Abstract

Children with special needs require educational services in the form of a different learning process from children in general. One kind of child with special needs is a dyslexic child. In general, dyslexic children experience several learning difficulties, one of which is difficulty reading and writing. This study aims to analyze the use of spelling puzzle media in improving the reading ability of dyslexic children. The subjects in this study were dyslexic grade III students at SDN Tambakboyo II who collected four students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, reading tests and observations. Data is presented in the form of diagrams and then analyzed descriptively. The main problem in this study is whether the spelling puzzle media can help dyslexic children improve reading skills. The results showed that the use of spelling puzzle media can improve reading skills at the beginning reading level. Increased reading ability as a reaction to the increase in memory and motivation of dyslexic children through spelling puzzle pieces. Other findings in this study increased learning activities, motivation and interest in reading dyslexia.

Abstract

Public attention to the importance of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is still relatively minimal. The people of Desa Karanglo, Kecamatan Kerek Kabupaten Tuban, need counseling and training as well as assistance regarding this PHBS. This community service aims to provide knowledge and information, especially during a pandemic like today. During this COVID-19 pandemic, everyone must implement PHBS to increase body immunity and always apply the health protocol in the form of 5M. Creating a healthy life in addition to fulfilling the nutritional balance of the family requires the role of the family, especially the role of the mother in providing health awareness and supervision for family members. The purpose of this community service program is to provide PHBS training and counseling as well as to socialize the importance of vaccines in the pandemic era. Community service partners who are PKK members are expected to gain insight, awareness, willingness and ability of the community to live clean and healthy lives in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and have awareness and implement vaccine programs from the government. This community service method uses counseling and training methods, discussions and direct practice (learning by doing). The results of community service after partners participated in activities and filled out questionnaires showed that the material provided was in accordance with what the participants needed, the ability of the training instructor to provide counseling and training was as expected, participants had high enthusiasm in community service activities. Participants have an understanding and additional insight into PHBS and vaccination. There is relevance of current conditions with the material presented.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat tidak akan terlepas dari yang namanya ekonomi. Ekonomi dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas sehari-hari, sehingga para warga dapat merintis kehidupan dengan berlandas ekonomi. Ekonomi dapat dihasilkan melalui bekerja kemudian dapat upah. Namun, perintis utama penunjang ekonomi dapat diperoleh melalui bisnis. Bisnis dapat dimulai dengan adanya inspirasi dari luar ataupun dalam untuk dijadikan pendorong akan suatu pencapaian. Dengan begitu, inspirasi dapat diperoleh melalui sosialisasi pengolahan makanan. Diantaranya makanan tersebut, yang menjadi sorotan utama yaitu makanan klepon dengan berbahan dasar sukun. Karena dirasa hasil panen buah terbanyak yaitu sukun, sehingga sukun dijadikan bahan dasar dalam pengelolahan guna menambah nilai jual. Lalu sesudah adanya suatu dorongan berupa pelatihan, para warga dapat mengimplementasikan hasil dari pelatihan tersebut melalui usaha bisnis. Sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan ekonomi UMKM desa dengan hasil yang sempurna.

Abstract

Mindset dan kesiapan guru-guru di sekolah merupakan tantangan terbesar dalam implementasi kurikulum di sekolah. Salah satu upaya yang diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan guru-guru dalam implementasi kurikulum baru adalah dengan melalui pelatihan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusuan Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) sebagai persiapan implementasi kulikulum merdeka di SD Modern El Mumtaz Kecamatan Rengel Kabupaten Tuban. Mitra pelatihan sebanyak 15 orang yang berasal dari Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan tenaga pendidikan. Metode pelaksanaan program dibagi dalam dua tahap, yaitu persiapan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan pendampingan penyusunan Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP). Pelatihan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta mengenai persiapan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, yang menjadi bukti bahwa keseluruhan materi yang diberikan berhasil dipahami dengan baik oleh sebagian besar peserta pelatihan. Pada aspek kemampuan psikomotor, peningkatan dapat dibuktikan dari keberhasilan peserta menyusun Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) masing-masing yang nantinya akan dipakai di sekolah mereka, dan perubahan sikap terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dapat terlihat dari optimisme dan kepercayaan diri peserta untuk segera menerapkan kurikulum ini di satuan pendidikannya masing-masing.
