Abstract

Biocompatibility is a major problem in today's world, so the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends returning to nature. In dentistry, one of the natural ingredients that can be used as an alternative irrigation material is soapberry fruit extract (Sapindus rarak DC). Research has shown that soapberry extract can remove the smear layer from the root canal, has antimicrobial effects, and has low surface tension. Root canals irrigated with soapberry extract solution have lower dentin surface porosity and higher tooth strength compared to a combination solution of NaOCl + EDTA. Previous studies have shown that soapberry irrigation materials in the form of micro-particles cannot completely clean the smear layer in the apical third. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to review the use of soapberry (Sapindus rarak DC) using nanotechnology as a nanotechnology-based irrigation material for root canal treatment. This study is a literature review using a search method for articles that have passed the publication process of publications published in 2015-2024 which can be accessed in full text in pdf and scholarly formats. Conclusion: To achieve a clean smear layer in the apical third, it is necessary to develop a soapberry irrigation material in the form of nanoparticles. The material in the form of nanoparticles has the advantage of strengthening the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects of Sapindus rarak DC, as well as allowing effective delivery of active substances into the root canal of the tooth.

This study aims to determine the existence of Kampung Dalam Malay Palace in Koto Gadang Koto Anau. The method used in this study is qualitative research, which uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis carried out is collecting data, reducing data, displaying data and making conclusions. The results of the research and discussion show that the Malay Palace of Kampung Dalam was not maintained because Prince Novi Almana Bagindo Yang Dipituan did not want to receive assistance from the government because he was afraid that the palace would be taken over by the government because he thought that later the people of Koto Gadang Koto Anau would not be able to use The palace is a gathering place for big events. Whereas Istano Melayu Kampung Dalam, there are many cultural and tourist attractions of prehistoric heritage that are abandoned and not maintained, and the local community also pays little attention to them due to financial constraints. Meanwhile, the palace, which is now a museum, is not well-maintained, such as buildings that are old and not cleaned, lots of moss on the walls, even the items inside the palace are not maintained, due to the relatively large cost constraints to maintain the palace. Abstract

This thesis is entitled “The Phenomenon of Early Marriage: A Case Study in Teluk Kuali Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo District, Jambi Province”. The purpose of this research is to describe Early Marriage, that is, there are factors that cause Early Marriage, these factors are also inherent in a person which causes social problems. The theory used in this thesis is the phenomenological theory of Alfred Schutz. The method that the author uses is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The requirement for a person to marry is when a woman reaches the age of 19 (nineteen) years, and for a man 19 (nineteen) years this is stated in the Law on Marriage. Early marriage is a marriage carried out by a pair of teenagers (boys and girls) who are less than 19 years old and immature physically and psychologically. The Impact of Early Marriage has positive and negative impacts, the positive impacts are becoming more independent, avoiding adultery, and reducing the burden on parents. Furthermore, it can also be seen from the side of the negative impact, namely, it often causes problems in the household, education, and a low economy.
