuasaannya. Selama praktik penyelenggaraan negara baik pada masa pemerintahan Soekarno maupun Soeharto digunakan sebagai dasar hukum untuk memperluas dan mempertahankan kekuasaannya. Dengan demikian dalam UUD 1945 sebelum perubahan belum sepenuhnya menerapkan faham konstitusionalisme karena tiadanya pembatasan masa jabatan Presiden yang sangat terkait dengan kekuasaan Presiden. Ketentuan lainnya yang dapat memperluas kekuasaan presiden adalah Pasal 5 ayat (1) UUD 1945 sebelum perubahan yang menyatakan bahwa Presiden memegang kekuasaan membentuk undang-undang dengan persetujuan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR). Presiden secara bersama-sama menjalankan kekuasaan eksekutif (executive power) dan kekuasaan legislatif (legislative power).

Indonesia’s democracy system was built on the basis and the strength of Pancasila, which did not favor the excessive desires of individual negotiations (liberalism) neither absolute state domination, non-liberalism, namely direct and indirect democracy that was once practiced. Those forms have their own weaknesses, but this paper will only highlight the positive side of the open democratic system, sincerely the democratic system of this nation is Pancasila democracy which refers to those two major forces of democracy. The implementation of Pancasila’s democracy in the Legislative Election can be shown in Law Number 7 of 2017 on the General Elections 2019 in Indonesia. The history of the implementation of elections in Indonesia revealed a variety of dynamics indicated by several changes in the constitutional law which were used as the basis for the implementation of elections. The publication of the Election Law is the elaboration of the provisions of Article 22E of the 1945 Indonesian Constitution. This means that the principles of democracy contained within 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, must become the main foundations in designing norms in Law Number 7 of 2017 on the General Elections 2019, as happened, it turns out that the parliamentary threshold regulation within the Constitutional Law are ineffective in implementing this democracy.

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Taru Lestari merupakan salah satu kelompok tani yang terdapat di Denpasar, tepatnya di Banjar Ujung, Kelurahan Kesiman. Kelompok tani yang terbentuk pada tahun 2018 ini mengelola lahan tani seluas ±4 are, selain itu kelompok tani ini juga memiliki instalasi hidroponik dengan ± 1.000 lubang tanam. Namun keberadaan instalasi hidroponik tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga hasil tani yang diproduksi dari sistem hidroponik sangat rendah. Hal tersebut disebabkan salah satunya karena kelompok tani belum memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai cara budidaya tanaman dengan sistem hidroponik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka perlu dilakukannya pelatihan hidroponik kepada KWT Taru Lestari, Banjar Ujung. Metode yang dilakukan ialah dengan dua tahapan yaitu tahap penyuluhan untuk memberikan materi mengenai berbagai hal terkait hidroponik, dan tahap pelatihan untuk menerapkan langsung pengetahuan yang telah diperoleh pada instalasi hidroponik yang tersedia. Rangkaian kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan KWT Taru Lestari mengenai cara budidaya tanaman dengan hidroponik serta mampu mempraktikkannya. Berdasarkan kegiatan penyuluhan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh jumlah peserta yang paham terkait hidroponik meningkat sebesar 73%. Diharapkan dari pemahaman tersebut dapat memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki dan nantinya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok tani itu sendiri.

In fact, bineka tunggal ika is a form of pluralism in one culture, ethnicity, religion, and others in one place, namely the state with Pancasila principles and the 1945 Constitution. Whereas the principle of legal pluralism is a situation where one or more legal systems apply at a time and place the same one. The purpose of this paper is to explain how the synergy of the single eka bineka principle with the principle of legal pluralism. The single unity principle that is manifested in the life of nation and state, one form of its implementation is explained in the Indonesian archipelago, a way of looking at the Indonesian people about themselves and their surrounding environment based on national ideas based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Using the basis of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as part of legal sources. Thus it can be concluded that there is a synergy between the single bineka ika principle and the principle of legal pluralism in the basic model of the Indonesian unitary republic which lies in the source of all sources of law, namely Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.

Multiparty system is a product of a pluralist or plural society structure, both in terms of religiosity, ethnicity, and socio-economic. The party system should support the formation of a strong and clean government system and increase the effectiveness of government or the level of representation, but in reality each party is more concerned with their respective interests. The multiparty system in a presidential system in Indonesia makes the government instability in Indonesia. This mix is believed to tend to give birth to minority presidents and divided governments. There are four important things that influence the multiparty system on presidential systems in Indonesia. First, the multiparty system affects the fragility of coalition ties in the DPR. Second, the excessive control of the DPR disrupts the effectiveness of government. Third, the multiparty system affects the power of the vice president which is more dominant in the government and Fourth, the president's prerogative rights are reduced.

