Abstract

The marketplace application is a new technology. The presence of perceptions in the acceptance of a new technology has a great influence on a person's interest in using or not using the new technology. The success or failure of the acceptance of online shopping applications by consumers can be predicted through correlational relationships and cause-and-effect relationships, which are influenced by perceptions of ease of use and user trust in the application. This research was conducted to find out how much influence the perception of ease of use and trust in the application has on buying interest using a marketplace application. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to users of the marketplace application. The data obtained were then processed by multiple regression method with SPSS software version 23.00. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of perceived ease of use on buying interest, there was a significant positive effect of trust on buying interest, there was a positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use and trust together on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service to customers satisfaction at PT Circelka Utama Jakarta main Outlets Circle K Regatta Apartement Jakarta.The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The author used SPSS Version 21 to calculate the validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, test coefficient of determination, and test the regression equation. The service applied has been running well based on the result of calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.689 with error 5% table 0.689>0.20, then there is a strong correlation. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained result 0.474 or 47% value of the amount of customer satisfaction by service data, while the remaining 53% was influenced by other factors such as price, promotion, and corporate image. Based on the research showed the quality service which includes the tangible, realibility, responsive, assurance, and emphaty to depend on the particular satisfaction simultaneously. Emphaty dimension is variable which influences with full and has the biggest impact on customers satisfaction Circle K of Regatta Apartment Jakarta.

Abstract

Leadership is a way for a leader to influence the behavior of his subordinates, so they are willing to cooperate and work productively to achieve the goals set. A leader requires motivating skills, so that the role of leadership in motivating others or specifically can be realized in the bond of togetherness. Employees with high work motivation will work with passion, discipline, initiative and with an awareness of their obligations to work more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee motivation at PT. Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putera Jakarta. The sample used is Simple Random Sampling, said to be simple because the sampling of members of the population is done randomly without regard to the strata that exist in that population and also uses a Likert scale. The research methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the data obtained below is a summary of the calculation results using SPSS 25. The correlation coefficient value 0.837 means that it is very strong and has a relationship between leadership and work motivation, the results of the coefficient of determination of 70.0% and the remaining 30.0%% of other factors , the results of the regression equation Y = 6.117 + 0.841 X, it means that each increase in unit X increases by about 0.841.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of transformational leadership, work ethic, and organizational culture on teacher performance. The study was conducted on teachers at private vocational schools in South Jakarta using a Likert scale questionnaire. The collected data is processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture can create situations that can encourage teachers to improve their performance. Transformational leadership does not affect teacher performance. A too-short change process can cause this insignificant impact. Change is a gradual process requiring persistent effort, and work ethic significantly affects teacher performance. Work ethic has been proven to encourage someone to be enthusiastic to do work, strive to improve the quality of work, and always think positively about what is done to get maximum work results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Jakarta Selatan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 82 guru yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang terdiri dari variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20.00 dan analisis path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Selain itu, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja juga berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang baik dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru.
