Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mengidentifikasi profil lulusan madrasah berbasis pesantren tasawuf dan (2) mendeskripsikan manajemen pengembangan mutu lulusan yang efektif diterapkan. Riset dilakukan di MTs Serba Bakti Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya Tasikmalaya pada bulan Februari 2022. Data dikumpulkan dengan analisis dokumen dan wawancara dengan informan Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah, dan guru secara daring. Data divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber dan dianalisis menggunakan interactive model. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa profil lulusan madrasah mengarah pada pembentukan kader pengamal, pengaman, dan pelestari Tariqah Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (TQN). Untuk mewujudkan profil tersebut, kepala madrasah menerapkan manajemen mutu terpadu (TQM). Keterpaduan manajemen nampak dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai evaluasinya. Program diturunkan dari rumusan visi, misi, tujuan, dan kebijakan. Program pembinaan materi kepesantrenan menjadi satu kesatuan dengan program ekstrakurikuler dan kokurikuler. Semua pihak terlibat dalam pelaksanaan program baik di madrasah maupun di pesantren dengan terjadwal secara lengkap. Madrasah melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan amaliyah ibadah dan dzikir sesuai panduan TQN untuk mengukur capaian profil lulusan. Hasil riset ini memberikan implikasi bahwa manajemen mutu lulusan madrasah berbasis pesantren efektif jika dilakukan secara terintegrasi dengan prinsip-prinsip TQM

Abstract

The shift of learning activities from face-to-face classroom interaction to online learning beyond the classroom due to the global pandemic has caused technological anxiety in teaching and learning. This study analyzed strategies to overcome learning challenges in the COVID-19 pandemic with user-friendly platforms. This study was in the State Institute of Islamic Studies (IAIN) Surakarta, Indonesia, involving 469 lecturers who taught 983 classes as the respondents. The required data were collected using a web-based questionnaire using Google Forms. The data were analyzed descriptively in percentages and elaborated using focus group discussion. The data analysis showed that most teachers used WhatsApp group to overcome learning obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the considerations are the lack of information technology infrastructure, the lack of e-learning platforms, the lack of time to adapt, and the difficulty of internet access in some regions. This study contributes to the strategy performed by the lecturers to deal with these challenges is selecting a user-friendly and affordable platform for learning.

Abstract

Early childhood health is an important aspect that can affect the quality of children's growth and development. So that early childhood education programs Institutions have a strategic role in ensuring the fulfillment of nutrition, habituation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior, and support for immunization programs. This study aims to describe the implementation of nutritional fulfillment, habituation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior, and immunization programs to health examinations in KB Insan Kamil Kartasura. This study uses a qualitative approach through interview techniques and documentation with teachers as the main informants. The results of the study show that nutritional fulfillment is carried out through the Nutritious Eating program, the provision of healthy provisions, restrictions on snacks, and the provision of water and nutritious lunches for full-day classes. The implementation habituation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is carried out through the habit of washing hands, maintaining personal and environmental hygiene, and regular nail hygiene checks. Meanwhile, the immunization program and health checks are carried out through the same kerha as the health center for periodic checkups twice a year and in collaboration with the Syifa Medika clinic for monthly checkups. This study concludes that KB Insan Kamil Kartasura has carried out efforts to maintain children's health through programs carried out to improve the quality of health services in early childhood education programs.

Abstract

This observational study aims to describe the implementation of health and hygiene at TK Aisyiyah Pucangan 1 Sukoharjo. The study focuses on the cleanliness of the school environment, the practice of clean and healthy living behaviours (PHBS), and the availability of sanitation facilities and health-supporting infrastructure. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with teachers, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the institution has consistently applied hygiene standards. The school environment appears well-maintained, classrooms are well-organized, and students are accustomed to practicing clean living behaviours through teacher guidance in daily activities. However, some aspects still need improvement, such as the availability of handwashing soap, which is not always consistently maintained, and the first aid kit equipment, which is not yet fully complete.  These findings emphasize the need to strengthen sanitation facilities and health services to optimally support the habit of healthy living behaviours (PHBS) in early childhood education environments.

Abstract

Peran guru di Taman Kanak-Kanak berperan penting dalam mendukung pengasuhan dan perlindungan anak usia dini melalui penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan suportif. Keberhasilan pengasuhan yang komprehensif tidak terlepas dari kolaborasi yang berkelanjutan antara guru dan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik pengasuhan, peran guru dalam perlindungan anak, serta bentuk kerja sama guru dan orang tua dalam mendukung pengasuhan dan perlindungan anak usia dini di TK Aisyiyah Wirogunan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru kelompok B, dan 23 anak usia 5–6 tahun, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi nonpartisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengasuhan dan perlindungan anak dilaksanakan secara holistik melalui interaksi yang hangat, perhatian individual, penggunaan bahasa yang lembut, pengawasan aktif, serta pembiasaan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak. Kerja sama guru dan orang tua terjalin melalui komunikasi rutin, pertemuan berkala, dan pendampingan psikologis sehingga menciptakan konsistensi pengasuhan antara rumah dan sekolah. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pemaparan praktik konkret integrasi pengasuhan dan perlindungan anak yang dijalankan secara sinergis oleh guru dan orang tua dalam konteks PAUD berbasis nilai keislaman.
