Abstract

This research intends to find out whether there is an influence in played a role play on social skills at early-aged children. The type of research used Quasi Experimental design with Time Series Design. The sample in this research amounted to 8 students with a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was ceklist observation, a teacher questionnaire, and parents questionnaire based on aspects of social skills according to Jarolimek (1993) which was analyzed by Paired Sample t test with the help of the program SPSS versi 22 for windows. The results of the study get significance value (2-tailed) (0,000) <α (0,05). Which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accerpted, so it can be cocluded that treatment of role playing in this study influential in improving on social skills at early-aged children.Keywords : Role Play, Social Skills, Early-aged Children

Abstract

Sales people often experience obstacle in marketing, it’s because they disable to face troubles that appear. Salespeople need creative problem solving ability to do their job. The main purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of creative problem solving training to increase job performance.This research use quasi experimental approach with the untreated control group design with pretest and posttest plan. Creative problem solving training is given to the experimental group and the control group did not receive this training. The subjects are salespeople of dealer motorcycle who face consumer directly. The subject is divided into experimental group (18 subject, middle area) and control group (18 subject, south area). Job performance form is made by researcher and company party to appraise job performance.The result of the data were analyzed by mixed anova with statistic programe SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The result showed that creative problem solving training can significant increase job performance in experimental group (F = 13,387; p < 0,01). The experimental group showed higher job performance than the control group. This research goes to show that Creative problem solving training contributes 28,3 % in increasing the level of job performance.

Abstract

Program Studi Psikologi Islam merupakan program studi yang relatif masih baru di Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Pemikiran Islam. Sebagai Prodi yang sekarang telah menghasilkan lulusan, maka perlu diadakan penelitian untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan alumninya, hal ini dimaksudkan agar Fakultas mengetahui sejauhmana kualitas pelayanan yang telah diberikan kepada para mahasiswa dan untuk melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan pembelajaran.Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, yang banyak dituntut mengunakan angka, mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran terhadap data tersebut, serta penampilan hasilnya.Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian survei deskriptif, yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan datanya.Metode kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis kuesioner, yaitu kuesioner untuk mengungkap identitas diri subjek dan kuesioner untuk mengungkap kepuasan subjek terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Kuesioner kepuasan alumni  terbagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu proses belajar mengajar, proses administrasi dan fasilitas mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data padapenelitian ini dilakukan denganmenyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh alumni Prodi Psikologi Islam dan terkumpul 45 kuesioner yang lengkap. Setelah dilakukan entri data menggunakan program komputer excel,dilakukan teknik perhitungan frekuensi untuk menggambarkan pengaruh antara parameter kualitas pelayanan jasa dengan tingkat kepuasan alumni. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif kemudian dikonversi dan disimpulkan ke dalam kesimpulan kualitatif.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses belajar mengajar dan proses administrasi di Prodi Psikologi Islam Fakultas Ushuluddin Dan Pemikiran Islam sudah cukup memuaskan, hanya saja untuk penyediaan fasilitas mahasiswa masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dengan mengetahui tingkatkepuasan mahasiswanya, pengelola programdapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan,tindakan-tindakan dan sarana serta fasilitaspendukung yang dapat meningkatkanpenyelenggaraan Program Studi Psikologi Islamtersebutdi masamendatang.

Abstract

The approach used is a quantitative approach. The type of research is descriptive survey research, which uses the questionnaire as an instrument of data collection. The questionnaire used consisted of two types of questionnaires, namely self-identity questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire on service quality. The satisfaction questionnaire is divided into 3 sections: teaching and learning process, administration process and student facility. Data collection was done by spreading the questionnaire to the subject and collected 159 complete questionnaires. After the data entry using the computer program excel, conducted frequency calculation techniques to illustrate the effect of service quality parameters with the level of student satisfaction. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive technique then converted and summarized into qualitative conclusions. From the research result, it can be concluded that teaching-learning process and administration process in Islamic Psychology Study Program Faculty of Psychology has been satisfied, just for the provision of facilities still need to be improved such as lecture facilities, computers and internet. Islamic Psychology Study Program Faculty of Psychology has fulfilled most of student expectation. Suggestions given by the students to the Faculty of Psychology to be more advanced in the future related to the improvement of physical facilities, human resources, service and graduates competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between perception of organizational justice to psychological welfare in the workplace in nursing. The population numbered 120, and a sample of 97 people were drawn based on a sampling technique with Cohen Manion and Morrison tables. Data were collected using organizational justice perception scale based on organizational justice perception dimension according to Robin & Judge. As well as the scale of psychological welfare based on the dimensions of psychological welfare according to the psychological welfare dimensions of Ryff and Keyes. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis that shows the R value of 0.929 with the value R2 = 0.863, with p = 0,000 where p <0.05. So the hypothesis proved that there is a significant relationship between Perception of Organizational Justice with Psychological Welfare at Nurse. The researcher suggests for further researchers to use different research methods to enrich information and knowledge as well as better and more detailed results.

