Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru dalam mengajar. Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru SMP PGRI Karacak Bogor, khususnya guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris cukup baik, seperti pembuatan perencanaan pembelajaran, pengelolaan interkasi belajar mengajar, penguasaan bahan ajar dan unsur lainnya. Namun dalam pembelajaran berlangsung kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh guru belum maksimal sehingga dapat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas IX di SMP PGRI Karacak Bogor. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel teknik random sampling maka dari itu sampel pada penelitian ini 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dan nilai raport. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas IX di SMP PGRI Karacak Bogor. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh r hitung > r tabel = 0,795 > 0,361 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting di zaman sekarang ini, agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual, keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat bangsa dan Negara. Dari beberapa tujuan pendidikan agama islam tersebut peneliti memfokuskan diri pada masalah akhlak yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan akhlak peserta didik dan bagaimana akhlak peserta didik kelas IX di sekolah MTs Shautul Mimbar Islami Bogor. Jenis yang saya gunakan dalam teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu jenis kualitatif, metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang mendalam, suatu data yang mengandung makna. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian kualitatif tidak menekankan pada generalisasi, tetapi lebih menekankan pada makna. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru akidah akhlak dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peran guru akidah Akhlak dalam meningkatkan akhlak peserta didik di MTs Shautul Mimbar Islami yaitu guru akidah akhlak selalu menasehati dan mengarahkan siswa kepada prilaku yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya, guru akidah akhlak sebelum memerintahkan kepada siswanya supaya berakhlak yang baik ia selalu mencontohkan kebaikan terlebih dulu. Siswa dilatih oleh guru akidah akhlak untuk melakukan amal sholeh yaitu dengan shalat berjamaah, puasa sunah, berinfak, dan lain sebagainya. Akhlak siswa di MTs Shautul Mimbar Islami telah memperoleh hasil yang cukup baik, yaitu; pertama, untuk akhlak terhadap Allah Swt, kedua, akhlak terhadap dirinya sendiri, ketiga, akhlak terhadap keluarga, keempat, akhlak terhadap sesama manusia, kelima, akhlak terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Santri Organization is an intra-Islamic boarding school organization. Similar to OSIS in public schools, but there are many differences. The santri organization in the pesantren has a role compared to the OSIS in the school. At the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami all these activities are controlled by the administrators of the Men's Santri Association (ISPA). Through these activities, it is hoped that students can develop self-discipline, improve morals, and can enrich and broaden their knowledge and skills. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the management of student development through ISPA organizational activities?How are the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Isalmi? How is the management of student development through ISPA organizational activities? While the purpose of this study was to determine the meaning and application of the management of student development through the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. The type of research that the author uses in this research is descriptive qualitative which explains thoroughly and in depth the results of the research conducted. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The object of this research is the management of the ISPA organization. From the results of this study, it was found that the management of santri development through the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami used good management in fostering students. It can be seen by the implementation of four management functions, namely, planning, organizing, implementing and directing and five methods of coaching, namely, exemplary, attention, advice, habituation and rewards or punishments. And the activities of the ISPA organization at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami are going well, judging from the work program they have implemented.

Abstract

The development of formal education has encouraged some pesantren to improve their management. One sign of this progress is the establishment of the Santri Organization as a platform for kepesantrenan activities. The purpose of this study aims to understand the performance of the Santri Putri Organization (OSPI), the discipline of students, and the influence of OSPI performance on the discipline of grade 3 students at Nurul Iman Al-Hasanah Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. Conducted from March to April 2023 at the Islamic Boarding School involving 45 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant correlation between organizational performance and student discipline. The analysis also showed that organizational performance contributed 35.0% to student discipline. Conclusion Overall, the results showed that the performance of the student organization had a significant influence on the discipline of the students in the Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Student Islamic boarding schools have a crucial role in shaping the character and national identity of the younger generation. One of the programs implemented in student Islamic boarding schools is the national insight program. This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the national insight education program at the Ummul Quro Al-Islami Institute (IUQI) Bogor student Islamic boarding school. This research uses descriptive-qualitative methodology. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation, observation, and interviews. The national insight education program at the Bogor Ummul Quro Al-Islami Institute (IUQI) student Islamic boarding school is implemented in the study of religious moderation, field practice, community service and arts and culture activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran pesantren mahasiswa Institut Ummul Qura Al-Islami Bogor dalam membentuk karakter Islamis dan Nasionalis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pesantren mahasiswa Institut Ummul Qura Al-Islami Bogor termasuk ke dalam kelompok pesantren modern yang dari segi pemahaman keagamaan menginduk kepada Pondok Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami. Tujuan pendidikan karakter Islamis dan Nasionalis memiliki ciri khas dalam mewujudkan kader pemimpin umat yang memiliki kepribadian Islamis dan Nasionalis dalam mengembangkan dinul Islam sesuai dengan kemampuan ilmu yang diperolehnya.
