Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Program KKG dalam memotivasi guru di Gugus Sakura Kecamatan Tenayan Raya. Penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap 8 lembaga pendidikan yang terdiri dari 5 TK dan 3 PAUD. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriftif. Hasil penelitian adalah Kegiatan KKG di Gugus Sakura setiap programnya disususn berdasarkan kesepakata anggota pada Gugus tersebut, keaktifan anggota di Gugus Sakura pada umumnya baik, namun pengaktifan tersebut tidak lepas dari peran kepala sekolah yang mengajak guru untuk hadir di kegiatan KKG, program di KKG menambah wawasan guru tentang pendidikan anak usia dini, namun dari segi narasumber perlu ditingkatkan kwalitasnya agar dapat memotivasi guru menjadi guru yang berwawasan, profesional dengan materi-materi yang lebih baik dan menyenangkan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa guru harus aktif hadir dalam kegiatan KKG untuk menambah wawasan tentang anak usia dini dan penyususnan program KKG diutamakan membahas tentang aplikasi dalam mengajar anak usia dini. Program di KKG menambah wawasan guru tentang pendidikan anak usia dini, namun dari segi narasumber perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya agar dapat memotivasi guru menjadi guru yang berwawasan, profesional dengan materi-materi yang lebih baik dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah di SD Negeri 025266 Binjai Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian yakni kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SD Negeri 025266 Binjai Timur. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa: Implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah untuk meningkatkan minat baca di SD Negeri 025266 Binjai Timur sudah dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan atau pembiasaan yang ada di sekolah. Nilai-nilai karakter yang sudah diterapkan di SD Negeri 025266, di antaranya jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab dan gemar membaca. Sehingga siswa sesuai karakter budaya sekolah untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa.

Abstract

Concrete operational thinking skills are important for elementary school students to understand religious concepts. There are still difficulties in applying these concepts in everyday life, including in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study aims to analyze the concrete operational thinking of elementary school students in Islamic religious learning. The background of this study is multi-site at SDN 101933 Perbaungan, SDN 101929 Perbaungan, and SDN 108293 Perbaungan. This study uses qualitative with case study method in revealing natural phenomena in schools. Data acquisition using observation, interview and documentation methods. Data analysis is done inductively, namely by analyzing the data as a whole to then draw conclusions. Data validity testing uses research data triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that students' thinking in Islamic Religious Education learning in the three schools was at the concrete operational stage. However, when faced with abstract concepts such as spiritual meaning or deeper ethical values, students showed difficulty in linking these concepts to real-life situations. The method used by teachers is to use a more interactive, experience-based and contextual learning approach to help students connect religious concepts with everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the Reciprocal Teaching model in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in class VI of SDN 102062 Bangun Bandar. This Reciprocal Teaching Model, which involves interactive dialogue-based teaching strategies between teachers and students, is applied to build students' understanding skills, problem solving, and reflective abilities regarding teaching materials. This study uses a qualitative research type using a case study approach, which focuses on the application of the Reciprocal Teaching method in class VI SDN 102062 Bangun Bandar. Data collection in this study was obtained through interviews, observations, documentation, or focus group discussions (FGD). Data analysis techniques obtained following interactive miles-huberman include: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data analysis techniques with triangulation and member crosscheck. The results of this study indicate that the application of the reciprocal teaching model is effective in increasing learning activities for elementary school students in grade VI, totaling 14 males and 21 females. The form of implementation is reviewed from, first, students are grouped to discuss and teach the material to their classmates. Second, training students' critical thinking skills. Third, training students' communication skills. Fourth, teachers can evaluate students' mastery of the material. Fifth, achieving students' learning completion targets. The obstacles in implementing the reciprocal teaching model are the lack of seriousness of some students in preparing themselves to become teachers for their classmates and some students often laugh at friends who act as teachers, thus ruining the learning atmosphere. The solutions implemented include providing students with an understanding of the importance of their role as teachers, establishing a supportive classroom culture with clear rules, and active supervision by teachers to maintain a conducive classroom atmosphere.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: The effectiveness of the principal's leadership in improving school quality at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. This research uses a mixed method approach, with the research design being the exploratory sequential. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Qualitative data analysis techniques in this case use data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. As for quantitative data analysis techniques in this study, namely using simple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan is effective in improving school quality with a leadership style that is lived, namely participatory-transformational. Principals improve the quality of schools can be influenced and there is a relationship with indicators of teacher performance whose influence is 15.5%, the school organizational climate is 27.5%, students enter college 26%, student achievements are 31%, and the graduation of students in taking the National Exam 100% pass.

Abstract

Tingginya prevalensi Diabetes Melitus (DM) di Indonesia hingga Jawa Barat mendorong perlunya upaya edukasi dini untuk mencegah tingginya angka Diabetes Melitus akibat gaya hidup yang tidak sehat pada saat remaja yang akan berdampak di kemudian hari. Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Darul Inayah, sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis Islami, dipilih menjadi lokasi kegiatan penyuluhan karena memiliki karakteristik audiens didik yang sesuai dan mendukung program promotif pendidikan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan pembagian media edukatif seperti leaflet, poster, serta presentasi menggunakan media visual berupa power point, dengan melibatkan 48 siswa kelas XI sebagai audiens. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa dari 64,17% menjadi 81,25%, dengan peningkatan sebesar 26,62% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test meskipun jumlah audiens lebih rendah dari yang direncanakan karena bertepatan dengan kegiatan lain yang diadakan oleh pihak sekolah. Kendala tersebut diatasi dengan komunikasi aktif dengan pihak sekolah dan penyesuaian metode penyampaian materi agar semua pihak dapat terpapar mengenai materi Diabetes Melitus ini. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman remaja tentang DM serta mendorong penerapan gaya hidup sehat dan peran mereka sebagai agen perubahan di lingkungan sekitarnya
