Abstract

Literasi finansial merupakan kecakapan hidup (life skills) yang harus dibekalkan pada anak. Pendidikan literasi keuangan pada anak bukan sekadar pada pengenalan uang, namun lebih jauh pendidikan literasi keuangan pada anak adalah sebuah konsep tentang pengenalan pengelolaan keuangan secara bijak dan mampu mengontrol pengeluaran keuangan dengan membedakan mana yang menjadi kebutuhan dan mana yang hanya keinginan. Sehingga pengenalan terhadap pengetahuan literasi keuangan sejak dini akan membuat anak-anak terbiasa mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan benar di masa yang akan datang. Di Indonesia pendidikan literasi keuangan masih menjadi sesuatu yang sangat jarang dilakukan. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat memandang sangat penting untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan terkait literasi pengelolaan keuangan cerdas pada anak usia dini yang dilaksanakan di TK Setia Kota Baubau. Pada kkegiatan ini tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat mengenalkan pada anak terkait me manajemen keuangan, belajar tentang hidup hemat dengan cara merencanakan keuangan untuk persiapan dimasa depan, memotivasi anak untuk bertindak secara bertanggung jawab dan bijaksana serta mendorong kepedulian sosial.

Abstract

Good fund management is a key factor that can lead to the success or failure of UMKM. A practical and effective method in managing funds for UMKM is to apply good accounting. Thus, accounting makes UMKM able to obtain various financial information in running their business. Accounting records must be in accordance with every transaction that occurs and based on applicable accounting standards. Based on the problems above, the service team views it as very urgent to conduct simple financial recording training. Financial recording training that will be carried out for UMKM will be a solution in solving these problems. The method used from this service is the Technical method or Field work. Technical, namely simple bookkeeping training for UMKM actors in Doda Bahari Village. The results of community service show that this simple bookkeeping training is very important for MSME actors to make it easier to see the profit and loss of a business.

Abstract

Human development is a process of human development that aims to be able to have more choices, particularly in income, health and education dimanasalah of the criterion can be seen through the Human Development Index. The aim of research was to analyze and obtain empirical evidence on the influence of financial performance (fiscal independency, effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue, and expenditure harmony) and economic growth on human development index in Bombana Regency and to find out the most dominant variable influencing human development index. The research was descriptive qualitative study to give a systematic, factual and accurate description on the facts and real condition of financial performance, economic growth, and human development index in Bombana Regency. The data in the research were time series secondary data obtained from library study. They were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research indicate that fiscal independency, the effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue, expenditure harmony, and economic growth have influence on human development index. Economic growth has the most dominant influence on human development index.

Abstract

The large budget allocation and agricultural area of luwu county is expected to create jobs for the people of luwu district and attract investors. The deployment of the large budget and the extent of the development of the research is aimed at (1) reviewing and analyzing the impact of government spending on the agricultural sector on luwu's native incomes indirectly through agricultural sector labor and economic growth; And (2) review and analyze the impact of private investment on luwu county's local revenue and indirectly through agricultural sector labor and economic growth. The study used a secondary type of the time serries during the 2004 to 2013 (10 years) collected by the files.The government expenditure in luwu district's agricultural sector and the gross domestic product data on the basis of the 2000 luwu district's constant price. The research makes real incomes independent variables, government spending and investment as dependent variables and labor and economic growth as intering variables. To answer the purpose of the study is done analysis using simultaneous equation model. The results of the data processing in this study suggest that government spending on agriculture was indirectly significant to the local revenue Luwu district. In addition, the research also suggests that investments both directly and indirectly give significant impact to the original income in luwu district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect given by financial literacy, financial attitude, and internal locus of control on personal financial management. This study used a mixed method. The population in this study were small business actors in Anggilowu Village, Mandonga District, Kendari City which consisted of 131 people as research samples. The research sample was selected using a probability sampling technique, namely cluster sampling. Data collection techniques used primary data by disseminating questionnaires, then the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that financial literacy, financial attitude, and internal locus of control had a positive and significant influence on personal financial management. It means that the better the level of financial literacy, financial attitude, and internal locus of control of a person, it will provide a proportional relationship in line with the increase in a person's financial management.

Abstract

Local economic development through seaweed cultivation in Kapuntori District, Buton Regency is very promising and profitable so it is necessary to make maximum efforts so that problems that arise in the development of seaweed cultivation can be resolved. This study aims to determine income, assess the feasibility of seaweed farming as a source of income for the people of Wawoncusu Hamlet, Lambusango Village, Kapuntori District, Buton Regency, and at the same time develop a strategy for developing a seaweed cultivation business. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data source is primary data which includes information from farming about costs, revenues, and income of farming and development strategies that have been carried out by farming businesses, while secondary data includes data documentation. Data collection methods and techniques used interview, observation, and documentation methods, while data analysis methods used a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the analysis obtained information that the average income of seaweed farmers for 40 days obtained from 1 unit raft is Rp 2,200,000. The feasibility of seaweed farming shows the R/C ratio >1, namely 5.11 and 2.39. If the R/C Ratio >1, then the seaweed business is efficient and profitable. The most effective strategy for seaweed development in Wawoncusu Hamlet, Lambusango Village, Kapuntori District, Buton Regency is SO and WT analysis.
