Abstract

The harmony of the life of the Butonese and other ethnic groups was disturbed by the presence of Pelangi PAUD, the Pentecostal Church, and the Foreign Congregation on Raam Island. The purpose of this research is to describe the potential for community conflict in Raam Island, Sorong City by uncovering the factors that trigger the potential for conflict and finding alternative harmonization of the Raam Island community. Data were collected qualitatively through semi-structural in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation. This research shows that First; The socio-religious conflict began when the management of the Pelangi PAUD Foundation broke a promise to involve Muslim teachers to teach early childhood students. Second; The construction of the Pentecostal Church which was deemed not in accordance with the existing regulations, the atmosphere became increasingly cloudy when the Church congregations were not local residents and were not known. Harmonization solutions can be done by strengthening the organizational functions of the FKUB to be improved both among the people of Raam Island and the government. Socialization of the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Religion and the Minister of Home Affairs concerning the Maintenance of Religious Harmony, Empowerment of Religious Harmony Forums, and the Establishment of Houses of Worship.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to examine children's screening in the hadith. This research method is a qualitative descriptive with a syar'I approach, which examines education in the hadith literature. The results showed that the concept of education in the hadith is a reference to current education. The message of the hadith in educating children is a study that has existed for a long time but has often been ignored. In fact, the current theory of children's education comes from the embryonic guidance in the hadith. However, the explanation of the hadith is still general in nature, only mentions the grid that has been developed by thinkers both in the Islamic world and in the western world

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui terkait peran wanita karier dalam mewujudkan keluarga sakinah di Kelurahan Malagusa Distrik Aimas Kabupaten Sorong, kemudian bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi wanita karier di Kelurahan Malagusa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi yang dipilih yaitu wilayah Kelurahan Malagusa Distrik Aimas Kabupaten Sorong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa wanita karier di Kelurahan Malagusa yang telah berkeluarga memiliki karier sejak sebelum menikah, sehingga setelah menikah mereka tetap melanjutkan pekerjaannya tersebut. Mereka menjalani kedua peran dengan sangat menyenangkan tanpa ada beban yang berat. Mereka bertanggung jawab untuk urusan di dalam rumah, tetap menjadi isteri dan ibu yang bertanggung jawab dalam keluarga. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu sering merasa lelah, sulit membagi waktu, tidak bisa menemani aktivitas anak setiap waktu, tidak bisa menemani suami ketika suami sedang di rumah, kurang bisa mengikuti kegiatan di masyarakat.

Abstract

Religious moderation within the framework of local wisdom is practiced by the indigenous people of the island of Misool Raja Ampat, Southwest Papua. This can be seen in every community activity that always prioritizes mutual respect between religions. This paper describes the practice of religious moderation carried out by the people of Raja Ampat's Misool Island. This research is based on phenomenological research by looking directly at people's lives with a qualitative approach research method. This research shows that the people of the Misool island in their daily life really uphold the value of religious moderation. This can be seen in several traditional parties or religious activities. The people of Misool Island always prioritize harmony and togetherness regardless of religious background and religious affiliation. Religious traditions that have been practiced since ancient times are still the main pattern in maintaining togetherness and peace. So that with strong moderation, people will have a strong emotional relationship with each other. Moreover, the tribes are dominated by indigenous Papuan people. So that this research can be used as an example of moderation literacy based on local wisdom.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat melalui program ekonomi yang telah dirancang. Di samping itu, peningkatan kompetensi masyarakat dalam bidang pendidikan dan social keagamaan juga menjadi prioritas dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini. Dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi, penulis mampu mengurai problematika yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat lalu mencoba untuk mengatasi problematika tersebut. Tentu, dukungan dari semua pihak sangat dibutuhkan untuk merealisasikan tujuan dan harapan yang diinginkan.
