Abstract

This study aims to discover: 1) the description of symbolic violence on widows at Dwitiro Village and 2) the impact of symbolic violence on widows at Dwitiro Village. This type of study employed descriptive qualitative research by determining the number of informants consisting of 8 informants selected by purposive sampling technique with the criteria that widows have had widow status for more than 2 years and aged 27-47 years. Data collection techniques employed observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validation technique used was source triangulation. The results of the study reveal that 1) there are two descriptions of symbolic violence on widows at Dwitiro Village, namely in the form of euphemism and censorism. The symbolic violence in the form of euphemisms are necessity and prohibition. The symbolic violence in the form of censorism is inappropriate, 2) the impact of symbolic violence on widows at Dwitiro Village is divided into two aspects, namely the impact on the psychological aspect and the social aspect. The impact in the psychological aspect includes fatalism and apathy, while the impact in the social aspect is withdrawing from the social environment as well as a conflict between the widow and her family

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Mengapa Diskriminasi Bisa Terjadi Di Kawasan Industri Makassar, 2) Bagaimana Bentuk Diskriminasi Gender yang terjadi di Kawasan Indsurti Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 9 orang yang di tentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria informan yaitu diantaranya perempuan pekerja di Kawasan Industri Makassar, Sudah Menikah berusia (26-50 tahun) dan belum menikah berusia (30-40 tahun). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan Membercheck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Diskriminasi bisa terjadi di kawasan industri makassar karena adanya streotipe yang menyatakan bahwa perempuan masih dianggap lemah, serta adanya anggapan bahwa perempuan masih dianggap tidak mampu menjadi pemimpin (penanggung jawab) di perusahaan, kurangnya pemahaman persoalan kesetaraan gender, dan perempuan masih dibatasi dengan alasan perempuan sudah menikah dan memiliki anak seharusnya tidak bekerja. 2) Bentuk diskriminasi terhadap perempuan pekerja di kawasan industri makassar. Yaitu terdapat tiga bentuk a) pelecehan seksual secara verbal yang dilakukan dalam bentuk adanya perkataan kasar yang dilakukan oleh pekerja laki-laki terhadap perempuan. b) kesenjangan pendapatan yang terjadi dalam bentuk adanya perbedaan gaji antara perempuan dan laki-laki, dan c) streotipe yang terjadi dalam bentuk perempuan dianggap lemah dan perempuan seharusnya tidak bekerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the process of learning Arabic online during the covid-19 pandemic for students of class MAN 1 Makassar city. 2) the problem of learning Arabic online during the covid-19 pandemic class XI MAN 1 Makassar city students. 3) the effort made to overcome the problems of learning Arabic online during the Covid-19 pandemic for class XI MAN 1 Makassar city students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were interview, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that (1) the online learning process consists of planning and implementing learning. Planning by preparing RPP in advance and implementing it using whatsAap and e-learning platforms. (2) the problems of learning Arabic online are internal and external. Internal problems, namely, problems in online learning techniques. There are still many students who have difficulty and do not understand the material, then the problem of motivation and interest. External problems include problems in the family environment, namely there are still parents who do not care about their children's education and problems in the school environment, namely the lack of interaction between students and teachers. (3) Efforts are made to overcome the problems of online learning Arabic during the covid-19 pandemic for class XI MAN 1 students by Arabic language teachers, namely for students who do not understand the material that has been given through online learning, the teacher will hold additional classes scheduled three times per week. Efforts made by students if they do not understand the material, namely watching the material that has been given and asking or discussing with friends.Keywords: problematic, online learning, covid-19.

Abstract

This research and development (R&D) aim to produce valid, practical and effective animated video learning media. The research subjects are divided into two parts, namely the first part of the product design validation subject or expert test conducted by 2 material experts and 1 media expert and the second part of the product trial subject conducted by testing the learning media in class XI IPA 3 and 2 class XI teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Gowa as observers. This learning media has been validated, has been tested limitedly and revised. The results of this study are: (1) validation by media experts of 3.4 with very valid criteria and (2) validation by material experts of 3.79 with very valid criteria. Animated video media based on the implementation test, teacher and student responses with an average percentage score of 88%, 86.11% and 86% respectively. For animated video media, the effectiveness criteria are in the very high category, with student learning outcomes meeting the effective criteria (≥80%), where the class completion percentage is 88.8%. Animated video learning media developed using the ADDIE model is suitable (valid, practical and effective) for use in learning.
