Abstract

Perkembangan dunia investasi semakin banyak diminati, para investor berinvestasi untuk mencari keuntungan, tetapi dalam investasi tentu terdapat resiko. Resiko  terjadi akibat pergerakan saham yang naik turun. Proses pergerakan harga saham yang naik turun secara acak dan tidak pasti, disebut dengan proses stokastik. Pergerakan saham ini investor memiliki hak untuk memilih opsi. Opsi adalah suatu bentuk perjanjian atau investasi berupa kontrak yang memberikan pemegang opsi suatu hak untuk membeli atau menjual aset tertentu dengan harga dan pada jangka waktu tertentu. Ada 2 macam opsi yaitu opsi jual dan opsi beli. Perhitungan opsi ini salah satunya menggunakan model Black Scholes. Namun, pada model ini hanya dapat digunakan untuk saham tipe Eropa saja, serta terdapat asumsi tidak adanya pembagian dividen. Hal ini menjadi suatu kekurangan dalam menentukan perhitungan saham dengan model Black Scholes, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model Black Scholes dengan adanya pembagian dividen. Perhitungan saham tipe eropa menggunakan model ini akan diaplikasikan pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur (INDF) tbk terhitung selama 1 tahun dari Januari – Desember 2020. Data tersebut didapatkan dari web Investing.com Hasil kajiannya berupa model Black Scholes untuk opsi jual dan opsi beli serta perhitungannya berupa bilangan harga wajar opsi pada saat keadaan Constant Market dan Continous Market.

Abstract

ROI is one of the milestones of a region's independence. Regional Original Income (ROI) is a source of regional income originating from the regional economic activities themselves. ROI sources consist of regional taxes, regional levies, regional wealth management results, and other legitimate regional income. This research aims to analyze the influence of the number of work force, population, number of star hotels, number of non-star hotels and number of industries on ROI in West Java Province in 2018. The analysis was carried out using the LASSO regression method with the LAR algorithm to handle cases of multicollinearity found in the independent variables number of workforce and population. The research results show that the variables of population and number of star hotels have a significant effect on ROI.

Abstract

In general train passengers refer to individuals who use train transportation services to travel between cities or regions. In addition to daily travel, trains are also an option when there are national holidays such as Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year. The number of train passengers tends to surge when the holiday season arrives. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the difference in the number of train passengers in the month with the highest and least number of holidays at Purwokerto Station during 2023. The methods used in this study include descriptive statistics, normality test, and independent sample t-test. Passenger count data was collected every month throughout 2023, then analyzed to identify the months with the most and least holidays. Descriptive statistics were used to provide an overview of the distribution of passenger numbers. A normality test was conducted to check whether the ridership data was normally distributed. Furthermore, an independent sample t-test was used to determine if there was a significant difference in the number of passengers between the months with the most and least holidays. The results showe that there is a significant difference in the number of train passengers between the two categories of months. This is obtained from the results of the independent sample t-test, the sig. value is <0.01, whose value is <0.05 and the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.476 whose value is> 0.05.

Abstract

Indonesia occupies the fifth position of the country with the largest population in the world. The population sector in Indonesia must be a concern given the high population. The large population can be one of the factors that have a positive impact on advancing the country if the existing human resources are utilized as well as possible to increase development. One of the ways to maximize human development to advance the country's development can be done by analyzing what factors can affect the human development index. In this study, the factors affecting the human development index will be analyzed using the variables average length of schooling, expected length of schooling, life expectancy, average monthly expenditure on food, adjusted per capita expenditure, number of poor people, and the poverty line. poverty by using the Exploratory Factor Analysis method.
