Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, the level of education and technology to the SMEs in the area of ??revenue Imam Bonjol West Denpasar. This study used quantitative research is to look at the amount of capital, the level of education of the owners of SMEs and SME technology used. This study used a sample of 59 companies located in the region of West Denpasar Imam Bonjol. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression.  It was found that capital partially positive and significant effect on the income of SMEs in the West Denpasar Imam Bonjol. The level of education and technology also have positive and significant impact on revenues partially Imam Bonjol SMEs in the West Denpasar. Simultaneously capital, level of education and technology also have positive and significant impact on the income of SMEs in the region of Imam Bonjol West Denpasar.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya semua kegiatan pembangunan khususnya di kawasan pesisir akan menimbulkan perubahan terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya baik yang positif maupun negatif. Dermaga Kayu Bangkoa terletak ditengah keramaian pantai Losari Makassar, dan terjepit diantara gedung gedung tinggi. Operasional dermaga Kayu Bangkoa, pasti akan menimbulkan dampak terhadap kualitas lingkungan perairan disekitarnya. Metode yang dipakai dalam kajian ini adalah melakukan tinjauan dan observasi lapangan dengan memperhatikan komponen lahan, komponen udara, komponen proses pantai, komponen air dan komponen sampah, serta memperkirakan dan memantau dampak lingkungan yang mungkin terjadi dan menyusun usulan untuk pengelolaan atau penanggulangan dampak tersebut. Pada tahap operasional dermaga Kayu Bangkoa, dampak lingkungan yang mungkin terjadi adalah menurunnya kualitas perairan laut, menurunnya kualitas udara, terjadinya perubahan pola arus, abrasi dan sedimentasi serta terganggunya kehidupan biota yang ada di sekitar dermaga. Dampak dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan umumnya dikategorikan sebagai dampak negatif dan bersifat terus menerus. Untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif yang mungkin timbul diperlukan adanya upaya pengelolaan dan pemantauan lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstrak Background:. Exposure to cigarette smoke can affect low birth weight in mothers who are exposed to cigarette smoke. Low birth weight (LBW) babies are babies with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams. Objectives: To analyze the relationship between age, parity, gestational distance, education, occupation, exposure to cigarette smoke on the weight of newborns in mothers who gave birth. Methods: This research is analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample are 50 using total sampling technique. Results: The results of the statistical test showed that the variables that were statistically significantly related to the birth weight of newborns were age, parity, education, and exposure to cigarette smoke with ap value <0.05, while the variable distance between pregnancy and occupation did not have a significant relationship. with p value> 0.05. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between exposure to cigarette smoke and the weight of newborns at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2021. Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to produce valid, effective and practicality students’ mathematics work sheet oriented to Scientific Approach to grow High Order Thinking ability in circle equation subject of eleventh grade senior high school. Research type which is used is Plomp’s development research model. Plomp’s development phases consists of 4 phase which are, (1) initial investigation phase; (2) designing phase (3) realisation/construction phase (4) test, evaluation, and revision phase. Subject which is developed is circle equation. Test done to 34 eleventh grader students of XI MIPA 4 MAN 1 Jember .Validation result for students work sheets show that validity cofficient for LKS is 3,69 so students work sheet has valid interpretation category. Students’ activity achievement level at first to third meeting are 84,89%, 82,81%, and 91,67% with very good category for every meeting. Teachers activity percentation at first to third meeting are 85%, 88,33% and 90% with category very good for every meeting. Analysis data learning result showed leaning result completness is 79,41% and students fulfilled 75 to 100 minimum score, while for stuents’ respond questionnaire to every statements components score 93,66% for students who given positive respon. So this mathematics students’ worksheet oriented to scientific approach to grow High Order Thinking ability in circle equation subject of eleventh grade senior high school has fulfilled validity, effectiveness and practicality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of herbal supplementation as a feed additive, through feeding, on the relative weight of visceral organs and the number of pathogenic bacteria in the small intestine and IOFC of ayam kampung. The method used was the experimental method, which consisted of 2 treatment groups, namely group T0 (chickens were only given basal feed, without the addition of herbs) and group T1 (chickens were given basal feed and additional of 1% herbs). Each group consisted of 50 cross-breeding ayam kampung, namely Joper and KUB. The variables measured were the relative weight of the visceral organs (heart, pancreas, liver, spleen and bursa of Fabricius) and the number of pathogenic bacteria in the small intestine (Clostridium, Staphylococcus, Mycobacterium, Pasteurella). The results showed that the administration of 1% herbs to Joper and KUB did not affect the relative weight of the visceral organs tested and no pathogenic bacteria were found in the small intestine in both Joper and KUB chickens. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that 1% herbal supplementation as a feed additive has a positive effect on the health of the heart, digestive glands, lymphoid glands, and no pathogenic bacteria are found in the small intestine of ayam kampung, both Joper and KUB

Abstract

Companies are experiencing major changes in their approach to consumers as a result of the digital revolution. The internet allows consumers to analyze prices, compare the quality of goods through other consumer reviews in the comments column, and provide an objective assessment. This research was conducted to study the mar-keting communication strategies used by the Putra Indah online shop. This study used a qualitative method using data collection procedures through interviews, observation, and documentation. The approach used in this research is descriptive. The results of the study show that the Putra Indah online shop charges a slightly lower price than the average price of other sellers taking into account the regulations of the shopee. The Putra Indah online shop often participates in shopee events and programs and utilizes available features to support its marketing communications, including store promo features, discount packages, shop follow vouchers, my shop vouchers, and seller chat. Inhibiting factors include mistyped addresses by customers, lack of response from customers on purchases of goods, and lack of reviews after customers receive products. On the other hand, there are marketing supporting factors such as utilizing available features, and participating in events and programs held by shopee.
