The aim of this research is to identify public opinion about the suitable modern public transportation modes in Jakarta. Transportation is inseparable from traffic jam which also affects the residential areas. Traffic jam is a stagnant situation caused by the number of vehicles exceeding the road’s capacity. Traffic congestion becomes daily problem in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia. This research used qualitative method. The result of this research shows that traffic congestion in Jakarta was caused by large number of private vehicles. Due to that condition, the suitable public transportation modes are, Monorail, TransJakarta bus, Tram, MRT, and LRT. 48% of Jakarta citizens chose monorail as the most suitable transportation while 38% of them preferred Transjakarta bus, and 14% of people asked for tram. The expectation of the realization of modern transportation mode, in this case monorail, is to decrease the number of private vehicles. Therefore, the traffic congestion in Jakarta are able to be reduced.

The study entitled “Analysis Comparison of Satisfaction Passenger Against the Service Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in Jakarta and Bandung Husein Sastranegara Airport in 2015” was conducted to determine and analyze the quality comparison service consisting of responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, empathy and reliability to consumer satisfaction on Hussein Airport Sastranegara and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the dominant service quality dimensions that influence satisfaction. The benefits of this research is to get a general idea about the services at Soekarno Hatta and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in Jakarta. To determine the level of satisfaction of passengers on each variable services at Bandung Husein Sastranegara Airport and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport.

The purpose of this research is to know the congestion on the street toll road users. The problem in this research is the congestion and its impact on the road users, and how the solution to the congestion on the Brexit toll during Lebaran holiday season 2016. Population The study was conducted at East Brebes toll gate where the researcher distributed questionnaires to 80 respondents by purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis test. The result showed that there was a positive influence between congestion (X) and road users (Y), road congestion variation due to other factors of 95.4% while the rest of 4.6% was determined by other factors. With the probability significance of 0.005 t table> t table, it is concluded that individually the variables of congestion can affect the variables of users of toll road.

Saluran distribusi dalam perusahaan yaitu dapat mendorong peningkatan penjualan yang diharap. PT Cipta Krida Bahari merupakan badan usaha pendukung layanan logistik dan transportasi yang berkomitmen untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada para pelaku usaha di Indonesia dalam mengirimkan barang dan jasa mereka ke tempat yang dibutuhkan. Pengguna jasa perusahaan PT Cipta Krida Bahari dalam proses distribusi produk ke konsumen yaitu Robert Bosch Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi meningkatkan penjualan distribusi produk Robert Bosch Indonesia pada PT Cipta Krida Bahari. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan SWOT. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer dan skunder. Hasil penelitian dengan metode SWOT menunjukkan dari hasil analisa selisih nilai tertimbang kekuatannya sebesar 3,66 dan kelemahannya sebesar 3,45 jadi selisih dari kekuatan dan kelemahan sebesar 0.21 dan selisih nilai tertimbang peluangnya sebesar 3,54 dan ancamannya sebesar 2,38 jadi selisih dari peluang dan ancaman sebesar 1,16 dan berada pada kuadran I yaitu strategi pertumbuhan (Growth). Total bobot IFE sebesar 2,64 dan EFE sebesar 3,08 sehingga perusahaan berada di sel II yaitu grow and build dengan demikian strategi yang harus digunakan adalah pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth OrientedStrategy).

Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Budiraya Tataprima Tahun 2019. Metode pada penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setiap terjadi kenaikan 1 unit skor untuk variabel X2 sebesar 0,264 akan diikuti meningkatnya variabel Y sebesar 13,821 dengan asumsi bahwa variabel X1 dalam keadaan tetap. Pada Uji F dapat didapat bahwa Fhitung 9,081 > Ftabel 3,35, sehingga H0 dapat dinyatakan ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini artinya Variabel Pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Variabel Harga (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Variabel Keputusan pembelian (Y).

PT. Indonesia Port Company (IPC) Tanjung Priok Container Terminal (TPK) is a company serving loading and unloading services of goods to and from ships. It is located at Ocean Going Pier which is a terminal with the main activity to serve loading and unloading container. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at the Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018. This research used quantitative methods with primary and secondary data sources. The expected output with the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018 is that the company could make decisions and policy. The results show that there is a partially significant positive correlation between Crane variables (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), where t-count 4.839> t-table 2.03224 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then Hₒ is rejected and Ha is accepted. Judging from the correlation coefficient between Productivity Crane (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), 0.639, it is indicated as a strong correlation because it is in the interval of 0,600-0,799.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the pedestrian behavior of school children when crossing the road and to review the road design factors from the student's house to the school, such as consistency, continuity, attractiveness, safety, comfort, spatial integration, experience, and socio-economic value, in order to integrate bicycle infrastructure designs with school safety zones. This study was designed qualitatively with data from the experiences of 100 child participants aged 12-15 years following the flow and route to school. Participants was asked to fulfill questionnaire consisted of 10 points of system reports and 41 points of audit statements on road infrastructure factors that were traversed to school. Data analysis used the school safety zone theory (ZoSS) and eight levels of bicycle service. The findings of investigative research that participants understood the standard 4T guarding, but inconsistent with the right-looking procedure. This makes the front area of the school requires a school safety zone (ZoSS) as a reminder for students to apply the correct traversing procedure In addition, the findings of the audit of infrastructure factors that support well-planned infrastructure. The result contains recommendations to improve and enhance road infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists for school children with the integration of bicycle service levels into school safety zones (ZoSS).

Cafe you & me adalah usaha yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal, untuk mngetahui strategi yang digunakan, serta untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk digunakan cafe you & me selama masa pandemi corona. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil pada penelitian dari faktor internal kekuatan yaitu 2,33 dan faktor kelemahan yaitu 0,63 sehingga selisih yang didapatkan dari kekuatan dan kelemahan yaitu 1,7. Selanjutnya faktor eksternal peluang yaitu 2,00 dan faktor ekternal ancaman yaitu 1,08 sehingga selisih yang didapatkan dari peluang dan ancaman yaitu 1,33. Menurut hasil matriks SWOT 4K berada pada posisi kuadran I yang artinya cafe you & me dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan menggunakan kekuatan. Menurut matriks IE hasil faktor internal yaitu 2,97 dan hasil faktor ekternal 3,08 maka posisinya berada pada sel no.2. strategi bauran pemasaran yang digunakan cafe you & me dapat meningkatkan penjual produk serta keuntungan. Strategi alternatif yang disarankan kepada cafe you & me yaitu penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, pengembangan barang dan jasa.

PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a state-owned company specialized on crossing and port sector that is responsible for organizing ferry transportation and ports effectiveness and efficiency. To be able to give an excellent service, the company has to maintain its’ loading and unloading of Ro-Ro ship productivity in a high-quality level. The objective of this research is to find out the improvement of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity, target and achievement of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity during 2012-2014. The result of the research shows that during the period of 2012 to 2014 the Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity result starting in the first semester of 2012 to the second semester of 2014 shows that not all of the targets determined by the company are accomplished. The trend analysis shows that the productivity of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading was fluctuating during the period.
