Abstract

The elderly who experience health complaints in 2020 reach half of the total elderly population in Indonesia. Decision support systems (SPKK) in medicine are used to diagnose diseases, but the problem that often occurs is that users have difficulty operating the system. This is because the information displayed is not in accordance with user needs and the lack of understanding of the principles of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) in building attractive dialogue designs. Based on this situation, the prototype design was carried out using the user centered design (UCD) method and the doctor as the target user. The design of the prototype is adjusted to the stages of the diagnosis process such as the history prototype, the physical examination prototype, the supporting examination prototype and the diagnostic result prototype. There are 4 stages in the UCD approach, namely understanding the user context, determining user needs, design and evaluation. The evaluation process was carried out in 3 stages by 2 doctors with a direct interview process to get the desired dialogue design. After a redesign process that adjusted the evaluation results, the doctor finally stated that the variety of dialogues had fulfilled the information and needs of doctors to detect disorders in the elderly. The proposed prototype can be immediately implemented into the application program. For further research, especially systems that require physical examinations and supporting examinations for health problems.

Abstract

Dokumen rekam medis di Puskemas Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk saat ini masih didistribusikan secara manual, dengan menggunakan tracer dan buku ekspedisi. Namun, masalah sering terjadi, seperti tracer mudah jatuh, sobek, atau hilang, dan kesulitan dalam mencatat dokumen kembali di buku ekspedisi. Selain itu, petugas juga mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan berkas rekam medis di rak penyimpanan, yang mempengaruhi kecepatan pelayanan pasien. Selain itu, ketika dokter tidak dapat mengakses riwayat pasien sebelumnya, diagnosis dan tindakan yang diberikan dapat menjadi tidak akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi penyimpanan dan retrival dokumen rekam medis sebagai rekomendasi untuk melacak keberadaan berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan populasi 3 petugas filing yang dipilih menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data didapatkanmelaluimedia observasi dan wawancara kepada petugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi penyimpanan dan retrival dokumen rekam medis di Puskesmas Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan petugas. Namun, penting bagi pihak puskesmas untuk menerbitkan kebijakan tentang penggunaan sistem informasi tersebut, dan menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada petugas saat aplikasi direalisasikan untuk mempermudah penggunaan dan memaksimalkan manfaatnya. Rancangan sistem informasi ini didasarkan pada layout, color, dan control di Puskesmas Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk

Abstract

SIMRS merupakan sistem teknologi komunikasi dan informasi yang mengintegrasikan seluruh proses pelayanan di rumah sakit. SIMRS di RSUD X Mojokerto sering mengalami gangguan atau error. Hal tersebut menyebabkan pelayanan rendah dan antrian panjang. Oleh karena itu, peneliti perlu menganalisis kinerja teknologi rantai. Metode penelitian melalui pendekatan wawancara. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 5 petugas rekam medis bagian rawat jalan di RSUD X Mojokerto. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan petugas memberikan hasil yang positif mengenai pengaruh SIMRS terhadap tugas petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan rawat jalan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja petugas menjadi efektif dan produktif. Selain itu terdapat 3 petugas yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan komputer sehingga dapat mengganggu kinerja petugas, namun dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan pada petugas lain yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan komputer. Dampak teknologi aplikasi SIMRS pada layanan ini sesuai dengan pengaruh positif model TPC (Technology-to-Performance Chain). Model ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja akan meningkat ketika suatu teknologi menyediakan fitur dan dukungan yang tepat yang terkait dengan tugas tersebut. Penegasan teknologi informasi tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja individu. Peneliti berharap pada penelitian terakhir yang menggunakan bagian wawancara diubah ke metode yang lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlu diadakan pelatihan SIMRS bagi seluruh petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rekam medis di RSUD X di Mojokerto

Abstract

UPTD Puskesmas Kayen Kidul always prioritizes service to the community but has difficulty managing patient registration and queues because it does not have digital and online registration so patients are not optimal when there are many visits. A patient registration system design is required which can be used as a reference for building the system by the programmer. This research aims to review the availability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), system requirements in the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and design a user interface for website-based online reservations and queues. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 2 registration officer respondents through interviews and then analyzing feature needs and data using SOPs with observation. The research results of the SOPs already exist and are appropriate, UML in the form of use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams have been created and user interface requirements based on color, layout and controls have been realized and tested on officers.

Abstract

Maraknya Tindakan intoleransi yang terjadi di dunia Pendidikan sangatlah memprihatinkan serta dapat memunculkan ketidakharmonisan. Selain itu terjadinya bullying salah satunya dilatarbelakangi Tindakan intoleran yang dilakukan oleh pelaku. Pengabdian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya perbuatan intoleransi yang dapat menimbulkan perbuatan bullying di kalangan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Biak-Papua. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah diselingi dengan memutar video bahaya Tindakan intoleransi serta dilakukan tanya jawab dari peserta. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh mahasiswa masih belum memahami ragam Tindakan intoleransi serta bullying yang kerap terjadi. Sehingga melalui edukasi ini diharapkan dapat mencegah Tindakan intoleransi dan bullying.

Abstract

Operational form reports which were recorded manually, of course, the results were less effective in terms of saving time and costs. The used of electronic operating reports provides convenience in terms of operation. Digital archiving to a computer makes it easier in terms of data management and distribution. The purpose of this study was to recommend for the Kediri District General Hospital (RSKK) by designing an electronic operation report design by strengthening the interface design, color and input. This study used observation and interviews with two medical record officers. The results of this study were the use of the operating report form in RSKK the recording was still done manually. Then the researchers designed an interface design that was tailored to the wishes of the officers who emphasized the basic color of gray, a simple layout and easy input methods. It can be concluded that it has resulted in the design of an electronic operation report form design that was integrated in the operating report system. This study has suggested implementing the use of an electronic operating reporting system that makes it easier for officers to operate it in the RSKK environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM, khususnya petani dan peternak di Kampung Moibaken, Biak Barat, melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital serta pemahaman terhadap aspek hukum usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung dan penyuluhan hukum terpadu yang melibatkan tim multidisiplin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait penggunaan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran, serta pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap regulasi hukum, seperti perizinan usaha dan perlindungan konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the usability level of online doctor consultation features in three popular digital health applications in Indonesia, namely Halodoc, Good Doctor, and Alodokter. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. A total of 45 respondents were selected purposively and asked to try each application, then provide assessments through the SUS questionnaire. The research results show that Good Doctor obtained the highest average score of 83.56 (Grade A), followed by Alodokter with a score of 81.33 (Grade A), and Halodoc with 77.89 (Grade B+). These findings indicate that Good Doctor and Alodokter have excellent usability levels, while Halodoc is categorized as good but still requires improvement, particularly in aspects of learnability and error recovery. An alysis was also conducted using additional approaches such as percentile ranking, grade categories, acceptability ranges, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The results of this study emphasize the importance of user-centered design in developing digital health services and support the use of SUS as a practical and reliable evaluation tool. These findings are expected to provide input for application developers in improving service quality and user satisfaction.