The development of the national economy in its achievement is inseparable from the role of the legal sector. Interdeterministis, between economic and law, two things that affect each other. That is, it can also start from the demands of the economic field to the field of law that can serve as a useful contribution to support economic growth. Law as a normative provision has a very important role and function in the field of economy. Scientific writing is intended to describe the legal theory in economic development. The results of the study provide an explanation that the economic system in Indonesia is Pancasila Economic System that was born in the heart of the nation that is Pancasila and UUD-45 and its interpretation. Therefore, the economic system of Pancasila is directly sourced from Pancasila, especially the fifth principle, namely: Social Justice for all Indonesian people and the mandate of Article 27 paragraph (2), Article 33-34 UUD-45 (4th Amendment). The fifth precept explains that all national and state orientations, economic, legal, social and cultural politics, are imbued with a spirit of comprehensive justice and destined for all Indonesians. Thus the legal contribution in the development of the Indonesian economy is a Pancasila economic system supported by the 1945 Constitution and its interpretation.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan entrepreunirship sebagai upaya meningkatkan minat berwirausaha pada siswa – siswi SMK National Media Center Kota Malang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan dua desin yaitu One Grup Pretest-Postest Design dan Rondomized control-grup only design melibatkan 60 orang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok (eksperimen dan kontrol) masing – masing 30 responden setiap kelompok. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan skala minat berwirausaha. Analisis statistiknya menggunakan paired sampel t-test untuk kelompok eksperimen pre test dan post tes dengan hasil t hitung –0,095 dan nilai signifikan 0,925 (p>0,05). Sedangkan untuk kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol menggunkan independent sampel t-test dengan hasil t hitung 1,048 dan nilai signifikan 0,299 ( p>0,05). Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan ada perbedaan pelatihan entrepreneurship ditolak

This study aims to analyze the Implications of Amending the 1945 Constitution on the Unclear Direction of Constitutional Substance. This study uses normative juridical research methods using secondary data from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The survey results show that radical changes to the provisions of the articles in the 1945 Constitution have resulted in more precise directions for the substance of the constitution. Some things that have become blurred due to the amendment are the parliamentary system between soft or firm bicameral and checks and balances between the executive and the legislature, which need to be balanced. Furthermore, if what is adopted is a two-chamber representative system, then a half-hearted positioning of the authority of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) is not appropriate. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the scenario by giving full authority to the DPD. That is, bearing in mind that the development of regional aspirations is running so quickly and rapidly, which must always be. Apart from that, the people's representation system adopted by the new 1945 Constitution is not unicameral because the DPD is a forum for regional representation besides the DPR is a forum for population representation. Still, it is also not bicameral because the bill only requires agreement between the DPR and the President and shifting the Sovereignty of the People to just Sovereignty of Law.

From the outset, the Job Creation Bill was aimed at strengthening large-scale companies and investors. It is unfortunate because the formulation process was closed, rushed, including ignoring the principle of prudence in formulating changes to hundreds of articles of various laws without taking into account the social, economic, political and cultural impacts that will inevitably arise. Its formulation which involves business elites and pro-capital academics is also truly unfortunate. One of the legal issues highlighted is Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (PPLH), especially related to Amdal (Analysis of Environmental Impacts). Where there is a legal issue that states this AMDAL is deleted. The purpose of this study is to examine the legal norms that contradict the constitutional rights of citizens as guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution in the formation of the Job Creation Law. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this research, as well as a literature study. The research in this paper is in the field of juridical-normative law. The results of the study Based on the various difficulties in the formation of the law, it seems that the Indonesian people have long felt as a developing country. The difficulties in the formation of this law are now more felt by the Indonesian people, who are currently facing various social problems based on multi-dimensional structural and cultural problems. In fact, the formation of this law now and in the future will continue to increase in response to the demands of the community along with the increasing complexity of the development and conditions of society. This can be seen from the demonstration against the Ratification of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation.

The purpose of this research is to examine the role and responsibility of the government in health services after the ratification of the Health Omnibus Act. This study also aims to convey the idea of a comprehensive health law as a national legal policy aimed at improving the health of the Indonesian people. This article uses normative legal research methods using legal approaches, contextual approaches, and analytical approaches. This study shows that the idea of a comprehensive health law as a national legal policy to improve public health status in Indonesia is both a challenge and an opportunity. Considering that the health sector makes an important contribution to the sustainability of the development goals put forward by the United Nations, one of the goals of sustainable development is to lead a healthy and prosperous life. Therefore, regulations based on Pancasila values must be revised and harmonized both nationally and internationally to ensure the achievement of the task of promoting fair, just and affordable companies with legal certainty.
