Abstract

Pemberlakuan pembatasan mobilisasi masyarakat selama pandemi yang diterapkan pemerintah dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat juga berlaku dalam kegiatan berorganisasi, salah satunya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada mitra kelompok masyarakat khususnya Karang Taruna untuk mendukung upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian virus Covid-19. dengan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dengan mitra PM yaitu Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja dilakukan secara virtual, dalam upaya menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Permasalahan utama Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja antara lain kemampuan dalam bidang desain promosi usaha masih kurang dan perlunya aplikasi digital yang menarik dan mudah sebagai media untuk membuat dan mendesain brosur, logo, dan presentasi usaha atau kegiatan organisasi. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada para anggota Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja secara online melalui aplikasi zoom. Tahapan pelaksanaan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu (1) persiapan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) evaluasi dan publikasi. Solusi yang dicapai melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pengurus dan anggota karang taruna dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan aplikasi canva dalam pembuatan desain promosi usaha yang mudah, efektif, dan menarik. Hasil atau luaran kegiatan ini berupa press release pada media elektronik online, artikel pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat, video dokumentasi pelaksanaan, dan 26 anggota Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menggunakan komputer, sehingga dapat menggunakan aplikasi canva. Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi canva ini akan diberikan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan agar diperoleh pencapaian hasil yang optimal The government's implementation of restrictions on community mobilization during the pandemic in social life also applies to organizational activities, one of which is community service activities for community group partners, especially Karang Taruna to support efforts to prevent and control the Covid-19 virus. by implementing health protocols. The implementation of community service with PM partners, namely Karang Taruna Sukaharja Village is carried out virtually, in an effort to offer solutions to existing problems. The main problems of Karang Taruna Sukaharja Village include the lack of ability in the field of business promotion design and the need for attractive and easy digital applications as a medium for creating and designing brochures, logos, and presentations of business or organizational activities. The implementation method used is to provide training to members of the Karang Taruna Sukaharja Village online through the zoom application. The implementation stages go through three stages, namely (1) preparation, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation and publication. The solution achieved through this community service activity is that the administrators and members of the youth organization can take advantage of the use of the Canva application in making business promotion designs that are easy, effective, and attractive. The results or outputs of this activity are in the form of press releases on online electronic media, articles in community service journals, video documentation of the implementation, and 26 members of Karang Taruna Sukaharja Village are able to increase their knowledge and skills using computer, so they can use the Canva application. This training on the use of the Canva application will be provided gradually and continuously in order to obtain optimal results

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work engagement and job stress on job turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Turnover intentions are a conscious and deliberate willingness to leave the organization, where this phenomenon is interesting to study because the increasing number of turnovers in the company will be detrimental. The influencing factors include Work Engagement, Stress and job satisfaction. This study used 100 selected respondents, namely partners or Gojek drivers around DKI Jakarta. The analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that Work Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Stress did not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions. Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions, Work Stress does not significantly affect Turnover Intentions, Job satisfaction mediates with a significant variable work engagement on turnover intentions.

Abstract

This study discusses the USD Central Exchange Rate of USD To Rupiah at Bank Indonesia as a Dependency Factor (Y), with independent factors that can approve internal aggregates, namely In ation (X1), BI Rate (X2), and Net Exports (X3). The hypothesis used in this study is In ation (X1) that applies to the USD Middle Rate Against Rupiah at Bank Indonesia (Y), whether the BI Rate (X2) is related to the USD Middle Rate Against Rupiah at Bank Indonesia (Y), whether Net Exports (Y X3) against the USD Exchange Rate Against Rupiah at Bank Indonesia (Y), and whether In ation (X1), BI Rate (X2), and Net Exports (X3) simultaneously oppose the USD Exchange Rate Against Rupiah at Bank Indonesia (Y). The data used are secondary data released by the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency and processed using SPSS.22. The classic test is done using the Normality Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Multicollinearity Test. Hypothesis testing is done using a Simple Linear Test and Multiple Linear Test. This research resulted in a calculated value of X1 against Y of -1.318; the value of t-count X2 against Y is -1,963; and the t-value of X3 against Y is -3,803. The t-table value is negative in this study -2.16037. Multiple linear tests in this study produced a calculated F value of 4.670> 3.587 (F table). The regression equation in this study is Y = 12,226,241 - 166,022.X1 + 196,115.X2 - 0,101.X3 + e. The coe cient of R value is 0.748 and the value of R square is 0.56.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Alam Indah Property in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 40.9%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (8,320> 1,661). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7.551> 1.661). Price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10.311 + 0.406X1 + 0.345X2 and the contribution of the effect is 50.6%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (47.631> 2,700).

