Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of student activity in intra-school student organizations on student achievement at SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba ini the 2021/2022 academic year. The variables in this study are (1) student activity in intra-school student organizations as the independent variable (X), and (2) learning achievement as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study are all students of the MPK/OSIS management at SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba, totaling 36 students. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique, all members of the population were used as samples, namely 36 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The instrument test consists of a validity test and a reliability test. Classical assumption test consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The hypothesis test consists of simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (r²). Based on the results of descriptive analysis, student activity in intra-school student organizations is in the very good category and learning achievement is in the good category. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 50.014 + 0.541 X, which means that for every 1 additional student activity value in intra-school student organizations, the learning achievement value has increased by 0.541 units. Meanwhile, from the t-test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 percent, which means that student activity in intra-school student organizations has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, from the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r²) the value of r² = 0.770 or 77 percent means that student activity in intra-school student organizations has an influence on student achievement by 77 percent while the remaining 23 percent is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic accounting service quality on customer trust in the context of Islamic banking. This literature study identifies key factors in enhancing customer trust, including transparency of financial statements, compliance with sharia principles, and overall service quality. Using the literature research method, it was found that consistent and shariah-compliant implementation of Islamic accounting plays an important role in enhancing customer trust. Service quality that includes accuracy, transparency, and sharia compliance has a significant impact on customer trust, which in turn affects customer loyalty and the growth of Islamic banks. This research provides insights for Islamic bank management to improve service quality to build customer trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the picture of the implementation of the 2019-2023 village fund program and to examine the village fund program in increasing the income of rice farming businesses in Kemingking Luar Village. The data used in this study is qualitative data, the method of collection uses: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of managing village funds includes preparation, budgeting and implementation. The use of village funds by the Kemingking Luar Village government, Taman Rajo District, has followed the technical instructions that have been regulated in the legislation, but in the process it is still not optimal. Factors that influence the management of village funds include supporting factors, namely community participation, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are human resources, technical instructions for managing funds that change every year and communication.

Abstract

Efficient human resource management is a key element in enhancing institutional competitiveness. In today's digital era, the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) has become crucial for institutions to manage various aspects of HR, including recruitment, capability development, performance evaluation, and administrative management. This study aims to investigate how the implementation of MIS can improve the effectiveness of HR management, particularly in the context of modern organizations. Through a literature review of various relevant Indonesian journals, the study findings reveal that the implementation of MIS can provide clarity, efficiency, and accuracy of data that supports managerial decision-making related to HR. In addition, MIS also encourages collaboration between divisions, facilitates direct data access, and supports talent development strategies in a more planned manner.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role and function of the Board of Education in improving the quality of education in West Sumatra Province. The focus in this research is how the supervisory function of the Board of Education and its implications in the process of New Student Admissions based on high school level zoning in West Sumatra Province in 2022. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative type. Data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of various sources (Chair of the Education Council, Members of the Education Council, Secretary of the Education Office, Head of PSMA, Head of GTK, School Principal, Functional Planning Bappeda). Data analysis was carried out interactively and continuously. The results of the study show that the role of the Board of Education in improving the quality of education in West Sumatra Province is still not optimal, then the role of the Board of Education as supervisors has not gone well. The results of the study can be concluded that the supervisory function of the Board of Education and its implications in the zoning-based zoning process for New Students in West Sumatra Province in 2022 has not been optimally implemented
