Abstract

Fillet is one type of ready-to-eat frozen food product. Fillet is made from ground meat, given spices, and a binder mixture, then cured, steamed, cut, and covered with flour adhesive (dough) and bread flour (breading). Field Work Practice is to study and learn workers' personal hygiene in producing Fillets of dumbo catfish (Clarias gariepenus) at P2MKP Karya Lestari, Pamekasan. This Riset Activity uses the descriptive observative method, which is a method of solving a problem by describing and explaining the situation and condition of an object of observation based on direct observations and facts that occur in the field. Collection in this Risetactivity uses primary collection methods from interviews, active participation, observations, and secondary through literature study. The application of personal hygiene in P2MKP has been carried out well by standards, including using closed clothing, using gloves according to standards, maintaining the health and safety of workers, and prohibiting the use of personal equipment made of metal. But the knowledge of personal hygiene workers is not evenly distributed because some workers have yet to receive training facilities on personal hygiene, which is an obstacle in applying personal hygiene to workers

Abstract

Indonesia So far, there has been no study regarding the effect of the stages of traditional fish processing in Indonesia on changes in the molecular weight profile and allergenicity. The objectives of this study were (1) to obtain a molecular weight profile of fish protein extracts during the salted fish processing stage of the five types of marine fish that were mostly produced in P3 Pasongsongan; (2) obtain the level of allergenicity of fish protein extracts during the salted fish processing stage of the five types of fish tested; and (3) obtain information on changes in the allergenicity of similar marine fish protein extracts due to the application of salted fish and pindang fish processing technology. In the first stage, secondary data was collected to obtain information on the five types of salted fish that were most widely produced in P3 Pasongsongan which would then be selected as samples. In addition, observations and interviews were also conducted with 25 salted fish producers in P3 Pasongsongan to obtain a profile of salted fish processing that will be used as a standard for sample processing. SDS-PAGE electrophoresis test showed that the processing of salted and pindang fish could not remove the protein bands thought to be parvalbumin (10 to 13 kDa) and other polypeptides suspected to be major allergens in fish (24, 40, and 50 kDa). Potential allergenicity of wet salted fish from the highest to the lowest, namely tuna > mackerel > selar > kite > tembang. Allergenicity potential of dried salted fish from the highest to the lowest, namely layang fish > tembang > tuna > mackerel > selar. Fried salted fish has the highest allergy potential, while mackerel and fried salted tuna have the lowest allergy potential. Comparison of the allergenicity test results for mackerel during the processing stages of salted fish and pindang fish showed that the allergenicity of mackerel processed with salting was higher than that of mackerel processed with salting.

Abstract

Fishermen's wives are able to provide for the daily requirements of their families by working as family members. Quantitative research is used here. on the findings of a straightforward regression test. The t table in this study is known to be 0.67874 for degrees of freedom df 60-2 = 58 with a significance level of 0.05. The table above shows the t value of 6.034 for the variable of economic improvement. because (6.034>0.67874) in the t count t table. Based on the findings, the R2/RSquare coefficient of determination is 0.386, or 38.6%. The impact of economic growth on the function of fishermen's wives is 66.2 percent, or 0.662 percent, in magnitude. A joint/simultaneous test is also part of this investigation. The f test can be used to perform this joint test. It can be deduced from this f test that the significance level is 0.000> 0.05 and the calculated F value is 36,412 f table 4,007 that the t test and the f Ha test are accepted and Ho is rejected, indicating that the role of the fisherman's wife has a significant impact on the variable of increasing the home economy. stairway to success in Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency's Branta Pesisir Village.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a sustainable digital marketing strategy model for marine tourism in Indonesia. The SWOT-AHP approach is used to identify and prioritize internal and external factors affecting the sector. Porter's Five Forces and Diamond Model analyses are applied to understand the competitive landscape and competitive advantages of Indonesia. The results of the SWOT-AHP analysis indicate that internal strengths and untapped marine tourism potential are dominant factors. The recommended digital marketing strategies are educational and conservation content marketing (priority 0.555), social media community building (0.265), SEO/SEM (0.118), and influencer marketing (0.062). Porter's Five Forces analysis highlights the importance of differentiation, building strong customer relationships, transparency, collaboration, and innovation. The Diamond Model analysis emphasizes the importance of utilizing natural resources, improving the quality of human resources, developing knowledge and technology, strengthening infrastructure, and collaborating with stakeholders. This study makes a significant contribution by providing a comprehensive and sustainable digital marketing strategy model for marine tourism in Indonesia. This model integrates SWOT-AHP analysis, Porter's Five Forces, and the Diamond Model, and considers economic and environmental sustainability objectives. The findings can help stakeholders develop responsible marketing strategies and promote sustainable tourism in Indonesia, driving economic growth while preserving the beauty and biodiversity of the sea.
