Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk bahasa prokem berupa kata dan fungsinya dalam Komik Pantun Kemelayuan karya Shania Nur Arvisyah dan Sri Listiana Izar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Komik Pantun Kemelayuan karya Shania Nur Arvisyah dan Sri Listiana Izar berjumlah 50 halaman yang diterbitkan oleh Obelia Publisher di Medan, cetakan pertama Februari 2021. Data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu isi Komik Pantun Kemelayuan karya Shania Nur Arvisyah dan Sri Listiana Izar yang tuturannya terdapat bentuk bahasa prokem berupa kata dan fungsinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data, sedangkan analisis data bersifat kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya adalah membaca Komik Pantun Kemelayuan karya Shania Nur Arvisyah dan Sri Listiana Izar, mengumpulkan data, mendeskripsikan hasil temuan, dan menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya penggunaan bahasa prokem dalam Komik Pantun Kemelayuan karya Shania Nur Arvisyah dan Sri Listiana Izar berupa banget, kuy, sabeb, lebay, ucul, cans, gabut, boong, gapapa, mantul, dan santuy. Bahasa prokem tersebut berjumlah 11 kata yang muncul dalam 31 tuturan. Fungsi kata bahasa prokem yang digunakan, yakni untuk mengungkapkan perasaan, mengakrabkan, meyakinkan, bertanya, menyindir, menghaluskan perkataan, memaksa, dan mengejek.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership pattern of the principal in improving teacher performance at Alif Inayah Private Elementary School in Medan. The research was carried out at Alif Inayah Private Elementary School in Medan using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research results show Leadership principal of Alif Inayah Private Elementary School in accelerating the tasks of teachers by being innovative and creative from old situations in new ways, by involving all components in solving and making decisions. Paying special attention to the needs of the teachers at Private Alif Inayah Elementary School in Medan is proven by the head of the school who has been a good listener to teachers who face problems and need problem solving and attention. Head ability inner school provide motivation teachers At Alif Inayah Medan Private Elementary School, it is reflected in the discipline of time and neatness in dress which is an example for teachers to carry out their duties optimally. The teachers admired the principal and tried to set an example by doing the same as the principal did, namely prioritizing organizational interests over personal interests. The principal at Alif Inayah Medan Private Elementary School also always involves the school community in compiling school activity programs so that subordinates will really feel part of the organization and are responsible for the tasks given, and work together with teachers in improving professional competence. Planning to improve the performance of the Alif Inayah Medan Private Elementary School teachers was carried out by preparing a plan to improve teacher quality by basing it on the vision, mission and objectives of the school that had been planned. Planning is carried out by involving all the school's academic community, including involving teachers in determining future programs or plans. The planning carried out by the school principal is also based on a needs analysis and job analysis. Meanwhile, the efforts of the school principal in improving the performance of the Alif Inayah Medan Private Elementary School teachers are carried out by involving teachers in scientific forums (seminars, training, workshops, workshops and courses), further studies, revitalization of the KKG, welfare allowances,

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya buku dalam proses pendidikan yang digunakan sebagai suatu media dalam pembelajaran. Fungsi dari buku itu sendiri biasanya digunakan sebagai mencatat hal yang sangat penting bagi kita dimasa depan. Karena dengan mengulang membaca buku kita dapat mengingat serta mengetahui hal apa saja yang kita perlukan. Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap teks cerita ulang yang terdapat pada buku bahasa indonesia kelas XI. Teks cerita ulang pada buku tersebut akan diteliti terkait kajian struktur sastra dan nilai-nilai karakter. Hal ini dilakukan karena peneliti ingin mengetahui nilai-nilai apa saja yang terkandung di dalam cerita yang ada pada buku sehingga bisa memberikan masukan untuk penerbitan buku yang diterbitkan oleh pusat perbukuan departemen pendidikan nasional. Analisis buku juga memberikan informasi dan pertimbangan bagi guru agar dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan struktur yang terdapat pada teks cerita ulang didadalm buku bahasa indonesia kelas XI penerbit Erlangga yang berjudul “Legenda Danau Toba” dan “Asal Usul Telaga Warna”, Kedua judul cerita tersebut adalah cerita ulang dimana terdapat pada daerah Sumatera Utara serta Jawa Barat. Cerita ulang tersebut juga akan dapat dideskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada cerita tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dalam hal ini peneliti mendeskripsikan data nilai-nilai karakter dan analisis sastra yaitu tentang struktur teks yang membangun teks cerita ulang yang terdapat teks cerita ulang pada Buku Bahasa Indonesia Kelas XI. