Abstract

Background: During the Covid-19 pandemic there was a high risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas. So that there are many problems for farmers in rural areas who generally have minimal information when compared to urban areas, especially in terms of accessing health information about Covid-19, this will certainly have an impact on different mindsets and perceptions in dealing with which pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic is something new for the community. Efforts to deal with farmers' problems in the Covid-19 pandemic era by preventing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural and livestock areas. Objectives: This study aimed to dig deeper into the problems of farmers in the Covid-19 era. Methods: The design of this study used an interpretive qualitative approach carried out through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method involving 10 farmer respondents. Data were collected using a thematic analysis approach based on Krueger, R and Casey, M. Results: The results of the interviews resulted in five major themes, namely the theme of self-protection tools as a covid-19 shield, Knowledge as a millennial farmer, supporting facilities for obtaining information, working environment conditions, marketing farm produce, change in work behavior. Conclusion: The problems of farmers in the Covid-19 area tend to see problems in terms of health but also have an impact on agricultural output, work behavior so that it needs attention to overcome problems to deal with farmers' problems during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Introduction : The cause of the third trimester pregnant women in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era experiencing anxiety, namely concerns related to growth, development, neonatal, a reduction in the frequency of pregnancy checks, and delays in classes for pregnant women. If pregnant women experience anxiety that is not immediately addressed, there will be an increased risk of congenital abnormalities in the form of failure to close the cleft palate, the risk of caesarean section surgery, delivery with tools, premature birth, babies born with low birth weight, and in the long term it is associated with behavioral and emotional disorders in children. In this case, Relaxation of muscle progressive is a kind of therapy for pregnant women.Methode : The method used in the preparation of the literature review uses the PRISMA checklist to determine the selection of the studies found and adapted to the purpose of the literature review. Search literature in this literature review using several electronic databases including Scholar, Pubmed, and Springer Link.Result : The result from literature review shows that muscle progressive relaxation, Yoga, Dzikir, listening Murrotal Al-Qur’an and Lullaby music are able to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women in the Covid-19 Pandemic era. For further research will be explain non-pharmacological therapy anxiety of Covid-19 for pregnant woman starting in the 1st  and 2nd trimesters pregnancy.Conclusion : Can be used as research material by using the keywords (therapy) AND (anxiety) AND (pregnant woman) AND (covid-19). Further research can explain nonpharmacological therapy for anxiety in pregnant women starting in the 1st, 2nd trimester of pregnancy in anxious cases with Covid-19.Keywords: Non-pharmacology therapy; therapy; anxiety; pregnant woman; COVID-19

Abstract

Introduction: Covid-19 has now been declared a pandemic case, the agricultural sector is no exception. Farmers' health during the Covid-19 pandemic and the high risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas need solutions in handling efforts. Purpose: developing a framework for reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas based on android (E'Nurse App during the Covid-19 pandemic) by compiling the design of the E'Nurse App and analyzing the effect of the E'Nurse App on farmers' understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in areas agriculture. Method: a mix of qualitative methods with an interpretive phenomenology approach to design the E'Nurse App (Emergensy Nursing) application, followed by quantitative methods with the Spearman Rho test and a questionnaire measuring tool. Respondents in this study were farmers of Pandalungan. Result: Formed the design of the E'Nurse App application, the pre-post treatment test obtained the value of r = 0.678,> α = 0.05. This means that there is an effect of providing education through the smart app application on farmers' understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas with a strong relationship. Conclusion: The E'Nurse App affects farmers' understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Oxytocin massage is massage or stimulation of the spine to release oxytocin, causing the breasts to release milk. With oxytocin massage, the mother will feel calm, relaxed, reduce pain, and love her baby, so with this the hormone oxytocin and water Mother's milk comes out quickly. The implementation of oxytocin massage therapy must be carried out effectively in order to get maximum results. Aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness of oxytocin massage therapy on increasing breast milk production in the postpartum period. This study uses a literature review using the PRISMA checklist protocol and evaluation. Search articles using two databases, namely PubMed and Scholar. The oxytocin massage intervention was effective for postpartum maternal patients on the first to third day who had not expelled colostrum or had impaired breast milk production. Oxytocin massage is effective if done twice a day with a duration of 3-5 minutes or for approximately 2-3 minutes with 2-3 massages. The implementation of oxytocin massage therapy can affect the release of colostrum in postpartum mothers. There is a need for development in other studies, including combining oxytocin massage with other non-pharmacological methods in order to further support the increase in breast milk production in the postpartum period.

Abstract

Introduction: Breast care is one way to release the hormone oxytocin so that breast milk is produced immediately and plays an important role in overcoming breastfeeding problems. Breast care is very important not only during pregnancy but especially after delivery to increase lactation and prevent blocked milk ducts. If left untreated, it may develop mastitis. Problems that arise when breastfeeding is not effective, so the intervention given to overcome this problem is breastfeeding education. Method: The purpose of writing this report is to determine the effectiveness of breast care to increase milk production in postpartum mothers. The method used is a literature review. The search for literature review sources was carried out from October 2021 to April 2022. The databases used were Mendeley journal, Garuda journal, and Google Scholar using the keywords Breast Care AND Breast Milk Production AND Postpartum, and obtained 873 articles. After going through the selection process and quality assessment, it was found that 10 articles that met the requirements could be included in the review. Result: In addition to breast care, breastfeeding education is also important because there are so many benefits for postpartum mothers. Breast care is effective for increasing milk production. Conclusion: Movements in breast care are useful for launching the milk ejection reflex. This activity is also an effective way to increase the amount of milk in the breast and overcome the problems that often occur during breastfeeding.

