Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of regional food security. Food diversification policy is one of the efforts to fulfill sufficient, decent quality and safe food, which is based on optimizing utilization and based on the diversity of local resources. this is not in line with the fact that the level of regional food demand is greater than the existing supply. The rapidly increasing demand is the effect of increasing population, economic growth, increasing people's purchasing power and changing tastes in society. This study aims to analyze and describe the management of trust between actors in the implementation network of food diversification policies in South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of food diversification policies has not been effective, this is due to the process of cooperation and coordination of actors in the implementation network of food diversification policies that have not been implemented properly.

Abstract

Masalah terkait kependudukan adalah masalah yang menjadi persoalan yang strategis di Indonesia. Jumlah penduduk yang tidak terkontrol dengan baik seperti angka kelahiran dan kepadatan wilayah menjadi masalah yang sering sulit ditemukan mekanisme pemecahannya. Meskipun pemerintah telah melaksanakan program Keluarga berencana sebagai program utama yang telah lama untuk mengatasi masalah kependudukan namun sampai saat ini masalah kependudukan ini belum terselesaikan dengan baik. Beberapa hal yang menjadikan permasalahan tersebut sulit antara lain program dari keluarga berencana yang dijalankan berbeda-beda oleh masing-masing badan atau dinas. Perencanaan yang terpisah seperti di kota makassar menjadikan program keluaga berencana sulit untuk mencapai target utama yang diharapkan. Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan menggunakan studi literatur dimana metode ini menggambarkan pelaksanaan program keluarga berencana di kota makassar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan adanya beberapa hal terkait pelaksanaan program keluarga berencana di kota makassar seperti Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Penganggaran di masing-masing dinas yang berbeda serta tidak adanya kolaborasi di lingkup pemerintahan kota makassar khususnya yang terkait dengan program keluarga berencana.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan (PKM) ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK. Masalahnya adalah pertama, motivasi yang dimiliki oleh ibu PKK yang masih sangat kurang. Motivasi yang dimaksud adalah motivasi dalam  kewirausahaan dan manajemen usaha; kedua, selain karena mind-set dalam pemikiran mereka bekerja adalah menjadi pekerja pada pihak lain penyedia lapangan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapakn peran serta dari ibu-ibu PKK untuk terlibat dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dengan berperan dalam peningkatan perekonomian kelurga serta bisa memanfaatkan masyarakat sekitar sebagaimana konsep dari social preneur.

Abstract

Lahirnya pola pelayanan terpadu satu pintu merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk memberikan pelayanan yang prima (service excelent) terkait pembuatan SIUP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui responsivitas pelayanan publik dalam pengurusan Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Sinjai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan fenomena terkait responsivitas pengurusan SIUP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan key informan. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa responsivitas pelayanan publik dalam pengurusan SIUP di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Sinjai sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat tergambar dengan jelas dari hasil observasi terhadap 6 indikator responsivitas, yakni kemampuan merespon masyarakat, kecepatan melayani, ketepatan melayani, kecermatan, ketepatan waktu, dan kemampuan menanggapi keluhan/aduan dari masyarakat. Namun, tak dapat dipungkiri, ada faktor penghambat yang menjadi kendala dalam proses penerbitans surat izin usaha perdagangan, yakni komunikasi antara aparatur dengan pemohon izin usaha serta lokasi usaha pemohon yang cenderung jauh untuk dijangkau.

Abstract

. Menghentikan bullying di sekolah dapat dicegah dengan cara melakukan pengawasan dan memberikan sanksi yang dapat membuat pelaku bullying jera. Adapun cara lain adalah dengan memberikan materi bullying dalam proses pembelajaran yang secara tidak langsung akan membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan pribadi siswa. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran sekolah dalam pencegahan bullying di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pajjaiang serta para siswa mampu mengetahui bentuk perilaku bullying dan hilangnya perilaku bullying. Program sosialisasi ini dilakukan melalui metode pelaksanaan yakni melakukan sosialisasi kepada siswa mengenai bahayanya bully di lingkungan sekolah    Abstract. Stopping bullying in schools can be prevented by supervising and providing sanctions that can deter bullies. The other way is to provide bullying material in the learning process which will indirectly have a positive impact on students' personal development. The purpose of this service is to explain the role of the school in preventing bullying at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pajjaiang And students are able to form bullying behavior and eliminate bullying behavior. This socialization program is carried out through the implementation method, namely conducting outreach to students about the dangers of bullying in the school environment

