Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media pembelajaran Software Macromedia Flash Terhadap Semangat Mengajar Guru Mata Pelajaran IPS di SDN 18 Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket terhadap 9 orang guru di SDN 18 Pekanbaru. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif. Pengolahan data menggunakan program komputer SPSS series 21 Analisis kuantitatif melalui uji t yaitu uji hipotesis yaitu uji t Paired Samples t Test. dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan mean antar kelompok pretest dan kelompok posttest. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Software Macromedia Flash yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat mengajar guru di SDN 18 Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t menunjukkan angka signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05 dengan demikian Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran Software Macromedia Flash Terhadap Semangat Mengajar Guru Mata Pelajaran IPS di SDN 18 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adalah Persepsi Guru Terhadap Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam Revolusi Industri 4.0 di SMKN 6 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif, Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1).Persepsi Guru terhadap perubahan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL) dalam Revolusi Industri 4.0 ini, Penyempurnaan SKL memperhatikan pengembangan nilai, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan secara terpadu dengan fokus pada pencapaian kompetensi. Perubahan SKL lebih meningkatkan sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa serta diharapkan menghasilkan lulusan/pencari kerja. 2).Persepsi Guru terhadap perubahan Standar Isi, kedudukan mata pelajaran kompetensi, dari mata pelajaran menjadi mata pelajaran dikembangkan dari kompetensi, dimana Kompetensi Intinya mencakup kompetensi sikap spritual, sikap sosial, keterampilan dan pengetahuan.3).Persepsi Guru terhadap perubahan Standar Proses. Perubahan Standar Proses berarti perubahan strategi pembelajaran. Guru wajib merancang pembelajaran aktif yang menyenangkan, dapat menggunakan teknologi media pembelajaran dan siswa difasilitasi untuk mengamati, menanya, mengolah, menyajikan, menyimpulkan, dan mencipta. 4).Persepsi Guru terhadap Standar penilaian pengisian raport, guru menilai dari kompetensi lulusan siswa mencakup sikap spritual, sosial, keterampilan dan pengetahuan, selain dengan penilain menggunakan angka/pengsekoran, serta penilaian pembelajaran harus mengukur kemampuan skill yang berbentuk laporan diri, skala penilaian global, dan tindakan observasi di setiap kompetensi. Guru juga harus memaparkan/mendeskripsikan hasil penilaian siswa di setiap penilaian kompetensi.

Abstract

Instrumen penelitian adalah faktor paling berperan penting dalam sebuah penelitian. Dengan adanya instrumen penelitian yang valid maka akan diperoleh hasil penelitian yang valid pula. Namun, jika instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam sebuah penelitian tidak valid, maka hasil yang didapatkan tentu tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Instrumen penelitian digunakan untuk mengukur objek dari sebuah variabel penelitian. Selain itu, instrumen penelitian digunakan juga untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini akan menguji sebuah instrumen kemandirian belajar yang sudah dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Instrumen kemandirian belajar yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 5 indikator yaitu: 1) inisiatif dalam belajar, 2) percaya diri, 3) tanggung jawab, 4) pemecahan masalah, 5) kontrol diri. Penelelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil akhir validasi dengan validator diperoleh nilai dengan skor 85% dengan kategori sangat baik. Kemudian, analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 26.00 for Windowsuntuk melihat konsistensi internal dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha yang melibatkan 50 orang siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar yang dipilih secara stratified sampling dan random. Hasil validitas dari instrumen ini ditemukan 3 pernyataan tidak valid dan 37 pernyataan dinyatakan valid. Untuk itu item yang dinyatakan tidak valid tidak bisa digunakan dalam mengukur kemandirian belajar siswa. Hasil reliabilitas instrumen ini dinyatakan reliabel karena memiliki cronbach Alpha yang tinggi (0,947 0,6). Untuk itu, instrumen kemandirian belajar ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain theoretically about interactive multimedia and test its effect on the improvement of student learning outcomes. Based on interviews and literature review, this research hypothesis states that interactive multimedia has an effect on the improvement of learning outcomes. The population in this study is all students of Vocational High School accounting. The sample in this study were accounting students 1 and accounting students 2 academic year 2014/2015 which amounted to 70 people consisting of 2 classes. Instrument of data collecting used is student cognitive test which amounted to 20 item question. The hypothesis was analyzed with the General Linear Model (GLM) Univariate with the help of SPSS 17.0. The result of hypothesis analysis can be concluded that: There is influence of interactive multimedia usage to accounting student learning result with significance (p = 0,000).

Abstract

The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors in Islamic finance is methodically examined in this paper, with a focus on how Sharia rules connect with sustainability objectives. Examining the benefits and difficulties of implementing ESG principles in Islamic financial institutions is the primary goal. This study identifies important findings from recent research and examines their implications for Islamic finance using a systematic literature review (SLR) based on the PRISMA approach. According to the analysis, there are still a lot of obstacles to overcome, especially when it comes to standardized reporting and regulatory guidelines, even though ESG closely resembles Maqasid al-sharia in that it promotes social welfare and ethical governance. The findings demonstrate how increasing ESG practice transparency can boost market competitiveness, draw in socially conscious investors, and advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The results of this study provide a conceptual framework for Islamic financial institutions looking to implement Sharia-compliant ESG practices, laying the groundwork for future empirical studies and policy creation.

Abstract

This study was initiated by the importance of overcoming academic procrastination behavior that is still widely experienced by students, which has the potential to hinder optimal academic achievement. This study aimed to examine the influence of time management skills and learning motivation on academic procrastination among learners enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padang State University. A quantitative methodology was employed in conducting this research with an associative causal design. The population of this study comprised students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the State University of Padang. The research sample consisted of 96 participants selected using a proportional random sampling technique. To analyze the data, this study utilized multiple linear regression analysis to examine the influence of time management skills and learning motivation on academic procrastination. The coefficient of determination shows that 63.8% of variations in academic procrastination behavior can be explained by time management skills and learning motivation, the remaining variation is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. This academic work contributes significantly to the development of educational studies by emphasizing the importance of forming time management skills and learning motivation as part of efforts to improve student learning effectiveness

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial literacy, peers and self-control on saving behavior in FEB students at Padang State University. The type of research used is causative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 2,052 active undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Padang with a sample size of 96 students using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study was carried out through a survey. The tool used to collect is a questionnaire via google form using a Likert scale. Variable indicators in this study consist of: Financial Literacy variable (X1) consists of 4 indicators, namely (1) general knowledge of finance (Personal General Finance Knowledge), (2) Savings and Borrowing, (3) Insurance, (4) Investment, Peer Variables (X2) consists of 3 indicators, namely (1) Social interaction in the peer environment, (2) Individual involvement in interaction, (3) Peer support. The Self-Control Variable (X3) consists of 5 indicators, namely (1) Planning before buying, (2) Comparing prices before buying, (3) Considering the usefulness of goods, (4) Thinking before buying the same item, (5) Buying goods that are needed, and the Saving Behavior Variable (Y) consists of 3 indicators, namely (1) Future needs, (2) Saving Decisions, (3) Saving Actions. The instrument in this study has passed the validity and reliability tests. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 which has previously passed the classical assumption prerequisite test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, the hypothesis is then tested using the -f test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Financial Literacy, Peers and Self-control on saving behavior. This shows that students' saving behavior is not only influenced by their knowledge of finance, but also by their social environment and their ability to control themselves. These three variables together form an important basis in building a consistent and financially healthy saving habit. The higher the financial literacy, positive peer support, and good self-control, the better the students' saving behavior.
