Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis Penggunaan Abu gosok sebagai alternatif pengganti pembersih kerak air yang ramah lingkungan pada Bathroom di Hotel Ardan Bandung. Bathroom merupakan tempat yang berfungsi untuk membersihkan diri dan merupakan tempat yang rentan menjadi sarang kuman, untuk itu diperlukan pembersihan yang maksimal dimulai dari lantai bathroom hingga dinding kamar mandi dengan menggunakan chemical setiap harinya agar tidak timbul watermark sehingga memberikan rasa nyaman ketika tamu tersebut menginap. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui alternatif penggunaan pengganti pembersih kerak air yang sulit hilang namun ramah lingkungan untuk bathroom dengan menggunakan abu gosok di Hotel Ardan Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data yang didapatkan melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan referensi baru dalam studi perhotelan dengan peminatan Room Division yang selama ini belum banyak diteliti sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam penelitian di masa datang maupun dapat menambah masukan bagi industri Hotel

Abstract

Pandemic covid 19 menjadi wabah yang menghancurkan semua sector perekonomian di dunia, tidak terkecuali dengan industri pariwisata, hotel merupakan industri yang terkena dampak sangat serius, dimana selama beberapa bulan hotel terpaksa untuk tidak beroprasional guna memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus covid 19.Occupancy hotel yang sangat rendah dan juga sebagain besar hotel merumahkan karyawannya agar meringankan biaya oprasional hotel bahkan banyak hotel yang akhirnya gulung tikar karena tidak mampu mendanai oprasionalnya.Untuk memulihkan kembali industri perhotelan diperlukan strategi-strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan produk hotel guna bertahan dan meningkatkan penjualan jasa yang dihasilkan oleh hotel, Fuad, et al (2006:128) menyatakan Istilah 4P merupakan alat pemasaran yang terkenal, yaitu product (produk), price (harga), place (tempat atau saluran distribusi), dan promotion (promosi) sedangkan tingkat hunian kamar selain dipengaruhi oleh strategi pemasaran juga ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor lain. Menurut (Suarthana, 2006:5), faktor – faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan tingkat hunian kamar antara lain adalah lokasi hotel, fasilitas hotel, pelayanan kamar, harga kamar dan promosi.Dengan adanya sertifikasi CHSE oleh Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif memberikan angin segar bagi industri perhotelan untuk bangkit kembali. Hotel De Pavilijoen by Him sudah tersertifikasi CHSE yang juga merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak hotel di Kota Bandung yang terdampak pandemic covid 19, namun hotel ini tetap bertahan dengan stategi pemasaran yang dilakukan untuk menjual produk kamar hotel yang dimilikinya.             Penelitian ini hendak melakukan analisis terhadap strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Hotel de Pavilijoen by Him dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan ataupun pihak yang mengenal strategi pemasaran hotel tersebut.Keywords :Strategi Pemasaran, CHSE, Pandemic Covid, Occupancy,SWOT

Abstract

MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) are the main drivers of the Indonesian economy which are now excellent in increasing employment The government in various sectors also helps the development of MSMEs, one of which is by providing KUR (People's Business Credit) loan facilities intended for MSMEs. Now MSMEs are very easy to recognize with various technological advances, one of which is social media which provides one way of promotion attractively. Wikaorganizer invites MSMEs to participate in celebrating the Level 3 Sehaaah Festival which will be held in Paris Van Java in collaboration with BJB held a flash sale in order to celebrate the right one on August 17 and gave vouchers for Rp.17,-. The Community Service program aims to provide education and invite MSMEs to introduce their products to increase their selling competitiveness during the Level 3 Seuhaaah Festival at Paris Van Java Mall. MSME owners were given the opportunity to participate in the event and try to compete with other business units in selling their products. During the Seuhaaah Level 3 Festival, MSMEs could attract consumer attention through creative and attractive product exhibitions. In this case, effective promotion and strong branding are key factors. In addition, participating in events like this allows MSMEs to build a wider business network, including with potential buyers and business partners. In this program, MSMEs can experience real benefits in increasing their sales competitiveness through participation in the Level 3 Seuhaaah Festival event. Therefore, increasing support and promotion of similar events can be an effective strategy in supporting the growth of MSMEs and the local economy as a whole.

Abstract

Issues in economy are problems that are not escape from government talk. In The Strategic Plan (Ren-Stra) was initiated by Ministry Cooperatives and MSMEs 2019 empowerment 2024 explained Cooperatives and that MSMEs are mandate of law, one is the law. No. 20 of 2008 concerning Micro Business Conditions, these moments, On covid 19 period , almost all MSMEs in Indonesia caught impact Covid-19 pandemic . Even though MSMEs is one of the barometers from the economy national which means can increase economy in Indonesia. For this reason, MSMEs need existence support and encouragement from government especially so that the MSME actors can survive in conditions nowadays. Related to Cooperatives and MSMEs, government of west Java cares enough for development and empowerment . This Can seen from main thing that is regulation. As positive step, the government of the Bandung City in empowering Cooperatives and Businesses Small Medium , empowering MSMEs is integration from development economy expected national​ capable For improve and implement equality income as well as create field work. There is a need for education regarding the financial management and marketing of MSMEs. Akpar NHI Bandung provides training and workshops for the MSME community fostered by the Bandung City Industry Service to make the Micro Business mentoring program a success , in this case also involving students and lecturers in college tall For Can apply his knowledge For empowerment community. Abstract

Food security and self-reliance are currently important issues. Global climate change has affected the stability of food production and supply. Likewise, war events that have an impact on food imports and procurement have made the government more concerned in this matter. Various efforts have been made to support food security and self-reliance. Indonesia is rich in local food sources, especially the city of Bandung which is geographically advantaged by natural conditions. This study aims to analyse the promotion carried out by Sundanese gastronomy actors and whether promotion through promotional tools used has an impact on preservation, how business and factors that influence the preservation of Sundanese gastronomy made from local food. The research approach used by researchers is to use a qualitative approach. The research method is Field research where research reveals the meaning given by community members to their behaviour and the surrounding reality. Key Informants in this study are internal informants from 3 Sundanese gastronomy culinary businesses, as well as external informants, namely 15 consumers of Sundanese gastronomy as eligible sources who provide information about the role of promotion and preservation efforts of each research object. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis which is carried out interactively through the data analysis process.