Abstract

The marketplace application is a new technology. The presence of perceptions in the acceptance of a new technology has a great influence on a person's interest in using or not using the new technology. The success or failure of the acceptance of online shopping applications by consumers can be predicted through correlational relationships and cause-and-effect relationships, which are influenced by perceptions of ease of use and user trust in the application. This research was conducted to find out how much influence the perception of ease of use and trust in the application has on buying interest using a marketplace application. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to users of the marketplace application. The data obtained were then processed by multiple regression method with SPSS software version 23.00. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of perceived ease of use on buying interest, there was a significant positive effect of trust on buying interest, there was a positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use and trust together on buying interest.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of transformational leadership, work ethic, and organizational culture on teacher performance. The study was conducted on teachers at private vocational schools in South Jakarta using a Likert scale questionnaire. The collected data is processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture can create situations that can encourage teachers to improve their performance. Transformational leadership does not affect teacher performance. A too-short change process can cause this insignificant impact. Change is a gradual process requiring persistent effort, and work ethic significantly affects teacher performance. Work ethic has been proven to encourage someone to be enthusiastic to do work, strive to improve the quality of work, and always think positively about what is done to get maximum work results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Jakarta Selatan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 82 guru yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang terdiri dari variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20.00 dan analisis path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Selain itu, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja juga berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang baik dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru pada Yayasan AT-TAQWA Kota Depok.Organisasi adalah unit sosial yang harus dikoordinasikan melalui kerja sama dalam pembagian kerja, peran dan wewenang dalam serangkaian kegiatan yang jelas dan dilakukan terus menerus melalui tindakan yang diambil oleh setiap kegiatan di dalamnya. Salah satu tujuan organisasi adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kepuasan guru. Kepemimpinan yang baik dapat membantu guru bekerja atau mengajar siswa, karena itu menciptakan tingkat motivasi yang luar biasa bagi guru. Memiliki lingkungan yang baik akan membuat guru lebih termotivasi untuk bekerja atau mengajar merasa nyaman, sehingga mereka memiliki komitmen dan kesetiaan dan membuat guru berusaha lebih keras, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan pekerjaan guru, serta mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Yayasan AT-TAQWA di Kota Depok. Peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, yaitu penentuan sampel jenuh ketika semua anggota populasi membuat sampel, ini dilakukan ketika populasi relatif kecil dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode distribusi kuesioner dan diuji dengan metode analisis data. Pemrosesan data menggunakan SPSS versi 19, menunjukkan ada koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,736 antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja guru. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 54% dan sisanya 46% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, dengan persamaan regresi yang terbentuk Y = 16,81 + 0,600 X yang menunjukkan arah hubungan positif.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract- Pengadilan Agama East Jakarta doing performance appraisal employee who works to find out the deficiencies of the officers in carrying out the task given, employee performance appraisal program serves to provide an opportunity for employees in works like getting a promotion Office. Researchers using the sample as much as 73 respondents with sampling techniques, namely the determination of saturated samples when all members of the population made a sample, this is done when the population was relatively small and the collection of data using methods of dissemination questionnaires and were tested with the method of data analysis. Based on the results of research on the Religious Court in East Jakarta the author concludes that the existence of a strong relationship, which can be seen from the results of the test of the correlation coefficient of calculation results and koefesien 0.663 determination showed 0.440 the influence of employee performance assessment against the Promotion Office of 44.0% and the rest of 56.0% are influenced by other factors as well as the results of statistical tests (regression Results calculate r is Y = 13.319 + 0, 714X show if performance assessment or X = 0, then the Promotion Office of 13.319 and if X goes up 1 point then the increase in performance assessment occurs 1% then it will raise the Promotion Office of 0.714%.Keywords: The Assessment , Promotion Office

Abstract

The research aims to examine the development strategy of Indonesian Syariah financial institutions. This research focuses on how Indonesian Syariah financial institutions increase their capacity to increase their competitiveness in the Indonesian financial industry. In this research, descriptive research methods were used. Moreover, the data source for this research uses secondary data, which comes from OJK and BPS data. Three decades ago, a Syariah bank, PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI). The establishment of this Indonesian Syariah bank was based on intensive requests from thinkers, religious leaders, and Islamic entrepreneurs regarding the importance of accommodating Muslims who wish to make financial transactions in the Indonesian financial industry by applying the principles of Islamic Syariah. After BMI Bank had been operating for several years, the government issued the Banking Law and, in the banking law, recognized the dual system in Indonesian banking, namely, the conventional banking system and the Syariah banking system. Next, the government also issued the Syariah Banking Law to regulate the Syariah banking operational system in Indonesia. Syariah financial institutions have developed from an institutional perspective, with many Syariah banking branch offices, capital markets, and the Syariah non-bank financial industry (IKNB). However, in these three decades, Islamic financial institutions controlled 10 percent of the market share in the Indonesian financial industry. In this research, a strategy was produced to accelerate the capacity of Islamic financial institutions to compete with conventional financial institutions. This research also produced basic (grand), corporate, and functional strategies for accelerating the development of Indonesian Syariah financial institutions.