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik triangulasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah induktif, yaitu suatu analisis berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, selanjutnya dikembangkan pola hubungan atau menjadi temuan.Teks cerita ulang yang terdapat pada buku bahasa indonesia kelas XI penerbit Erlangga memiliki kelebihann yaitu terdapat nilai karakter pada buku tersebut. Nilai karakter yang terdapat pada buku tersebut meliputi nilai religius, nilai mandiri, nilai gotong royong, serta nilai integritas. Penilaian tersebut sangat relevansi dengan Permendikbud No.20 Tahun 2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the principle of SMK 2 Taman Siswa Pematang Siantar has increased teacher professionalism through instructional leadership. This kind of research employs a qualitative methodology that includes the case study technique, observation, interviews, and documentation studies as methods of data collecting. The research's findings indicate that, when given the right guidelines and procedures, school principals can adopt leadership practices that enhance teachers' professionalism. This is evident in three ways: first, teachers participate in different training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance their pedagogical skills. The second step involves carrying out teacher professional development via supervision (visits to classes) and performance evaluation (keeping an eye on how learning activities are being developed). In an effort to enhance the school, the principal fosters a cooperative, transparent, and amicable environment with the instructors. The implication of this research is that instructional leadership is important for school principals to practice because it contains elements of direction, involvement, development, supervision and improving the quality of teacher performance as professional educators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: The effectiveness of the principal's leadership in improving school quality at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. This research uses a mixed method approach, with the research design being the exploratory sequential. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Qualitative data analysis techniques in this case use data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. As for quantitative data analysis techniques in this study, namely using simple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan is effective in improving school quality with a leadership style that is lived, namely participatory-transformational. Principals improve the quality of schools can be influenced and there is a relationship with indicators of teacher performance whose influence is 15.5%, the school organizational climate is 27.5%, students enter college 26%, student achievements are 31%, and the graduation of students in taking the National Exam 100% pass.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the leadership principles of madrasah principals in an effort to improve the performance of teachers and education personnel in Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS). This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that madrasah principals are rated good based on annual evaluations from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Simalungun Regency and North Sumatra Province. The performance of teachers and education personnel is also good, although there are shortcomings in terms of training or self-development to improve the efficiency of their duties. The madrasa principal's leadership proved effective in improving performance. The findings suggest teachers and education personnel should continue to improve the quality of teaching and learning evaluation to achieve madrasah goals. The theoretical implication is that effective leadership plays an important role in the progress of madrasah. The practical implication is that continuous improvement of learning quality and evaluation is necessary to achieve madrasah goals.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan juga menjadi hal utama dalam setiap peradaban. Pendidikan yang baik adalah pendidikan yang dilaksanakan dengan tulus, ikhlas dan memegang teguh prinsip pendidikan itu sendiri. Sebagai mahasiswa yang berada di jurusan pendidikan dan nantinya akan menjadi calon pendidik, maka itu butuh patron terbaik untuk memotivasi para pendidik dan peserta didik dalam belajar dan mengajar. Seperti novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata ini, menceritakan ketulusan dalam pendidikan yang sangat menginspirasi bagi siapapun yang ingin belajar dan mengerti apa yang harus dilakukan dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai pendidikan dengan pendekatan hermenutika pada novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata. Data penelitian ini adalah teks, ungkapan, kalimat dan pemahaman yang menggambarkan makna hermenutika seperti distansiasi, interpretasi,dan apropriasi dalam novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simak dan catat. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkanbahwa novel Guru Aini memiliki nilai-nilai pendidikan yaitu nilai pendidikan berupa, religius, moral, sosial, karakter dan intelektual. Novel ini sangat menginspirasi bagi siapa yang ingin belajar, bagi para pendidik, bagi para peserta didik, dan harapan kepada pemerintah untuk keadilan pendidikan di Indonesia.
