Tiroid adalah merupakan salah satu bagian tubuh yang sangat penting bagi manusia, tiroid berbentuk kelenjar dan letaknya di bawah jakun pada leher. Penyakit gondok disebabkan oleh gangguan pada kelenjar tiroid. Berdasarkan data histori penderita yang disebabkan oleh kelenjar tiroid dapat dibuat rekomendasi prediksi penyakit tiroid yang membantu tenaga kesehatan. Klasifikasi merupakansalah satu teknik dari data mining yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat prediksi. Klasifikasi dapat dilakukan dengan decision tree salah satunya dengan algoritma C4.5. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat klasifikasi data penyakait yang disebabkan oleh gejala kelenjar tiroid dan menerapkannya dalam pembangunan sistem. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 2010 dan metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall.metode waterfall mampu melakukan analisa kebutuhan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui dari kelemahan sistem yang lama, kemudian membuat desain dari rancangan tersebut dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan rancangan sistem baru. Hasil dari penelitian adalah menghasilkan rule yang dapat membantu tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Hasanuddin Damrah Manna dalam mendiagnosa penyakit yang disebabkan oleh kelenjar tiroid.

Identifikasi objek (object recognition) merupakan suatu bidang keillmuan dari komputer vision yang menggambarkan suatu objek yang didasarkan pada sifat utama dari objek tersebut. Identifikasi objek pada citra digital membutuhkan teknik dan metode yang mampu untuk mengekstraksi dan mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada citra digital, dimana komponen utamanya adalah warna sebagai dasar dari representasi objek pada citra digital. salah satu metode yang mampu menerapkan pengelompokan warna â€“ warna objek pada citra digital sehingga dapat menjadi fitur utama dari objek pada citra digital adalah Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering. Analisa dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu analisis sistem dan analisis algoritma agglomerative clustering. Proses analisa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan yang mana dimulai dengan perancangan use case diagram dan perancangan flowchart. Akurasi dari algoritma Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering cukup baik khususnya pada objek yang memiliki warna khusus atau warna yang telah menjadi ciri dari objek tersebut namun dapat menghasilkan pengenalan yang buruk jika objek yang berbeda memiliki warna dominan yang sama

PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma is a company engaged in the automotive trade, especially two-wheeled vehicles, which is located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. The company needs an attendance system that can improve the weaknesses of the current attendance system. If the equipment damage and there is a power outage, as a result, attendance is made manually, while the attendance system is very necessary in monitoring employee attendance every day at the company. The method used is the Hinstogram of Oriented Gardens, which is a method that helps detect faces in designing Android-based face detection attendance application. It will make it easier for users to make attendance by way of face detection using an Android smartphone. Besides that, PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma can more easily monitor the attendance of its employees. Based on system testing at PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma can be concluded that the design of the Android-based face detection attendance application has met what was expected by PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma well.

At SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah the Department is divided into 2, namely science and social studies. Determination of majors in schools is done based on the value per subject obtained by students. However, the data processing process is still done manually, sometimes students can choose the desired majors themselves so that over time the student learning process looks bored because the majors chosen are not in accordance with what students expect. The clustering application of student subject values per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah is used to assist the school in managing student data, the value of student subjects so that the appropriate student majors are known based on the scores obtained by students. In grouping the student's subject value data in the application, the K-Means Clustering method has been applied so that it can produce 2, namely Cluster C1 (IPA) and Cluster C2 (IPS). The application for clustering student subject values per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah was made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional clustering application of student subject values per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah runs well as expected and can provide information on the results of clustering student data into 2 groups, namely science and social studies.

Selection for the placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) is an activity that is often carried out by Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency to find prospective workers abroad who are suitable to be sent and placed there. In determining the Best Worker Candidates, there are criteria from the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma namely there are four criteria, including Age, Education, Language Mastery and Medical Check Up. The research method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can help in making decisions on complex problems by simplifying the process. This system can help decision makers in determining the best prospective workers quickly and accurately. It is hoped that in the future we will be able to use this application in determining the Best Worker Candidates at Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency, as well as maintaining the application that the author has previously created so that in the future it can be used by Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency.

Currently the business or general commercial above does not have an expert system as a problem-solving consultation that can help the process of catfish farming. The aim of writing this scientific work is to deliver a course at FKIP PTIK, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, so that it can provide a new atmosphere in teaching and learning precisely, quickly and accurately. So with this, multimedia is one of the means to convey material to each student so that students do not feel bored when receiving lessons given by Mr. and Mrs. Lecturer, which can create better results in delivering lessons because it combines text, graphics, audio, image. Based on the results of making learning media for English courses at FKIP, Dehasen University, Bengkulu using Macromedia Flash 8, it can be concluded that with the existence of learning media for English courses at FKIP, Dehasen University, Bengkulu using Macromedia Flash 8, we can help lecturers in conveying material better. easy and well understood by every student.
