Abstract

Outsourced companies as supporting companies in companies (service providers) in running their business for the management of Outsourcing (TAD) became very competitive after the issuance of Law Number 11 of 2020 (Job Creation) concerning manpower according to Law no.13 2003. The position of workers in this law includes the existing regulations on matters for amendments, deletions and additions in the work creation law. In carrying out their business, the outsourcing worker's work relationship is with the Employer Service Provider, which is placed at the Service Provider Company, which is regulated in more detail for their rights and obligations to the Placement Company where the worker is placed.

Abstract

Indonesia is developing one of the more efficient and effective Financial Technology (Fintek) support services innovations by using electronic documents. The Electronic Document provider business that is used as a reference and utilized by fintech companies is PrivyID. In this study, how is the commentary aspect of using the PrivyID application for digital signature services to become a legal electronic document. Web-based application platforms and mobile applications in the community are indispensable for the use of Electronic Documents developed by PrivyID as a service provider in business and personal transactions that are needed by the community. More in-depth research regarding the Prediction of PrivyID Application Comments in Its Use as an Electronic Document (e-doc) taken from 818 data of PrivyID application users. The research was conducted by combining 3 (three) algorithms (k-Nearest Neighbor, Na¨ıve Bayes, and C4.5) in the Ensembles Vote method which resulted in the best Prediction Comment value with an accuracy of 86.80.

Abstract

Keadaan dan tantangan pandemi pada awal tahun 2021 dengan telah ditemukannya vaksin atas virus Covid-19 tentunya diperlukan percepatan dalam pemberian vaksin kepada seluruh umat manusia di seluruh dunia. Di Indonesia, Pemerintah menggalakan program vaksinasi masal kepada seluruh Warga Negara Indonesia dengan melakukan percepatan vaksinasi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia sampai dengan saat ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas dipandang perlu melakukan analisa sentimen. Media sosial twitter dipilih sebagai salah satu sarana dalam analisas sentiman ini. Terdapat 1013 komentar positif dan negatif para pengguna twitter dengan kata kunci “vaksin” yang didapatkan untuk diproses terkait tanggapan masyarakat atas pelaksanaan vaksinasi masal yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan Algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naïve Bayes berbasis SMOTE dilakukan perbandingan pengujian atas komentar positif dan negatif tersebut. Dari proses pengujian tersebut didapatkan hasil akurasi dari algoritma SVM menggunakan teknik SMOTE didapatkan nilai akurasi =70.51% dan nilai AUC =0.827, sedangkan proses pengujian menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan teknik SMOTE didapatkan nilai akurasi = 64.36% dan nilai AUC = 0.423. dari proses diatas, penggunaan Support Vector Machine berbasis teknik SMOTE memiliki akurasi yang lebih tinggi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap analisis sentimen vaksinasi Covid-19.

Abstract

Perkembangan usaha tekstil sudah semakin meluas, sehingga dalam menopang efektifitas dalam pelaksanaannya membutuhkan koneksi agar saling terhubung antar satu tempat dengan cabang perusahaan lainnya, namun dalam pelaksanaannya perusahaan perlu adanya jaringan yang lebih cepat dan aman untuk saling bertukar data, untuk terciptanya jaringan yang cepat dan aman maka diusulan perancangan Virtual Private Network (VPN) dengan Metode Point to Point Tunnel Protocol (PPTP) menggunakan Mikrotik. Adapun alat yang digunakan yaitu Mikrotik CHR. Dalam pengaplikasiannya Mikrotik CHR akan di jadikan server yang menghubungkan antara kantor pusat dengan cabang dimana Mikrotik yang ada di kantor pusat dan kantor cabang akan terhubung dengan IP address yang di distribusikan oleh Mikrotik CHR sehingga jaringan tersebut akan terhubung seperti jaringan lokal. Hasil akhir dari konfigurasi ini, terbentuknya jaringan VPN menggunakan metode PPTP pengujian akhir ditutup dengan di lakukannya uji coba PING dari komputer client ke Mikrotik CHR menghasilkan kecepatan sangat stabil yang terlihat dari waktu respon server dengan komputer.   The development of the textile business has become increasingly widespread, so that in supporting effectiveness in its implementation it requires connections so that they are connected to each other between one place and other company branches, but in practice the company needs a faster and safer network to exchange data, to create a fast and secure network then it is proposed to design a Virtual Private Network (VPN) with the Point to Point Tunnel Protocol (PPTP) method using Mikrotik. The tool used is Mikrotik CHR. In its application, Mikrotik CHR will be used as a server that connects the central office with branches where the Mikrotik at the head office and branch offices will be connected to the IP addresses distributed by Mikrotik CHR so that the network will be connected like a local network. The end result of this configuration, the formation of a VPN network using the PPTP method, the final test was closed by carrying out a PING test from the client computer to Mikrotik CHR resulting in a very stable speed as seen from the server's response time with the computer.
