Abstract

E-commerce is the activity of selling and buying goods through an online system or online. One of the business models in which consumers sell products to other consumers is the Customer to Customer (C2C) business model. One of the things that need to be considered in this business model is knowing the level of customer loyalty. By knowing the level of customer loyalty, the company can provide several different treatments to its customers so that they can maintain good relations with customers and can increase product purchase revenue. In this study, the author wants to segment customers on data in E-commerce companies in Brazil using the K-Means clustering algorithm using the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) feature. There are also several ETL stages of research that must be carried out, namely taking data from the open public data site (Kaggle), which consist of more than 9 tables (extract), then merging the data to select some data that needs to be used (transform and load), understanding data by displaying it in graphic form, conducting data selection to select features / attributes. which is in accordance with the proposed method, performs data preprocessing, and creates a model to get the cluster. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the number of clusters is 4 clusters with the evaluation value of the model using the silhouette score is 0.470.

Abstract

Belum adanya upaya branding yang terorganisasi dan terencana membuat Pokdarwis Srikandi belum bisa mempromosikan potensi utama yang ada di wilayah Tinjomoyo. Hal ini sangat disayangkan, karena di masa pandemi ini promosi potensi suatu wilayah sangat gencar setelah 2 tahun diterapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PKKM). Masalah lainnya yaitu belum adanya upaya terintegrasi dalam pengembangan branding Tinjomoyo kepada masyarakat luas. Di era yang serba digital dan online ini, promosi potensi wilayah melalui branding khususnya product atau destination branding menjadi salah satu cara strategis untuk meningkatkan citra positif suatu wilayah. Berdasarkan situasi tersebut, diperlukan upaya pendampingan Branding Program Kelompok Sadar Wisata Masyarakat (Pokdarwis) Srikandi Kelurahan Tinjomoyo berbasis Videografi, sebagai tema dan judul kegiatan pengabdian yang diajukan dengan tujuan memberikan dorongan dan motivasi untuk menciptakan konsep dan strategi branding yang tepat melalui media dinamis yang bisa diupload menggunakan media digital berbasis online. Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu memberikan materi tentang merencanakan brand awareness yang tepat dan positif terkait potensi wilayah Tinjomoyo, memberikan materi tentang videografi hingga praktik videografi secara singkat dan cara mengunggah di Youtube. Abstract

Tegalan Batik is a cultural heritage that faces challenges in its preservation, especially related to the lack of interest of the younger generation in learning batik. This research aims to analyze the obstacles faced in the development of Tegalan batik and evaluate the effectiveness of illustrated books as an educational medium to increase the younger generation's interest and understanding of Tegalan batik. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, observation and literature review. The research results show that the lack of regeneration and lack of markets are the main factors in the decline in the younger generation's interest in batik. Illustrated books can be an effective solution in Tegalan batik education

Abstract

Islam di Nusantara telah mewujud menjadi kesatuan dan kekuatan tersendiri, ketika dihadapkan pada budaya rupa yang secara khas dan unik memiliki kedudukan pengucapan berkesenian. Hal menarik dalam konsep komunikasi visual adalah melihat dari bingkai budaya rupa, yaitu tanda visual Surya Majapahit. Realitas budaya rupa yang terjadi di Jawa walisongo menggunakan budaya rupa sebagai media dakwah. Budaya rupa tersebut dapat dilihat dari perwujudan relief, ornamen, wayang, dan masjid. Seiring perkembangan zaman, kini banyak penambahan ornamen pada bentuk arsitektur masjid, meskipun masih banyak juga yang tetap mempertahankan bentuk ornamen yang merupakan perpaduan antara gaya Islam dan Jawa. Wujud budaya rupa, yaitu lambang Surya Majapahit sebagai lambang Majapahit yang beragama Hindu, dapat dilihat pada Masjid Mantingan, Demak, Kudus, Cirebon, dan Sendangdhuwur Lamongan. Simbol SuryaMajapahit pada Masjid Mantingan menampakan wujud Surya Majapahit dengan bentuk diagram kosmologi dengan delapan sudut sinar matahari yang khas, tetapi simbol tersebut sering juga digambarkan seara abstrak, dan dipadukan dengan berbagai ornamen-ornamen didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan wujud dan nilai-nilai tradisi dalam lambang Surya Majapahit sebagai tanda visual; dan 2) Mengetahui tanda visual Surya Majapahit dalam relief masjid. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif berkaitan dengan bentuk budaya rupa yang digunakan sebagai tanda visual dan sarana media dakwah di Nusantara hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relief Masjid Mantingan menggambarkan adanya tanda visual Surya Majapahit dalam bentukmotif utama atau motif yang dianggap penting dikelilingi motif-motif pendukung mengarah pada delapan sudut sinar pancaran. Islam in the Indonesian Archipelago has become a unity and strength of its own when faced with a visual culture that are typical and unique to the position of artistic pronunciation. Interestingly, the concept of visual communication is seeing from visual cultural frame, i.e. visual sign of Surya Majapahit. The reality of the visual occurred in Java, Walisongo used it as a media of da’wah. The visual culture can be seen from the embodiment of relief, ornament, wayang, and mosque. Presently, there are a lot of additional ornaments on the architectural form of mosque, although there are many of it still maintained the form of ornament which is a blend of Islamic style and Java. The form of visual culture, Surya Majapahit as the symbol of Majapahit Kingdom of Hindu, can be seen in some mosques, such as Mantingan, Demak, Kudus, Cirebon, and Sendangdhuwur Lamongan. Surya Majapahit at Mantingan Mosque shows the shape of a cosmological diagram witheight distinct sunlight angles, but the symbol is often also depicted abstractly, and combined with various ornaments in it. This research aims to describe the form and values of tradition in the symbol of Surya Majapahit as a visual sign; and to revealthe visual sign of Surya Majapahit in mosque relief. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, so thisresearch produces descriptive data related to the form of visual culture which is used as visual sign and medium of da’wahin Indonesia. The result shows that the relief at Mantingan mosque describes the visual presence of Surya Majapahit in theform of main motif or important motif that surrounded by supporting motifs lead to eight angles of radiance.
