Abstract

Tiroid adalah merupakan salah satu bagian tubuh yang sangat penting bagi manusia, tiroid berbentuk kelenjar dan letaknya di bawah jakun pada leher. Penyakit gondok disebabkan oleh gangguan pada kelenjar tiroid. Berdasarkan data histori penderita yang disebabkan oleh kelenjar tiroid dapat dibuat rekomendasi prediksi penyakit tiroid yang membantu tenaga kesehatan. Klasifikasi merupakansalah satu teknik dari data mining yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat prediksi. Klasifikasi dapat dilakukan dengan decision tree salah satunya dengan algoritma C4.5. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat klasifikasi data penyakait yang disebabkan oleh gejala kelenjar tiroid dan menerapkannya dalam pembangunan sistem. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 2010 dan metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall.metode waterfall mampu melakukan analisa kebutuhan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui dari kelemahan sistem yang lama, kemudian membuat desain dari rancangan tersebut dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan rancangan sistem baru. Hasil dari penelitian adalah menghasilkan rule yang dapat membantu tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Hasanuddin Damrah Manna dalam mendiagnosa penyakit yang disebabkan oleh kelenjar tiroid.

Abstract

Identifikasi objek (object recognition) merupakan suatu bidang keillmuan dari komputer vision yang menggambarkan suatu objek yang didasarkan pada sifat utama dari objek tersebut. Identifikasi objek pada citra digital membutuhkan teknik dan metode yang mampu untuk mengekstraksi dan mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada citra digital, dimana komponen utamanya adalah warna sebagai dasar dari representasi objek pada citra digital. salah satu metode yang mampu menerapkan pengelompokan warna – warna objek pada citra digital sehingga dapat menjadi fitur utama dari objek pada citra digital adalah Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering. Analisa dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu analisis sistem dan analisis algoritma agglomerative clustering. Proses analisa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan yang mana dimulai dengan perancangan use case diagram dan perancangan flowchart. Akurasi dari algoritma Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering cukup baik khususnya pada objek yang memiliki warna khusus atau warna yang telah menjadi ciri dari objek tersebut namun dapat menghasilkan pengenalan yang buruk jika objek yang berbeda memiliki warna dominan yang sama

Abstract

In the business of world, fraud or deviant behavior is often encountered, one of which is accounting fraud. Accounting fraud is an act that is against the law and is an act of dishonesty committed by someone inside or outside a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of internal control, observance of accounting rules, and individual morality on the tendency toward accounting fraud. The sample used is non-probability sampling by applying a random sampling methodology to 100 company employee respondents in the departments of accounting, finance, purchasing, and the like in Batam City. Multiple linear regression analysis approaches were employed in this study's data analysis to both assess the dependent variable's dependency on each independent variable and the dependent variable's influence on the independent variables. The results of the study show that adherence to accounting rules and individual morality have a partially significant effect on the tendency toward accounting fraud. Internal control partially has no significant effect on the tendency for accounting fraud

Abstract

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City is one of the schools located in Bengkulu City, where several data processing systems still use manual systems, one of which is new student registration. Every new school year, the officer fills out the sheet of students enrolled in the school one by one in the registration book. This takes a long time when the officer wants to make a report of students registered, because they have to retype the data in the registration book into the computer. In addition, after conducting interviews, it was found that the students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City experienced a decline every academic year. The application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City can be used to predict the number of new students in the next academic year based on the results of the analysis on old historical data. This forecasting process is carried out through the Non-Linear Trend Method approach, so that the final forecasting result is obtained from the stages of the process that occur. It was made using the VB.Net programming language and SQL Server database which can assist the school in managing school quality assurance, in order to attract interest from prospective students to enroll in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City, and can arrange school promotion strategies for prospective students. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application for forecasting the number of new students at the school which is able to display forecasting results in the next academic year.

Abstract

Chickens are the most widely bred livestock because of the many benefits and advantages. As with other livestock, chickens have various types of diseases. For some breeders who want to raise chickens, especially ordinary people, they are faced with several problems, one of which is disease. To diagnose the disease, the symptoms that appear on the chicken's body are needed. Seriousness and fast action are needed before it's too late and suffers losses. Therefore, the purpose of this program is to assist farmers in obtaining some information about chickens. The sooner chicken disease is detected, the sooner they can prevent it. An expert system for diagnosing chicken diseases using the Case Base Reasoning method at the Bengkulu City Office of Animal Husbandry and Health was built using the PHP programming language and MySQLi database. The application is divided into two parts, namely the general user page and the administrator or operator special admin page. The results show that the diagnosis results from the selected symptoms, the application also displays the possibility of other diseases detected based on these symptoms. In addition, there are also details of the disease, along with suggestions that must be done by farmers to the sick chickens. In addition to diagnosing diseases, this expert system application can also provide information about chicken diseases and how to handle them, as well as in all disease and symptom relationships between data from sources and the application is appropriate.

