Abstract

Flexible pavement with Cement Treated Base is a flexible pavement that use cement as a binder base course on. One of the roads that use a flexible pavement with Cement Treated Base Jalan Source Cangkring - Wonojoyo Gurah District of Kediri. But the application of pavement Cement Treated Base on the road section Source Cangkring - Wonojoyo need for reconsideration in view of these roads are local roads that have traffic volume is very low. In this study, flexible pavement with Cement Treated Base will be redesigned using flexible pavement with untreated Base Component Analysis Method of Highways. Based on the thickness of flexible pavement design calculation Base untreated gained 5 cm thick surface layer, layers of foundation over 20 cm and 10 cm below the base course. While the cost calculation, untreated flexible pavements Base requires a budget of Rp 1,584,452,093.92 and flexible pavement with Cement Treated Base requires a budget of Rp 1,889,041,526.00 by a margin of 16.12% on the same road. Judging from the results of the calculation, flexible pavements Base untreated cheaper and more effective for class III roads such as the road-Wonojoyo Source Cangkring Gurah District of Kediri.

Abstract

Jembatan adalah suatu struktur konstruksi yang berfungsi untuk menghubungkan dua bagian jalan yang terputus oleh adanya rintangan-rintangan seperti lembah yang dalam, alur sungai, saluran irigasi dan lain-lain. Suatu sistem jaringan jalan terdiri dari jalan dan jembatan dilakukan apabila rencana jalan melintasi sebuah sungai atau bersinggungan dengan jalan yang telah ada. Pemilihan jenis jembatan sendiri didasarkan pada panjang bentang jembatan serta tingkat lalu-lintas yang melaluinya.Sebagai studi kasus, data yang digunakan dalam kajian desain alternatif jembatan menggunakan plat girder merupakan data pembangunan Jembatan RSUD Kota Tangerang yang merupakan salah satu contoh dari pemilihan tipe jembatan yang berdasarkan panjang bentang.Adapun hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelat girder flens 40 cm x 4 cm dan ukuran web 142 cm x 0,8 cm sebagai struktur girder untuk desain alternatif jembatan serta perbandingan volume didapatkan untuk struktur pelat girder dibutuhkan bahan baja sebanyak 30,525 m3 sedangkan untuk struktur beton existing membutuhkan bahan beton sebanyak 344,218 m3.

Abstract

Reliable power generation can not be separated from the reliability of the power plant system integration. At the power plant, in particular all the power plant system reliability must be maintained so that no damage is fatal. Especially the instrument air system which is driving tools instrumentation. At indramayu power plant with an installed capacity of 3 x 330 MW nearly all settings instrumentation equipment sourced from compressed instrument air. This system is derived from the rotary screw compressor manifold floaded oil. In the instrument air system contained additional equipment to maintain the quality of the air produced is water dryer. But the fact of compressed instrument air quality is not good and still below the standards of ANSI / ISA-S7.0.01-1996. The output pressure of the compressed air system is also less. Normal operating pressure is 0.75 - 0.8 Mpa, but in actual field conditions of water stress on the receiver tank just 0:57 -0.64 MPa. This happens because of the existing compressor 5 only 3 that stand by. The performance of the compressor that is running downhill. It can be seen from the resulting pressure dropped from 0.85 MPa to 0.76 MPa. Based on these problems required the study and modification of compressed instrument air supply to find the best solution.

Abstract

In the world of power generation are intimately associated with the boiler and HRSG (heat recovery steam generator), the equipment is functioning as modifiers of water into steam that drives the turbine so that it can turn a generator and produce electricity. HRSG section are instrumental in changing the water into steam is the drum, the drum has a high pressure and temperature so that the equipment must always be inspected every overhaul. Inspection, among others pengkuran drum wall thickness on using Ultrasonic Thickness Testing, this inspection aims to determine the condition of the drum. From the results of these inspections at some point find there is some corrosion on the walls. Then calculated the minimum thickness of the drums and the rest of his life estimates using Standard ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