Abstract

There are two permanent lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, namely PNS (Civil Servant) and Non-PNS (Non-Civil Servant) lecturers, but for Non-PNS lecturers there are differences in treatment and legal uncertainty in that status. This study focuses on knowing the differences in psychological well-being between PNS and Non-PNS lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This research is a comparative quantitative study. From 25% of the population the number of research subjects is 125 people (81 PNS lecturers and 44 Non-PNS lecturers). The measuring tool uses for the dimensions of psychological well-being is a modified scale and adapted from Ryff and Keyes (1995). The data analysis method used was the Independent Sample t-test using SPSS 24.0. The result of hypothesis test shows a significance value that states Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the psychological well-being of PNS lecturers and non-PNS lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah. The mean variant of Non-PNS lecturers is also smaller, meaning that the psychological well-being of PNS lecturers is higher than Non-PNS lecturers.

Abstract

As a Study Program in the new Faculty, it has produced over 400 alumni, but for ten years there has never been test the alumni side or from the stakeholder side (end user), so it is necessary to conduct research to test the satisfaction level of alumni and stakeholders. The research method used is a mixed-method with concurrent design, which uses quantitative and qualitative research. From the results of the study we can conclude it that the alumni feel quite satisfied with an average score of 3 on the three indicators; teaching and learning process, administration process and provision of facilities in Islamic Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Psychology. Therefore, it still needs to be improved in a lecture, computer and internet facilities. Islamic Psychology Study Program Faculty of Psychology has fulfilled most of the expectations of stakeholders and alumni. The advice given by stakeholders to the Faculty of Psychology to be more advance relates to improve physical facilities, human resources, services and competitiveness of graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to determine self-regulation and the meaning of life of UIN Raden Fatah students in memorizing Qur’an at the Tahfidz Yatim Dhuafa House Palembang. With qualitative research phenomenological design and using 3 subjects who have memorized 30 Juzs. Data analysis was performed with a coding system.   Data validity was carried out by extending participation and triangulation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of this study of Al-Qur'an reciters have good self-regulation and find the meaning of life from memorizing Al-Qur'an. The three subjects balance themselves and manage time in carrying out daily routines such as lectures, teaching, and memorizing the Qur'an. In overcoming obstacles, they always maintain their motivation to stay enthusiastic in memorizing the Al-Qur'an. The three subjects apply what they have memorized, and maintain their behavior so that they always do good and have good morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hipnosis dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada anggota Sriwijaya Hypno-Pranic Association Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Eksperimen Murni dengan desain Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang anggota Sriwijaya Hypno-Pranic Association kelompok eksperimen dan 3 orang kelompok kontrol dengan pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri, checklist observasi kepercayaan diri serta kuesioner kepercayaan diri yang dianalisis dengan Independent Sample T-test dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian skala kepercayaan diri didapatkan nilai t hitung (4,596) > t tabel (2,774) dan hasil signifikansi (4,596) > t tabel (2,774), dan hasil dari kuesioner didapatkan t hitung (4,596) > t tabel (2,776) dan hasil signifikansi (2-tailed) (0,10) dan (0,27) < ɑ (0,05). Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh hipnosis dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada anggota Sriwijaya Hypno-Pranic Association Palembang.

Abstract

This research discusses about Teacher’s Creative Teaching During Covid-19 Pandemic at Sriwijaya Nature School Palembang. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive design. The subject selection technique was using purposive sampling with criteria, aged 23-35 years, Muslim, permanent teacher status, teaching more than a year. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. In general, the results showed that the three subjects (MA, F, AY) had a high and unique picture of teaching creativity. Furthermore, the factors that influence Teacher’s Creative Teaching During Covid-19 Pandemic at Sriwijaya Nature School Palembang are the motivation to become a teacher, the feeling of being valued by students, the facilities available at the school, and self-potential related to teaching materials. In addition, social environmental factors such as the condition of students and relationships with colleagues also affect the Teacher’s Creative Teaching During Covid-19 Pandemic at Sriwijaya Nature School Palembang.