Abstract

Introduction: Hospitalization is a condition that requires children to be hospitalized, this situation can cause children to feel anxious, anxiety due to hospitalization in pre-school aged children can cause excessive fear which causes children to be uncooperative, decreased appetite and decreased sleep quality so that the process of healing becomes obstructed and affects the child's growth and development if not treated immediately. Purpose: dig deeper into the effect of story telling therapy in reducing anxiety in pre-school aged children who experience hospitalization. Method: the method used in preparing the Literature review uses the PRISMA checklist and PICOS. The secondary data obtained comes from journals with predetermined discussions. Based on the results of a literature search through six databases. Researchers get 342 articles that match the keywords. The researcher then screened based on the title (n= 119), abstract (n= 59) and full text (n= 17) adjusted for inclusion criteria. Result : story telling therapy by means of storytelling which is carried out for three days starting on the first day the child enters the children's room, carried out for 10-20 minutes independently with the assistance of parents. Conclusion: Story telling therapy by telling stories can reduce anxiety, which has an influence on overcoming anxiety caused by hospitalization in preschool-aged children by controlling children's negative thoughts through stories and changing their negative outlook to a positive one through the stories told.

Abstract

Background: Development in children has an impact on future failures. Fine motor development plays an important role in supporting children's skills in various ways. The purpose of this study was to analyze strategies to improve fine motor development in children at Posyandu. Methods: Systematic literature review. The databases used in this research are Science Direct, Google Scholar, and Garuda Journal. An assessment based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Tools and a screening process using the PRISMA guidelines method resulted in 10 journal articles. Results: The achievement of fine motor development takes longer than gross motor development, so stimulation is needed, one of which is play therapy. Playing for children is an activity that cannot be separated. Playing can improve fine motor skills in children. One of the play therapies that can be done at the Posyandu is play therapy using puzzles, lego, finger painting, montage, papercraft, plasticine, sandplay, music, aromatherapy, playdough, paper, and rice with squeezing, folding and ATIK techniques (Observe, Copy, Work). Playing playdough forms fine motor skills with squeezing techniques, this skill implements hand-eye coordination which is related to cognitive skills. This game is carried out in preschool age children. Conclusions: Stimulation of fine motor development is important in children according to the developmental stage of the child's age. Stimulation can optimize fine motor development in children, and stimulation from an early age can minimize developmental delays in children. Keywords: Fine motor development, playing, children

Abstract

Breaking the chain of stunting by increasing parental understanding is necessary. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Smart Class innovation using the 'Tes Duga' Snakes and Ladders game in improving parental knowledge to accelerate stunting prevention and reduction in agricultural areas. This study employed a pre-experimental one-group pre-test-post-test design. This study used a sample of 107 parents who have toddlers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The analysis indicated a statistically significant improvement in parental knowledge and attitudes, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These results show that the innovation of the Smart Class Program through the Guess Test game effectively increases parents' knowledge about preventing and reducing stunting. As an educational method, the Smart Class Program has the advantages of being interactive and fun for learning parents in agronursing areas, preventing stunting, and having an average increase in parental knowledge before the intervention of 73.36. After the intervention, the average increased significantly, namely 87.01. This innovative approach has the potential to be applied more widely as part of national efforts to overcome the problem of stunting in Indonesia.

Abstract

Early marriage remains a global concern, hindering the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly gender equality. This practice causes a variety of health problems and violates girls' fundamental human rights, including the right to decide when and whom they will marry. This study evaluates the effectiveness of a short film intervention titled RABI (Remaja Anti Bertindak Nikah Dini), which integrates local wisdom to improve knowledge and attitudes regarding early marriage prevention among adolescent girls in Lumajang, Indonesia. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design was used, involving 137 junior and senior high school students from the Puskesmas Rogotrunan. The intervention consisted of a pre-test, a short film screening, and a post-test. Results revealed a significant improvement in students' post-test scores, with a Wilcoxon test p-value of 0.000, indicating the effectiveness of the intervention. The integration of local wisdom in educational videos enhanced message acceptance and comprehension. The contribution of this research to science is that the results can serve as a reference in health education and efforts to prevent early marriage, thereby improving the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents and contributing to the reduction of early marriages and enhancement of adolescent health. This approach can serve as a relevant medium for adolescent education, requiring further implementation with region-specific adjustments. Collaboration between governments, educational institutions, and communities is crucial to reducing early marriage rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

Background : The Human Development Index (HDI) consists of three components, namely the education index, health index, and purchasing power. Method : The type of research is quantitative using paired T-test and with pretest and post-test methods in one group (one-group pre-test and post-test design). Result : Shows that the paired T-test results get p-value = 0.001 which means less than 0.05. Conclusion : The contribution/peer information that influences in the direction of good knowledge in early marriage, both directly related to the decision to marry at an early age and with behaviors that encourage marriage.
