The study aims to analyze more in depth about the rhetoric used by Prophet Muhammad SAW in Haji Wada '. The main data sources in this study are the hadiths narrated in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where the researcher describes the theoretical meaning contained in the speech of Prophet Muhammad SAW at the time of Haji Wada 'which is in time in Shahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. The results of this study are as follows: 1} The enthusiasm of the audience to listen to the sermon of Prophet Muhammad SAW is proof that the Prophet was very beloved by his people, they are very confident with what the Prophet said, so their faith becomes increased when listening to the speech of Prophet SAW in the Hajj. Predicted, Audiences who participated in the Hajj up to 140 million people. 2} socially, the rhetoric used by Prophet Muhammad SAW in Haji Wada 'was able to raise the spirit of the Muslims, so that Prophet Muhammad SAW is able to evoke the spirit of Islamic economy, because one of the focus of the sermon was the independence of the people in the field of economy. In conclusion, the rhetoric of Prophet Muhammad SAW in the Hajj Wada 'was a very important thing to be used as a reference for the development of the ummah

There are several conditions of concern about Barus, namely that Barus is the Islamic Zero Point of the Archipelago, there is also the oldest church the 7th century, Nommensen also came with his mission, in Barus is also the oldest port of stop by world-class traders, in addition to In this area there is also a local religion developing there, namely Parmalim. Despite the variety, harmony is maintained. With this diversity and harmony, it is important to know how the religious communication patterns in the Barus area are. The data were obtained by conducting interviews with parties, then carrying out focused discussions (FGD), and certain matters through observation and document study, as well as tracing historical sites. In addition to the Barus area, the research areas are also in Barus District, North Barus District, Andam Dewi District and Manduamas District. The three sub-districts were formerly part of the Barus Residency area. The approach taken is scientific integration to integrate communication with the sociology of religion in order to find the theory of harmony communication. The results showed that the communication patterns built from the formation of Islamic-Christian communication patterns through visiting and inviting. Christian-Parmalim communication patterns are formed with culture and education. Parmalim-Islam communication pattern occurs with the pattern of doing together and sharing. However, there are no significant interpersonal communication patterns found, so that the theory of harmony communication is not described in detail as expected.

Consciously or not, the social media era has moved the flow of information to their gadgets. Indonesia has been ranked third as an active user of social media Instagram. So, currently both personally and institutionally it is not unusual to have an Instagram account such as the Republic of Indonesia Directorate General of Tax with account @ditjenpajakri. Exactly, the beneficiary of the account has become an interactive medium that increases popularity to encourage trust and conversion tax in Indonesia towards the tax-aware generation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of interaction stimulant factors on the @ditjenpajakri account with the content analysis method on various components that encourage interaction in 504 posts in 2018. The results of the research reveal that the booster component of the @ditjenpajakri account interaction consists of the type of photo/image, the number of likes/love and followers/comments, types of captions, and hashtag.

Surah an-Naml ayat 29-37 menceritakan tentang Nabi Sulaiman mengajak/berdakwah kepada Ratu Balqis dengan mengirimkan surat melalui burung Hud-Hud pilihan. Setelah surat Nabi Sulaiman sampai kepada Ratu Balqis dengan cepat seperti telegraf yang sangat cepat dan akurat, maka Ratu Balqis langsung Bermusywarah dengan para tokoh kerajaan kemudian Ratu Balqis menyampaikan pesan nabi Sulaiman. Ketika mengambil keputusan dalam musyawarah Ratu Balqis mengambil keputusan dengan kesepakatan forum untuk mengirim hadiah kepada Nabi Sulaiman. Akan tetapi Nabi sulaiman tidak menerima hadiah tersebut. Karena yang dinginkan Nabi Sulaiman bukan harta akan tetapi Ratu balqis dan Rakyatnya meninggalkan menyembah matahari menjadi menyembah Allah swt. Dalam konteks komunikasi Massa nampak peran komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan kepada audiensnya. Serta bagaimana isi pesan yang baik disampaikan, supaya dapat di terima audiens dengan baik. Sementara dalam surat an-Nisa, terlihat kesiapsiagaan/peran gatekeeper dalam menerima informasi.Kata kunci: Komunikasi massa, ayat-ayat Alquran, dan Islam

Kemajuan suatu bangsa dapat dicapai melalui penataan pendidikan yang baik. Pendidikan agama tidak boleh terlepas dari setiap unsur kehidupan manusia. Munculnya pandemic covid-19 di Indonesia berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan. Peran sekolah agama seperti Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) sangat bermanfaat sebagai wadah untuk melahirkan generasi yang berkualitas agama yang baik dan berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran MDTA dalam implementasi pendidikan agama Islam selama masa pandemi covid-19 pada yayasan Al-Yahdi kelurahan Tanjung Gusta kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Penelitian ini menggunakana metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) sangat berperan penting dalam menjalankan pendidikan agama Islam selama masa pandemi di mana dalam implementasinya yayasan Al-Yahdi tetap menjalankan proses pembelajaran secara klasikal atau tatap muka dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan dan mengurangi jam belajar hal tersebut dilakukan demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan agama Islam.

This study aims to determine the media management of the Amil Zakat Nahdlatul Ulama Institute in increasing awareness of zakat, infaq and alms in the Siak Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and is a type of field research. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used was to collect data through semi-structured interviews and through observation, the data that had been obtained was then reduced, presented and concluded. The results of this study indicate that the media management of the Amil Zakat Nahdlatul Ulama Institute in increasing awareness of zakat, infaq and alms in Siak Regency is to carry out management through planning, organizing, implementing and supervising which is then relevant into the communication process through the media of the Amil Zakat Nahdlatul Ulama Institution in Siak District. The media of the Amil Zakat Nahdlatul Ulama Institute which is used to increase awareness of zakat, infaq and community alms in Siak Regency are modern media such as Instagram, Facebook and the website nucare.id.

The purpose of this study was to find out first, how public communication was carried out by the Tembung sub-district in the "Tembung See Bersinar" program (Tembung a healthy environment clean from drugs). Second, whether the level of environmental cleanliness and drug abuse rates had decreased after the Tembung See Bersinar program. In this study the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method, in which the researcher collects data or information related to the research topic obtained from the main sources, namely village officials and the Tembung village environment community, and secondary sources obtained from journals, books, the internet and other literature. the public in managing institutions and society is a measure of the level of public trust.Effectiveness in communication in general is that the message conveyed by the communicator can be received and understood by the communicant with the aim that the communicant delivers feedback that is in line with the content of the message. The effectiveness of communication can be measured by how far the understanding between the communicator and the communicant is in common. As the meaning of the word communication is the same, the same understanding of messages and information, attitudes, actions or behavior. The role of public communication in a government institution is very important. This role is to make people who do not know become aware, who previously had misunderstandings can understand the problems that occur Feedback (feedback) is the result of the communication process, how big is the impact of changes as a result of the activities of conveying the information. The results that the researchers found, the level of cleanliness in the Tembung sub-district environment had increased from before. Likewise with drug abuse, the Tembung sub-district makes drug users afraid by cooperating with the police. However, not all drug users in the Tembung sub-district have disappeared, there are still drug users who have escaped surveillance. Keywords: political communication, environmental hygiene, drugs
