Abstract

Abstract. Supply chain production system is a process of coordination and integration of activities ranging from the procurement of goods and services, transforming raw materials into semi-finished goods and finished goods, to distribute to the consumers in an efficient manner. Supply chain analysis is used to regulate the supply of the production system so as not to overload so that it can reduce the costs of the entire production system which includes the costs of processing, transportation and distribution of raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods. Petrinet can describe the supply chain model as a dynamic production systems with discrete events with max plus algebra approach to help calculate the length of time in the distribution and production in the supply chain. Rantai pasok pada sistem produksi merupakan proses koordinasi dan integrasi kegiatan mulai dari pengadaan barang dan jasa, mengubah bahan baku menjadi barang setengah jadi dan barang jadi, hingga mendistribusikan kepada konsumen dengan cara efisien. Analisis rantai pasok dipakai untuk mengatur pasokan dari sistem produksi supaya tidak terjadi overload sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya dari keseluruhan sistem produksi yang meliputi biaya pengolahan, transportasi dan distribusi bahan baku, barang setengah jadi dan barang jadi. Petrinet dapat menggambarkan model rantai pasok sebagai sistem produksi yang dinamis dengan kejadian diskrit dengan pendekatan aljabar max plus untuk membantu menghitung lamanya waktu dalam pendistribusian dan produksi dalam rantai pasok. Abstract

In pharmaceutical installations, drugs need to be managed in order to facilitate and speed up services where the management is a series of activities including planning, procuring, storing, and distributing. Planning in the management of pharmaceutical installations is the main thing that needs to be considered, this is because planning is a determinant of success for subsequent activities. In addition, to avoid drug shortages, more careful planning must be carried out. The purpose of this research is to make Petri Net and Max Plus Algebra models which are useful for managing scheduling planning and procurement of oral drugs in Hospital Pharmacy Installations. The data used in this study is secondary data from the results of records in the Pharmacy Installation of the Dental and Oral Hospital, Bhakti Wiyata Health Sciences Institute in 2021. The results obtained from Petri Net are the Max Plus Algebra model which shows the maximum time for ordering oral drugs. so that drug vacancies in a hospital can be avoided. Conclusions and suggestions from the results of this study obtained a mathematical model that aims to provide convenience in planning and procurement of drugs in hospital installations so that they are on time and do not experience delays in drug procurement. Dalam instalasi farmasi obat perlu dikelola agar memudahkan dan mempercepat pelayanan dimana pengelolahannya merupakan sebuah rangkaian kegiatan diantaranya adalah merencanakan, mengadakan, menyimpan, dan mendistribusikan. Perencanaan dalam pengelolahan instalasi farmasi merupakan hal utama yang perlu diperhatikan, hal ini dikarenakan perencanaan merupakan penentu keberhasilan untuk kegiatan selanjutnya. Selain itu untuk menghindari terjadinya kekosongan obat, harus dilakukan perencanaan yang lebih teliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Petri Net dan model Aljabar Max Plus yang berguna untuk mengatur penjadwalan perencanaan dan pengadaan obat oral di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari hasil pencatatan yang ada di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Bhakti Wiyata pada tahun 2021. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Petri Net tersebut adalah model Aljabar Max Plus yang menunjukkan waktu maksimum pemesanan obat oral sehingga kekosongan obat di suatu Rumah Sakit dapat terhindari. Kesimpulan dan saran dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh model matematika yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam perencanaan dan pengadaan obat di instalasi Rumah Sakit agar tepat waktu dan tidak mengalami keterlambatan dalam pengadaan obat.

Abstract

Pharmacy installations at puskesmas have an important role, especially in aspects of drug management or management as well as in pharmaceutical services, this is also stated in the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016. Therefore accuracy in drug planning is an important matter because it will affect the application of controls. drug orders and will also affect pharmaceutical services. The number of drugs available in the pharmacy installation at the health center must be planned as well as possible. This research discusses the analysis of the relationship between drug use and several variables of drug availability at the puskesmas using the Pearson correlation approach, with the aim that drug procurement at the puskesmas can be carried out correctly, so that drug orders and pharmacy services can be well controlled. Keywords: statistical analysis, correlation analysis, procurement of drugs at the puskesmas. Abstrak. Instalasi farmasi di puskesmas memiliki peran penting terutama dalam aspek manajemen atau pengelolaan obat demikian pula dalam pelayanan kefarmasian, hal ini juga tertuang dalam peraturan kementrian kesehatan no 72 tahun 2016. Oleh karenanya ketepatan dalam perencanaan obat merupakan suatu hal yang penting karena akan berpengaruh dalam penerapan pengendalian pemesanan obat dan juga akan berpengaruh dalam pelayanan kefarmasian. Jumlah obat yang tersedia dalam instalasi farmasi di puskesmas harus direncanakan sebaik-baiknya. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai analisis hubungan antara pemakaian obat dengan beberapa variabel ketersediaan obat di puskesmas dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasi Pearson, dengan tujuan agar pengadaan obat di puskesmas dapat dilakukan dengan tepat, sehingga pemesanan obat dan pelayanan kefarmasian dapat terkendali dengan baik. Kata Kunci: analisis statistik, analisis korelasi, pengadaan obat di puskesmas.

Abstract

Fever in children is not a disease, but a symptom. To deal with fever in children, appropriate self-medication measures are needed by the mother. Self-medication is an activity of self-medication starting from the selection and use of drugs, both modern, herbal and traditional medicines by an individual to treat a disease or symptoms of a disease. This study will discuss the application of the Spearman Rank correlation test to find out several factors that affect the level of mother's knowledge of self-medication in treating fever in children.
