Abstract

The government as a translation of public policy, but in fact spread the oligarchy in power and leaders. At present, regional autonomy is considered the most appropriate solution to the problem of corruption, but it creates new problems, namely the elite and the authorities hijacking the bureaucracy. operands that are always renewable to find loopholes avoid state sanctions.

Abstract

Social deviations in free sex behavior among adolescents is quite alarming because they are seen as bad behavior and contrary to the norms in society. The purpose of this study is to seek solutions to the problem of social deviations of free sex among adolescents by looking at the factors and things that underlie free sex behavior that occurs by departing from theological and sociological analysis and also using the Differential Association theory by Sutherland which explains the process of occurrence deviant behavior. In this study the authors use the method of literature study of various thoughts and previous studies that have been conducted. As for the discussion of this study, the writer took three discussions which became an outline for the author, namely: 1. Knowledge of adolescents about free sex, 2. Free sex behavior among adolescents, and 3. Factors causing free sex among adolescents. So based on this research it is expected to be a solution for the political elite, government, academics and society especially parents to be more together to protect teenagers from the influence of the phenomenon of free sex among adolescents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai bentuk perilaku bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan SMAN 1 XIII Koto Kampar serta mengkaji secara mendalam upaya guru dalam mencegah, menangani, dan meminimalisasi perilaku bullying melalui pendekatan pembinaan, pemberian edukasi, penanaman nilai empati, dan kerja sama antara pihak sekolah dengan orang tua siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru kelas, dan siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi untuk menggali informasi mengenai perilaku bullying serta upaya penanganannya di sekolah. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, interpretasi hasil, dan penarikan kesimpulan guna memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif terhadap fenomena yang diteliti.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bullying yang terjadi meliputi mengejek, mengolok-olok, memukul, dan mendorong teman. Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi bullying antara lain memberikan bimbingan secara klasikal dan individu, memberikan nasihat, serta menjalin kerja sama dengan pihak sekolah dan orang tua. Pihak sekolah turut mendukung upaya pencegahan dan penanganan bullying melalui penyediaan media edukasi berupa poster anti-bullying, penerapan sanksi disiplin terhadap pelaku bullying, penyediaan fasilitas pengaduan bagi siswa korban bullying, serta penguatan nilai kebersamaan, toleransi, dan empati antarsiswa guna menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, nyaman, dan kondusif bagi seluruh peserta didikantar.

Abstract

The circulation of illegal drugs represents one of the forms of transnational crime that seriously impacts public health and consumer protection. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of illegal drug circulation in Pekanbaru City, identify the perpetrators' modus operandi, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Big Post for Drug and Food Supervision (BBPOM) in enforcement actions. The research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study, through analysis of secondary data and documentation from BBPOM, as well as interviews with relevant parties. The results indicate significant fluctuations in the number of cases during 2019–2023, with the highest surge in 2021 at 6,667 cases, dominated by supplies from Asia and Southeast Asia. The perpetrators' modus operandi includes product disguise, digital distribution, and hidden storage to evade supervision. The role of BBPOM, in collaboration with Kominfo, is crucial in enhancing supervision effectiveness, although it still faces challenges in resources and cross-sectoral coordination. This study concludes that eradicating illegal drugs requires a comprehensive strategy that combines repressive efforts, structural prevention, public education, and cross-border cooperation.
