Control is closely related to the strategy that enables a computer acts as the brain in the control system directs the movements of a tool of control , and received a response from the sensor which is owned by the controlled apparatus to the computer . Robots are electro - mechanical or bio - mechanical , or a combination of equipment that generates autonomous movement or by movement commanded . Robotics world is not separated from the control ( control ) . Although it can move on its own , in the end had to move in a controlled manner , either controlled by humans , as well as himself. In this case a microcontroller acts as the memory storage in the form of instructions that have been fed . In the mobile robot instructions filled into memory microcontroller via a serial port so that the robot can move in a stand alone ( stand alone ) without having to be controlled through the computer again because his instructions had been stored in the memory of the microcontroller so that the robot can move the car looking for the source of a fire and extinguish it The microcontroller is a digital electronic device that has inputs and outputs as well as control of the programs that can be written and erased in a special way , the workings of the actual microcontroller to read and write data . This paper describes the making of the application of Expert System Respiratory Disease In Children In Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Cage PHC Bengkulu city, using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 Micrososft. This expert system can identify user issues surrounding the problems of child respiratory illnesses. Its use is similar to the consultation. Used to derive conclusions tracking with forward chaining method (forward tracking). Conclusions derived from the answers to the various questions posed to the user. In addition users can also obtain solutions as well as tips about child diseases, child health care tips. This user know when the user operates the system. By using an expert system diagnoses the child's illness, the user is expected to address the issue of childhood diseases themselves, without waiting for an expert or a real doctor to help resolve the problem.

This application can predict data for the next academic year based on analysis of data from the previous academic year on the number of new student registrants per department. With the application, it can help the school in managing school quality assurance, so that it can attract interest from prospective students to register at the school based on the available majors. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application is running as it should and the application is able to display forecasting results based on the trend data entered.

SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara merupakan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara Provinsi Bengkulu. Guru Bimbingan Konseling menjadi wadah dalam membenahi serta mendidik para siswa-siswa yang mempunyai permasalahan dalam hal psikologi, karakteristik, ataupun hal lainnya. Klasifikasi kepribadian siswa-siswi dengan menggunakan Metode Naive Bayes di SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi kepribadian setiap siswa-siswi di sekolah berdasarkan ciri-ciri yang dimiliki oleh siswa, dimana kepribadian siswa merujuk pada Tipologi Hippocrates-Galenus yang terdiri dari kepribadian melankolis, sanguinis, plegmatis, dan koleris. Berdasarkan data uji/testing sebanyak 10 siswa kelas X.B yang diperoleh dari SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara, diperoleh hasil klasifikasi tipe kepribadian siswa yakni melankolis sebanyak 3 (tiga) siswa, sanguinis sebanyak 3 (tiga) siswa, plegmatis sebanyak 2 (dua) siswa, dan koleris sebanyak 2 (dua) siswa.

Abstract: State Civil Servants are always required to have full loyalty and obedience in carrying out their duties. Decision support systems can be used as a solution to a problem or for an opportunity. The SAW method is a method that can help solve complex problems by structuring a hierarchy of criteria. Based on this research, the researcher tried to prove previous research and increase the accuracy of the data so that the researcher took the title "Application Of The SAW Method In A Decision Support System To Determine The Ferfomance Of State Civil Servants " This aims to ensure that the new information produced can increase knowledge about determining the performance of sub-district officials at the Merigi Kelindang sub-district office, Central Bengkulu Regency. Abstract Talang Empat District is one of the sub-districts in Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Every year the Talang Empat District Office will record population data for data archiving and reporting. The economic capacity of each community is different, some have high economic status, some have medium, and some have low.The application of the K-Medoid Method in grouping the economic status of the community in Talang Empat District can help staff/employees of the Talang Empat District Office in managing population data in Talang Empat District, especially with regard to the economic status of the population, and can also help provide information on the results of grouping population data based on status. The economy has been divided into 3 groups, namely high, medium and low. Based on the data used as many as 90 residents in Kembang Seri Village, Taba Pasemah Village, and Nakau Village, Talang Empat District, Central Bengkulu Regency, the results showed that the number of residents in Cluster I (High Economic Status) was 14 residents with a percentage of 15.6%, Cluster II (Medium Economic Status) has 44 residents with a percentage of 48.9%, and Cluster III (Low Economic Status) has 32 residents with a percentage of 35.6%.Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the functionality of the application runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of grouping population data into 3 clusters according to the data collection year chosen according to the K-Medoid Method. Abstract: The assessment of competency-based labor training participants is an important aspect in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training programs organized by DISNAKER of Central Bengkulu Regency. However, the manual assessment process is often subjective and time-consuming. To overcome this problem, this study implemented Weighted Product (WP) method as a decision support method in the training participant assessment process. WP method was chosen for its ability to handle various assessment criteria by assigning weights according to their level of importance. This study involved several assessment criteria, such as attendance, theoretical evaluation results, practical evaluation results, and attitude during training. The results of the implementation show that WP method can provide accurate and consistent rankings and assist DISNAKER in determining the best participants objectively. Thus, this WP-based assessment system is expected to improve transparency and efficiency in the workforce training evaluation process at DISNAKER of Central Bengkulu Regency. Abstrak: Penilaian peserta pelatihan tenaga kerja berbasis kompetensi merupakan aspek penting dalam memastikan kualitas dan efektivitas program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Namun, proses penilaian yang dilakukan secara manual seringkali kurang objektif dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Weighted Product (WP) sebagai metode pendukung keputusan dalam proses penilaian peserta pelatihan. Metode WP dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani berbagai kriteria penilaian dengan memberikan bobot sesuai tingkat kepentingannya. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa kriteria penilaian, seperti kehadiran, hasil evaluasi teori, hasil evaluasi praktik, dan sikap selama pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa metode WP dapat memberikan hasil peringkat yang akurat, konsisten, dan membantu pihak Disnaker dalam menentukan peserta terbaik secara objektif. Dengan demikian, sistem penilaian berbasis WP ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam proses evaluasi pelatihan tenaga kerja di lingkungan Disnaker Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. The community of RT 01 Jalan Sudirman III, Pintu Batu Sub-district, is a densely populated urban settlement in the center of Bengkulu City that faces environmental problems such as unmanaged household waste, air pollution, limited green open space, and high traffic accident risk at blind-spot corners and intersections. The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) of Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu was implemented to optimize the quality of this settlement environment through a series of interventions, including the installation of neighborhood navigation maps and emergency numbers, convex mirrors and reflective road markings, routine community clean-up activities, educational signage, environmental awareness campaigns, and the distribution of plant seedlings suitable for narrow spaces. The method consisted of situation analysis, problem identification with local partners, participatory program planning, field implementation over one month, and evaluation with follow-up plans involving local actors. The results indicate improved awareness of cleanliness and safety, a reduction of waste accumulation at several points, better traffic safety at blind-spot areas, and the emergence of small-scale greening initiatives that enhance the aesthetics and comfort of the neighborhood. These findings show that KKN-T in RT 01 Jalan Sudirman III contributed to optimizing a dense urban settlement environment through the synergy of simple technical interventions, continuous environmental education, and active community participation