Abstract

Abstract. This article was used to describe the challenges that students face when studying English in the new normal era. The qualitative descriptive design was used as the research methodology. The subjects that will be involved are students in SMA/ MA/ SMK/ equivalent in South Sulawesi Province. The data was obtained from the questionnaire Qualitative data analysis techniques were used to analyze the qualitative data. The analysis's results will be presented as a description of the challenges experienced when studying English during the New Normal era. For students, teachers, policymakers, and scholars of education and foreign language learning, this definition will be helpful. This research is related to the implementation of students' English learning strategies in the new normal era. The researcher distributed the questionnaire on the Google Form link to several high school students in South Sulawesi and 206 students sent back the results. The results of the research showed that many challenges faced by students in learning English during the current New Normal (during and after the Covid-19 Pandemic). These challenges come from student conditions, teacher conditions, school conditions, environmental conditions, material conditions, learning processes, and the application of technology. Keywords: Challenges, English, Learning, Strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Know Your Customers (KYC) and Citizen Charter (Service Contract) strategies in increasing employee responsiveness in collecting retribution for Bone Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the public service responsiveness strategy of Bone Regency in collecting retribution is considered to be less responsive based on each of the 3 indicators of the two responsive strategies, there is one indicator on the Know Your Customers strategy which is considered not good, namely approach, while two other indicators are considered good, namely (surveys, observations, interviews) and know customers. The indicators on the three Citizen Charter strategies (Service Contracts) are considered to be still not good, namely service users as the centre of attention, service contracts, and system determination. Of course, there are still shortcomings that need attention, namely paying more attention to the needs of traders, following up on merchant complaints quickly, and providing services according to existing regional regulations. If this is allowed to continue, it will harm the implementation of public services in the future, bearing in mind that the increasing needs of traders must be supported by managers who are alert and responsible for their main tasks and functions, so that responsive services can be created.

Abstract

Abstrak. Reformasi dalam perguruan tinggi merupakan bagian dari sistem Pendidikan di Indonesia. Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum (PPK-BLU) hadir sebagai instansi di lingkungan pemerintah yang merupakan salah satu wujud reformasi pendidikan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Kinerja Dewan Pengawas UNM dalam penyelenggaraan Badan Layanan umum. Pendekatan penelitian yang diguanakan adalah kualitatof. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara tinjauan kepustakaan dilakukan pengumpulan dan menelaah literatur-literatur yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas untuk mendapatkan kejelasan dan dengan Penelitian lapangan. Melalui penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa agenda yang dikerjakan oleh Dewan Pengawas UNM telah mengalami perkembangan yang baik dalam proses pengawasan, rekomendasi dan pemberian treatment. Dewan pengawas memastikan kesesuaian dokumen dan kelengkapan, memantau dan mengawasi capaian program kerja terlaksana sesuai dengan target, memberikan rekomendasi dan treatment terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi pejabat pengelola Badan Layanan Umum. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Dewan Pengawas, Badan Layanan Umum

Abstract

Abstract. This article was a part of the research with the title ”Students' English Learning Strategies in the New Normal Era”. The research method was the qualitative descriptive design. This research was used to determine the supporting factors faced by students in learning English in the new normal era. The subjects that will be involved are students in SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent in South Sulawesi Province. The data was obtained from the questionnaire. The qualitative data were analyzed through qualitative data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the analysis will be in the form of a description of the supporting factors faced in learning English in the New Normal period. This description will be useful for learners, teachers, policymakers, and theorists of education and foreign language learning. This research is related to the implementation of students' English learning strategies in the new normal era. The researcher distributed the questionnaire on the Google Form link to several high school students in South Sulawesi and 206 students sent back the results. The results of the study showed that many supporting factors faced by students in learning English during the current New Normal (before the Pandemic, during and after the Covid-19 Pandemic). These factors and challenges come from student conditions, teacher conditions, school conditions, environmental conditions, material conditions, learning processes, administrative processes, and the application of technology.  Keywords: Factors, Learning, Strategies, New Normal.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase students' confidence and train their soft skills, namely public speaking. Through this PKM, it is hoped that it can be useful for students of SMPN 33 Makassar. The stages in this training are explaining materials that are closely related to public speaking, besides that the speaker will also explain the importance of communication in building relationships, and make students feel more confident. Public speaking does not only help students in increasing their self-confidence or just training soft skills but with the public speaking training conducted will help students improve their communication skills that can be used in forming relationships or communication networks, even expected in this training will also help the school to find talents that exist in students in the field of public speaking such as presenters or Master Of Ceremony (MC).
