Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of external and internal influences on stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses quantitative methods from secondary data of financial analysis on 16 companies from 30 companies on the IDX Index that have a high level of liquidity and have a large capitalization selected by the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) with several selection criteria, the selection is carried out by the IDX regularly 2 times every year, namely in February and August. from 2014-2018 and data from Bank Indonesia on economic growth and inflation in the same year. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results show that the influence of external factors in the form of economic growth and inflation is more dominant than the company's internal factors in the form of DY (Dividend Yield), EPS (Earning Per Share), ROE (Return On Equity), PER (Price Earning Ratio) affect stock returns. Implementation for companies that go public needs to pay attention to the dynamics of environmental changes, especially the inflation rate which can cause investors to sell their shares, while this phenomenon is an opportunity for some investors to get a cheaper share price than many other investors have released.

Abstract

The traditional sasirangan fabric industry has become a mainstay product of South Kalimantan Province, both as part of compulsory clothing for students, government employees, various official events, souvenirs and exports to various countries. However, the cost of the production process which is rather expensive and takes a long time makes the selling price also more expensive, making the fabric industry from China start producing cheaper which is a threat to sasirangan fabric craftsmen. Through this community service activity, the team tested the use of technology to improve the production process faster and cheaper that was affordable for sasirangan fabric craftsmen. The trial of this activity involved 2 partners of saasirangan cloth craftsmen who were also involved in part of the cost of the activity. In the first stage, changing the way of designing which has been directly making motifs by writing using a pencil on cloth into a design using a computer with the Photoshop program eliminating the binding of the cloth, then changing the coloring process so far by dyeing the cloth to the dyeing place replaced with a digital printer, changing from disposal used waste to the river into a special place of waste, replacing the mold drying process from drying in the hot sun which is very dependent on weather conditions by drying using a blower, finally replacing packaging using plastic bags with more attractive packaging bags and boxes. As a result, rival fabric products are processed faster, safer, healthier, neater, and more attractive.

Abstract

According to the regulations, employers are required to comply with reporting procedures, which include the mandatory manpower reports (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan di Perusahaan/WLKP) that have to be submitted online. Whether establishing, closing, dissolving, re-opening or transferring their business, every company in Indonesia is mandated to submit their mandatory manpower report. This study aims to analyze the determinants of compliance in mandatory manpower report using the theory of planned behavior and institutional theory. The research method was explanatory research. The population in this study were companies in South Kalimantan Province that have been registered in the online WLKP system by taking 135 samples based on the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart-PLS 02 program. The results showed that the theory of planned behavior can be used to predict determinants of compliance in WLKP where attitudes and perceived behavioral control had a significant effect on compliance intention. Institutional theory did not show a significant effect on WLKP reporting compliance where normative pressure only had a marginally significant effect on compliance intention. Keywords: Compliance, mandatory to report employment in the company, Theory of Planned Behavior, Theory of Institutional

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKA program using the CIPP evaluation model. This research was evaluative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was done by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation used a source and method to compare the opinions of interested parties on a group-based family income increase program in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The results showed that (1) the context evaluation was not good, because there was no legal basis, namely the Regent's Regulation even though the implementation of the UPPKA program and training, the suitability of the needs analysis, the suitability of the background and the objectives of the UPPKA program were in accordance with the expected competencies; (2) evaluation of input was not good because the organizers in this case were related agencies that had not yet matured in the context of planning, even though the family planning instructor/instructor was competent and masters the material, UPPKA members were in accordance with the criteria and procedures, the facilities and infrastructure were supported; (3) the evaluation process was not good because the suitability of the activity schedule was uncertain, the performance of the organizers had not been maximized due to planning constraints that affect the implementation of activities even though the family planning instructor was optimal, UPPKA members were still passive, and the evaluation was carried out thoroughly, both evaluation of members, instructors/KB instructors and organizers, where only family planning instructors/extension workers work optimally. Product evaluation was not good because UPPKA members had not mastered the context of administration and management.