Abstract

Duta Ponsel is one of the largest stores in Bengkulu City that sells various kinds of smartphones and accessories according to the type of smartphone. Duta Ponsel has implemented information technology in its store business therefore it can facilitate data processing and sales of goods. However, the application is only limited to data management. In fact, these data can help support the sales strategy at Duta Ponsel. This comparison application of the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method can predict the number of requests for smartphone accessories by entering the amount of inventory and the number of sales. In this application, the processing time that occurs in Fuzzy Tsukamoto and Fuzzy Sugeno has been integrated, making it easier to see the comparison between the two methods. Comparative study of Tsukamoto Method and Sugeno Method in Determining Total Demand Based on Sales and Inventory at Duta Ponsel Sukamerindu seen from 2 (two) aspects of comparison, namely the final result of demand prediction and processing time. To assist the comparison process, an application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language with SQL Server 2008r2 database. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application is able to display comparative information between the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method through 2 (two) aspects, namely the final result of demand prediction and processing time. Based on the processing time, the Sugeno Method is faster than the Tsukamoto Method

Abstract

PT. Agro Muko is a Foreign Investment Company engaged in oil palm and rubber plantations. Administratively, PT. Agro Muko is located between several sub-districts, namely North Mukomuko, South Mukomuko, Lubuk Pinang, Teras Terunjam, Pondok Suguh, V Koto, Penarik, Selagan Jaya, Air Dikit and Teramang Jaya Sub-Districts, Bengkulu Regency. For this reason, the researcher tried to build an application that compares the Preference Selection Index (PSI) Method with The Simple Additive Weight (SAW) Method on the selection of the best foreman using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method using Visual Basic Net, in order to facilitate PT Agro muko in the selection of the best employee every year. Based on the results of the study, the comparison application of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method with the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method on the Best Foreman Selection at PT Agro Muko was made using Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database as a supporting medium, storing the results of data processing that can be used. used by PT Argo Muko in inputting employee data, so that later it can help in overcoming existing problems so that the process of selecting the best foreman can be done using the application.

Abstract

Sepsis is a disease that starts from infection. When an infection occurs, the body's organ systems will be damaged because when the blood flow is filled with chemical compounds produced by the body with the aim of fighting infection and triggering an inflammatory response that is damaged in the function of the body's organs, causing important organs to fail in working so that it leads to death. People often do not realize that the disease they suffer has reached the sepsis stage. Since sepsis is a rare disease and difficult to find an expert, a tool is designed to use an expert system to diagnose sepsis early from the symptoms felt by the user. This expert system was designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database by implementing the Demster Shafer Method. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult about Sepsis online..

Abstract

Procurement is an activity related to the fulfillment/provision of resources (goods or services) in a particular project organized by a company. Conventional procurement is considered to have several disadvantages, such as the ease of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN) to develop and lack of transparency. Conventional procurement also takes a long time so that it is seen as a waste of time and money, lack of information and unfair competition. Alternatives that can be done to solve procurement problems by using information technology Decision Support System (SPK) with the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The results of the tests that have been carried out obtained have ranked the companies that will be recommended to procure goods at the General Bureau of Bengkulu Province. The use of MOORA is able to analyze and provide recommendations in Goods activities.

Abstract

PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma is a company engaged in the automotive trade, especially two-wheeled vehicles, which is located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. The company needs an attendance system that can improve the weaknesses of the current attendance system. If the equipment damage and there is a power outage, as a result, attendance is made manually, while the attendance system is very necessary in monitoring employee attendance every day at the company. The method used is the Hinstogram of Oriented Gardens, which is a method that helps detect faces in designing Android-based face detection attendance application. It will make it easier for users to make attendance by way of face detection using an Android smartphone. Besides that, PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma can more easily monitor the attendance of its employees. Based on system testing at PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma can be concluded that the design of the Android-based face detection attendance application has met what was expected by PT. Thamrin Brothers Seluma well.
