One of the problems experienced by ex-prostitutes was the low awareness of religion. This impacted their daily behavior in which they could be easily influenced to return to their old profession as prostitutes. A treatment that was considered appropriate to increase the religious awareness of ex-prostitutes is Islamic counseling as a da'wah approach. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of Islamic counseling as a da'wah approach to improve the religious awareness of ex-prostitutes. This study used an experimental approach with a single-subject multiple baseline design. The respondents were three ex-prostitutes who stayed in a social rehabilitation institution. The research instrument used was a religious awareness scale. Data were analyzed using trend analysis. The study found that Islamic counseling as a da'wah approach effectively increased the religious awareness of ex-prostitutes so that ex-prostitutes can return to the community properly.

The main problem experienced by students today is the low level of creative thinking. One treatment that can be used to improve students' creative thinking is mind mapping in counselling. This study aims to examine the influence of mind mapping in counselling to increase students' creative thinking. This research method uses true experiments with a pretest posttest control group design. The research population is the students of a public junior high school in Malang City. The research sample was 16 people who were taken randomly. The research instrument used a creative thinking test with a validity of 0.950, reliability of 0.943 and data analysis using an independent t-test. The results showed: (1) mind mapping is a very appropriate and interesting technique used in counselling services because the way mind mapping works is in accordance with the brain structure that makes students relax and happy, (2) there is a significant influence of mind mapping in counselling on improving students' creative thinking. This study has limitations in terms of the number of samples in the intervention is still small and tested in one school. It is recommended to be tested on a large sample in schools at various levels and cultures.

Tujuan Penulisan ini untuk mengetahui rendahnya atau belum berkembangnya tingkat kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki santri. Banyaknya faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kecerdasan spiritual santri sehingga dalam penanganannya diperlukan peranan guru BK dalam bentuk bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh bimbingan kelompok pendekatan muhasabah dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual santri. Jenis desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperiment tipe one group pre-test post-test design, yang mana dengan mengukur ikecerdasan spiritual santri kelompok eksperimen dengan menggunakan instrumen yang sama pada pengukuran pretest dan post-test. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik non-tes dengan menggunakan skala kecerdasan spiritual. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 12 orang santri Takmili kelas V kelompok eksperimen, analisis data menggunakan uji Pairet Sample test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu: (1) Skor kecerdasan spiritual santri sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok memiliki rata-rata dengan kriteria sedang yaitu sebesar 105,42. Setelah diberikan treatmen layanan bimbingan kelompok, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor kecerdasan spiritual santri menjadi tinggi dengan skor 132,08. (2) Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data statistik menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan (Paired Sample t-test), diperoleh nilai t yaitu -35,8 dengan nilai sig. yaitu 0.00 < 0.05 dengan t hitung 6,41> t tabel 1,796. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor kecerdasan spiritual santri sebelum maupun sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan muhasabah. Oleh karena itu, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan muhasabah terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri TPQ Masjid Tauhid Pasar Baru Padang Panjang.

The purpose of this article is to examine the existing guidance and counseling programs in Indonesia that focus on cultural values to help students who are not from a cultural tribe and who have a strong cultural tribe, which will be explained in the discussion in the adjustment process. In order to produce a new theory that can be considered rationally, this article analyzes various interesting studies from the perspective of various tribes and cultures. The library research method and literature study are used in this article. According to this analysis, guidance and counseling services are very important to help the learning and adjustment process of students in preventing several obstacles. Usually counseling always involves clients from various cultural backgrounds, so it is very possible that cultural bias will be found between counselors and clients. To avoid this, culture-based counseling is one way to present counselors who can understand and adjust the cultural habits of clients and their environment in the guidance and counseling process.

Control of the pawned coconut object over the damaged plants around the pawned object. The pawnbroker demands compensation for the damage to his plants around the pawned coconut tree. The purpose of this study is to examine how the control of the parties who carry out plant pawn transactions is exercised and how the legal responsibility is when damage occurs to the plants around the collateral object. This type of research is in the form of field research in the Lima Kaum Batusangkar area of Indonesia. This study is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Primary sources from both parties who carry out the coconut tree pawn agreement. Secondary sources from the local community. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations. Analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive analysis. Findings from the field show that the pawnbroker still has power over the land where the coconut grows and plants young plants in the form of cayenne pepper around the area, while the pawn recipient also has power over the coconut fruit that has been pawned to him. This study concludes that compensation for damaged plants cannot be justified according to Custom, because the cayenne pepper plants prevent the pawn recipient from taking the fruit, in line with the pawn recipient's power, which includes the boundaries of the coconut tree land attached to immovable objects (land). According to Islamic jurisprudence, this is a naqish (limited time) property right, only one of which is owned (material or benefit).
