Abstract

Minat belajar merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam dunia pendidikan anak. Adanya minat anak dalam belajar akan memberi peningkatan terhadap pendidikan anak tersebut. Salah satu faktor pendukung minat belajar anak ialah keluarga khususnya orang tua. Oleh sebab itu pola asuh yang diberikan orang tua berdampak besar bagi peningkatan minat belajar anak. Pola asuh orang tua terdiri atas tiga jenis yakni pola asuh otoriter, pola asuh demokratis, dan pola asuh permisif. Masing-masing jenis pola asuh tersebut memiliki dampak yang berbeda-beda terhadap minat belajar anak. Oleh karena itu adapun untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar anak di SD Inpres 95/96 di Desa Bangun Rejo, penelitian ini melihat pentingnya pola asuh orang tua dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap siswa. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Adapun dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapati bahwa sebagian besar orang tua siswa sd inpres 95/96 desa Bangun Rejo menerapkan pola asuh permisif yang dimana mereka terlibat dalam kehidupan anaknya tetapi tidak memberi batasan dan tidak mengontrol anaknya sehingga anak kurang mendapat dorongan dan motivasi belajar dari orang tuanya. Untuk itu kedepannya para orang tua siswa agar lebih memperhatikan dalam penerapan pola asuh yang tepat untuk anaknya karena hal tersebut akan berdampak bagi masa depan anak khususnya di bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

This article discusses the impact of boycotts on Vaseline products triggered by the Israel-Palestine conflict and the strategies that can be applied to address this issue. The prolonged conflict in Gaza and international support for Palestine have spurred boycott movements, including in Indonesia, as reflected in the Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). The primary focus of this research is on the methods of outreach and collaboration in managing the impact of boycotts on Vaseline products. The outreach method aims to educate both the company and consumers about the effects of boycotts and effective communication strategies. Collaboration with influencers and communities helps the company improve its brand image and strengthen its relationship with consumers. The results of this outreach indicate that while the company and consumers have gained a better understanding, strategic steps are still needed to improve brand image and effectively manage the impact of the boycott. The decline in sales and Unilever's stock price, which includes Vaseline products, highlights the tangible effects of the boycott, emphasizing the importance of communication strategies and positive campaigns to restore brand reputation and boost consumer trust

Abstract

In the increasingly competitive automotive industry, motorcycle companies are required not only to deliver high-quality products but also to ensure that their products have distinct advantages over competitors. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and safety perception on the purchase decisions of Honda Vario motorcycles among students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) and the surrounding community. The research method used is a participatory approach, with the study population consisting of UINSU students who are currently using or have used Honda Vario motorcycles. Data were collected through purposive sampling, involving 30 respondents. The results of the study indicate that product quality has a significant impact on purchase decisions, while safety perception does not show a significant influence. These findings underscore the importance of innovation and quality control in enhancing product competitiveness. Furthermore, transparency in addressing safety issues and providing optimal after-sales service were also identified as crucial factors in maintaining consumer trust. A comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy is recommended to enhance consumer loyalty and support the growth of Honda Vario sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti nyata (empiris) mengenai perhitungan harga pokok produksi tahu dan mengetahui besarnya keuntungan pada Pabrik Tahu UD Lima Bersaudara Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan Pabrik Tahu UD Lima Bersaudara Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis hanya menyajikan harga pokok produksi yang memuat pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang rutin dikumpulkan setiap bulannya. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan Pabrik Tahu UD Lima Bersaudara Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis sudah sesuai dengan metode full cost. Oleh karena itu peneliti menghitung kembali harga pokok produksi berdasarkan metode full cost pada tahu UD Lima Bersaudara. Peneliti memperhitungkan seluruh unsur biaya produksi yang terjadi pada proses produksi tahu yaitu biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, biaya listrik, biaya penyusutan dan biaya. peralatan dan lain-lain. Hasil yang peneliti ketahui dari UD Lima Bersaudara bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi per potong tahu adalah sebesar Rp 1.042,08. This research aims to obtain real (empirical) evidence regarding the calculation of the cost of production of tofu and to determine the amount of profit at the UD Lima Bersaudara Tofu Factory, Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used in this research were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is known that the calculation of the cost of production prepared by the UD Lima Bersaudara Tofu Factory, Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District, only presents the cost of production which contains income and expenses that are routinely compiled every month. So it can be concluded that the calculation of the cost of production prepared by the UD Lima Bersaudara Tofu Factory, Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District is in accordance with the full cost method. Therefore, the researcher recalculated the cost of production based on the full cost method in UD Lima Bersaudara tofu. The researcher took into account all elements of production costs incurred in the tofu production process, namely raw material costs, direct labor costs, electricity costs, depreciation expenses and costs. equipment and others. The results from researchers found out from UD Lima Bersaudara that the calculation of the cost of production per piece of tofu was IDR 1,042.08.
