Abstract

This study aims to describe effectiveness of using cooperative learning model of TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) type on students’ mathematical communication ability at the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Padangsidimpuan. The research was conducted by using descriptive quantitative method with 40 students as the sample and they were taken by using random sampling technique from 262 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using TAI type was 3.61 (very good category) and b) the average of students’ mathematical communication ability before using TAI type was 50.45 (fair category) and after using TAI type was 83.85 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using N-Gain, the result showed G = 0.67 (average category). It means, using cooperative learning model of TAI type was effective on students’ mathematical communication ability at the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Padangsidimpuan. Abstract

This research aims to find out and explain the application of the war method carried out by teachers in learning Arabic at the Surro Man Roa Waqf Foundation Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a type of field research which is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Then the data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model and validated using the Membercheck technique. The results of this research show that the application of the hiwar method at the Surro Man Roa Waqf Foundation Islamic Boarding School is going well with the main role of the teacher in guiding this method and also the students' active participation in following it. Thus, the war method at the Surro Man Roa Waqf Foundation Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in illustrating the success of the approach. learning that does not only focus on Arabic but also on forming the character and thinking skills of students. The active role of the ustadz as a facilitator, including providing motivation, guiding, overcoming uncertainty, and creating a dynamic learning atmosphere, is the key to success.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan menjelaskan penerapan metode qir­āʻah yang dilakukan oleh guru pada mata pelajaran bahasa Arab untuk meningkatkan kemampuan baca teks Arab siswa di MTs Tahfidz Terpadu Anbata Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara dan dianalisis menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Kemudian data diuji dengan cara membercheck. Adapun hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa penerapan metode qirāʻah di MTs Tahfiz Terpadu Anbata Medan diawali dengan guru membacakan teks terlebih dahulu yang kemudian menyuruh seorang murid untuk membacakan ulang di depan kelas dan siswa lain mendengarkan. Setelah siswa tersebut selesai membaca maka akan dilanjutkan oleh siswa lainnya secara bergiliran. Ada tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam metode ini, yakni siswa kurang berminat dan sulit mengucapkan kalimat yang panjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode qirāah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa. Namun, peran guru dalam memberikan bimbingan yang tepat dan proses pembelajaran yang terstruktur sangat penting. Selain itu, siswa sebaiknya diberi kesempatan untuk belajar membaca sendiri sebelum langsung dibacakan teks oleh pengajar, agar dapat mengembangkan kemandirian mereka dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Writing this thesis aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga Sambas government office. The problem encountered in this study is that there are still employees who are not disciplined and lack experience in their work.The formulation of the problem in this research is Is There Any Influence Of Work Discipline And Work Experience On Employee Performance At The Sibolga Sambas Government Office? While the purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work discipline and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga Sambas Government Office? The proposed hypothesis is that there is an effect of work discipline and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga Sambas government office. The population in this study were PNS and THL employees at the Sibolga Sambas District Government Office totaling 70 people. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis.The results of the study show that the relationship between work discipline and work experience on employee performance is a strong category, where the calculation of the normality of the data is 1.65. While the coefficient of determination obtained 26.3%. T-test > t table 3,810 > 2,02108 at a significance level of 0.0000 < 0.05. The equation of the simple linear regression model is Y = 36,112 + -0,512.It can be concluded that, Ha is accepted. For this reason, it is recommended that companies pay attention to the application of work discipline and work experience in order to improve employee performance. However, this application is not the only strategy that must be done, because there are many other strategies to improve employee performance which are not the author's study.

Abstract

Many women in rural areas whose lives rely on their husbands ' income to work in the building environment where they live are not uncommon for a husband to support his family to wander out of town to work on building projects and private house buildings where there are people who need carpentry services.while waiting for the husband to come home, the mother helps increase her husband's income sometimes working in the fields,working in the fields only occasionally planting,cleaning the grass and harvesting. There is so much free time for women. That is according to the statement of the village head Muslim father, M.Pd in Jalan Balai Desa I Gg.Prosperous Hamlet III Village Tanjong Anom District Pancurbatu Deli Serdang before we held community service activities.Community service activities this time focused on the empowerment of rural communities through the development of soft skills soybean tempe making in an effort to increase family income in Deli Serdang. The purpose of this activity is the empowerment of women by providing skills that can increase family income.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of Mutala'ah, with a specific focus on the topic of Al-Babga', through the application of the Cooperative Script learning model. This study was conducted using a classroom action research design, which was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study involved 24 students from class II-A at Galih Agung Private Junior High School, Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School. Data collection was carried out using learning outcome tests to measure understanding and activity observation sheets to assess student engagement and participation during the learning process. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the material. At the beginning of the study, the average student score was 51.4, and only 42% of students met the minimum mastery criteria. After the implementation of the first cycle, the average score increased to 59.5, with 67% of students achieving mastery. In the second cycle, the average score increased significantly to 75.2, while the proportion of students who achieved mastery increased to 92%. These results show that the Cooperative Script Model is very effective in improving students' understanding of Mutala'ah material. In addition to improving learning outcomes, the use of the Cooperative Script approach also encourages active student participation and promotes collaboration.
